Purchased product that is dangerous to my family and I and Titan does not offer full refund for non-functioning and dangerous product
Purchased product that is dangerous to my family and I and Titan does not offer full refund for non-functioning and dangerous product. I purchased a wall ball fromTitan Fitness *** and the ball has a great imbalance. I grow the ball to a target and it does not come back on its trajectory and it throws me off balance in every direction. The ball hit me on the head multiple times and catching a ball with 20lbs that is out of balance falling from 10 ft is very hard on the body. I tried to do a warranty claim with Titan Fitness to return the call, but they only offered 30% and I can keep the defective ball that is still under warranty. The ball needs be returned to Titan so their manufacturing can be improved. The word of the customer does lot count even though their products are dangerous. Other reviews on *** show this as well. Looks like their reviews on their homepage are filtered for 4 and 5 stars only to make them look good. Terrible experience with product and customer service and I would not recommend to do business with this company if your health is important to you.

I have reason to believe that someone within Titan Brands/Fitness is stealing credit card information
I have reason to believe that someone within Titan Brands/Fitness is stealing credit card information. Fraudulent charges have been made solely at/with Titan Fitness, and multiple same day transactions over a two day period. Titan disclosed that the card information they are in possession of, along with billing address, was different than the shipping addresses for these orders. This was noted, but not flagged, and the shipments were made to multiple locations across North America. In the case that this was not internal fraud, the *** and additional customer information kept on file has been compromised and/or is not secure. I ordered a 260 lbs bumper plate set back in Nov. 27th as back order and I kept on calling customer support for updates but they kept telling me different dates and kept on pushing the dates back. I emailed customer support last week and they said the restock was estimated for Feb. 9th. I called today just to make sure and the agent said my order is out of stock. I have already started doing the payment plan since December so I expect to get what I ordered. I am a very patient individual but customer support has been inconsistent and seems to not know more than what I know. I would appreciate if I could get a clear answer to when my order is coming or if it is coming before the end of the month. My order number is #XXXXXXXXXXX

The basis of my complaint is that I ordered a dumbbell storage rack from Titan fitness, I returned it because it was not what was pictured on their website. What I was sent should not have been sold because it was not safe. The shelves that the dumbells rested on are angled and they were only held together with two bolts total on the bottom of the shelf, so it creates an unstable shelf that could potentially rotate.I ordered more parts from them in an attempt to get the rack to be stable/usable. I believe this is where the discrepancy lies. I don't believe I was refunded for these subsequent orders. Everything I have ever bought from Titan fitness was between Jan/21 and May/21 and all of it was returned to them. Not all of it was refunded.I returned everything to them and was told I would receive a refund, but they did not refund the full amount that I paid. I paid $423.90 and was refunded $314.93. I would like the money I'm owed. I also want to point out that the initial order was placed in Jan/21 but the parts needed to assemble the whole rack were not received until May/21.

I ordered a leverage squat machine from titan brands branch "titan fitness". Upon receiving my order and attempting to assemble I found that I was missing several miscellaneous items ranging from hardware to actual machine pieces. After almost a full month of contacting customer support I was told that the only resolution was to send my machine back for a full refund. The box that my machine was sent in had already been disposed of and I was told to go get my own box to send the equipment back in. I asked several times to have the remainder of my order sent to me and I didn't mind waiting until the parts were back in stock. I was told I cannot be guaranteed priority on my items and would have to continuously check in to see when they're available again. I am making this claim with the main hope of having my order filled. If that is absolutely impossible than at a minimum a refund for my product with a box provided by the company for me to ship it back in.
On July 31, I placed an order for a T-3 Series Power Rack. On August 4th, I received the shipment; however, the shipment was missing a 91" upright (one of the legs to the rack). I contacted Titan on August 4th notifying them of the missing upright. They requested I send them a picture of the pieces, so they could verify the missing piece. I sent them a picture and a follow up on email on August 5th. On August 6th, I was notified that the missing upright has shipped. Since August 6th, I have still not received the missing upright. I've been told by Titan it has shipped and either the piece went missing or was damaged in transit. I have been notified that another upright has shipped and would be delivered on September 1st; however, it has not arrived. This is the third time Titan has claimed they have shipped the missing item. I want Titan to send the missing 91" upright for the T-3 Series Power Rack. It should be sent priority overnight, and not a 5 to 7 business day shipment.
We purchased some gym equipment from Titan Fitness back in May . Upon the first use, the wood broke and made the equipment unusable. We sought to get a replacement or a warranty fulfilled as we did not misuse the equipment. It should not have broken on first use for its intended purpose. Titan Fitness (falls under Titan Brands) rejected our warranty claim as it was not considered a "manufacturing defect." I disagree as this seems like a flaw in the design and construction that it was unable to be use for it's one specific purpose. I am a verified purchaser, but they keep deleting my review of their product from their website. I think this is extremely disingenuous and does not all for people to understand the potential flaw our their products. I want to warn others that this may not meet other people's expectations for quality home gym equipment.

My Functional Trainer Cable machine does not work when you attach 40 pounds or less
My Functional Trainer Cable machine does not work when you attach 40 pounds or less. The cable is too loose and catches and is not smooth at all making the machine totally inoperable. If I tighten the cable anymore than it is, then the holes misalign in the weight stack. So basically, you took my $2,700 to sell me a product that does not meet the description on your website and does not work. That is the same thing as stealing when you do not provide any product resolution to help me. The Indian lady you outsource your "product questions" to knows absolutely nothing about a single Titan product pertaining to assembly, functionality, or issues after assembly. She literally just puts you on hold and googles the problem, hoping to find an answer. And now, her ultimate solution is not actually to help me but rather for me to send you a video showing how the cable is not smooth and doesn't work which I am going to assume she forwards to a manager in the US who basically says yes or no? Is this a joke? No one at this entire company in the US is able to pick up the phone and talk to customers who have spent thousands to help them deal with sub-par products?

I bought a Single Post Flat Bench from Titan Fitness at their site www.titan.fitness.com, order # XXXXXXXXXXX. The product arrived defective, with half the post not welded correctly, essentially making the product useless. I have reached out to Titan for a refund through their support site and through email but they have yet to respond back. Attached are pictures of the defective product.
On March 24 I ordered an glute kickback machine from Titan Fitness, which was going to be financed by Bread financing. On April 1st I received the first of two shipments, after several days of waiting and contacting both Titan and Fed Ex the second package arrived April 8th, the box that contained the equipment was severely damaged and appeared to be taped up. Upon opening the package it was apparent the package had been dropped and opened during shipment. Parts were bent, broken and missing. I immediately contacted Fed Ex to file a complaint, and contacted Titan to report the problem. Sent pictures to both Titan and Fed Ex. On April 10th I finally received an email from Titan stating that the item was out of stock and they could not send a replacement which then I would receive a full refund. Weeks of back and forth emails with Titan I have not received the refund they originally stated they'd give. Now as of April 23rd Bread financing has begun taking payments.
Purchased Item: SHPULTWRv3 / #XXXXXX Wall Mounted Pulley Tower Short v3 Item came Damaged with Holes at top of tower grossly mis-drilled. Bolts to keep upper mount secure would not thread properly on either side. I took pictures and filed a Warranty support Claim # XXXXXX and worked with *** from customer Support. Structurally it is questionable and they refunded me $17 which is far from adequate for this issue. I asked for Additional bolts, and they said they could not provide. I would need to re-drill / Tap and go find replacement Bolts myself. I waited 3 months for this unit, and another month for resolution on this case which is far from adequate in terms of a resolution.
I have filed all necessary paperwork, pictures and videos of my malfunctioning product and have not received a solution in 14 days
I have filed all necessary paperwork, pictures and videos of my malfunctioning product and have not received a solution in 14 days. My Fan Bike has a malfunctioning LCD monitor and the company has not responded with a proper solution. The fan bike was ordered on January 2nd, delivered on February 8th and started malfunctioning on February 11th at which time I contacted the warranty department. The company has been giving me the "run around" after I have followed all their procedures for the warranty of the product. It has been 13 days since I filed the online warranty paperwork with a receipt, pictures, and a video of the defective LCD monitor. They told me via email that the console should turn off on it's own and they have asked me if I have I reset the console. I told them for the first couple of days it did turn off on it's own and then it stopped functioning correctly. I did reset the console and took out the batteries as requested. They also told me that they are working on a manual for the product, which I don't feel is going to provide a solution and feel like the company should have produced or had an operating manual before they sold the product. I am very disappointed in Titan Fitness and have expressed this via telephone and email.

I ordered a squat rack from Titan Fitness
I ordered a squat rack from Titan Fitness. I realized that I entered the wrong address, I called Titan and they informed me that they called Fedex to make the change the address. The squat rack is shipped in two different packages, one of the the packages was shipped to the incorrect address and then stolen off the patio from that address, fed ex lost the package. I had to go through five different people on five different occasions and one would tell me fed ex lost it and another would tell me I had to wait for the second to be delivered. One person didn't know what the other was doing. Once they confirmed it was lost they I gave them a different address and one package was delivered but fed ex lost it again. I called fed ex to find out the status and then reported that to Titan and they too called and found that the package was lost yet again. I told them I wanted a refund and they stated that they will issue one, well I emailed again to check on the status and they told me that Fedex says it's still enroute. It is now two months later and I still have not received my refund. They told me they have issued it twice and I still have nothing. The run around I have received from this company has been stressful and mind blowing. Product_Or_Service: Squat Rack Order_Number: [protected]

Incomplete delivery of Ronin plyo machine, missing parts, disposal issue
I ordered a scratch and dent Ronin plyo machine and received only partial components in a 144 lbs box. A different item arrived in another box. Upon contacting the seller, they offered a refund but not replacement parts. A refund means I must dispose of the heavy steel, incurring township fees or transport costs to a disposal facility. I proposed two solutions: replacement of the missing parts, which they refused, or compensation for disposal costs with proof of receipt, which they also denied. Now, I'm left with unusable steel parts from an exercise machine, and facing expenses to dispose of it, as it cannot be included in regular trash pickup. This situation seems unfair as I didn't receive the full product and now have to pay to remove it, for which I believe I should be compensated.

I purchased a smoker from Titan in December for a Christmas gift
I purchased a smoker from Titan in December for a Christmas gift. I was aware this was a scratch and dent unit for the cost of $684 and reading the terms and conditions the unit should have been functional and not in a situation of a safety concern. The unit was extremely heavy and they shipped it FEDEX which was a surprise to me. When I watched the FEDEX truck drive into the driveway, they backed up and open the back doors. The driver pushed the unit up to the end of their truck and just dropped it out of it, because of the hill it banged down the hill. We took the unit to the house and unboxed it (with what little of the unit was now in the box) attempting to get it together for the gift. After spending hours fixing the door, trying to secure the rivets there was no use. There are so many rivets that are falling out of the unit. There are actual welds of the fire box that are broken therefore air getting into the chamber. If fired, this unit could cause a significant fire. It is a safety hazard. I have tried to contact Titan several times, phone calls waiting on hold for hours and finally giving up. I resorted to email in which they are slow to answer. After weeks of slow back and forth they asked for pictures of the unit and since then will not return my emails. The hard part is that this is a dark unit, pictures do not do any justice. I am beyond disappointed with the cost I have spent on this unit.

I bought the "Titan Mass Storage System" shelving unit, but unit I received had the wrong dimensions
I bought the "Titan Mass Storage System" shelving unit, but unit I received had the wrong dimensions. Customer Support wants me to pay for return. I recently bought the "Titan Mass Storage System" shelving unit, which was listed on their website has having an "overall width 42-in". Space I was planning to put this in was only 46 inches, so the dimensions advertised on the website would have been perfect. The unit that arrived is much longer and ended up being closer to 49 inches width end-to-end. I contacted customer support and they said I can return, but they want me to pay $70 to ship it back. I tried explaining that the only reason I purchased was because the dimensions on their website listed "overall width 42-in". They insisted that the dimensions of 42 inches on the website is correct and what I was explaining was wrong. They then wanted me to take pictures of the shelving unit I received, showing that the measurement is more than 42 inches. I unfortunately had already disassembled the shelving unit and repackaged to ship back before I contacted support. Reassembling to take pictures would take me hours to do. Not to mention the shipping box was in really bad shape when it arrived and I had to heavily tape it together to keep it intact. Having to reopen the box would just further compromise its integrity and would require me to waste even more rolls of tape again. I tried to explain this to customer support. But they instead responded by updating their website and changing the dimensions to "49 inches" so I wouldn't have any more proof that the dimensions were incorrect. Fortunately I took a screenshot of the previous website with the incorrect dimensions (attached).

I own the Plate Loaded Functional Trainer
I own the Plate Loaded Functional Trainer. On March 23, one of the cables snapped. I contacted Titan with the specific part number I needed. Support provided me an invoice for a part, which did not look to be correct. I made them aware, but they insisted. I received the part, which was incorrect, as I thought. Since then I've been told several times to wait 3-5 business days for an update from the parts department, yet up to yesterday I had not receved a single update, despite weekly checkins. I have talked to 5 different people. No one will help me. Yesterday I finally received a "120 days for your part" about 10 minutes after I left a poor review for the support person, for lack of follow up. The part that really gets me, is that the machine is still available on the website, which means that the part I need exists. If Titan was able to pull and send me the WRONG part, they can pull and send me the right part. In under 120 days, which again was highly suspect based on timing, and is awful based on the amount of effort on my part to even get that poor response. Parts like cables on a cable machine will wear out. I understand that. I'm willing to pay for a replacement. It's unreasonable that I have a $1000 machine that I cannot use, because Titan cannot get me a consumable part that I'm willing to pay for. It's also unreasonable that all I've really asked for this whole time is follow up and have received none. The machine is available on their site, which means the part exists. Titan has the part. I will be satisified if they send me that part. My order number is ORDER NO. SO0000027312 and the part is the cable combination for the plate loaded functional trainer. thank you

On December 6th at 5:13pm I placed and order for an item on their website
On December 6th at 5:13pm I placed and order for an item on their website. Once I received the confirmation email, I realized that I ordered the wrong item and wanted to cancel the order. There is no way to cancel the order from their website and the phone number that they list on their site is "XXXXXXXXX". I sent them an email at approximately 5:35pm that same day, Dec 6th, stating the issue and that I wanted to cancel the order. They responded on December 8th at 12:49am, stating that item had already shipped and that they could re-route the item back to them at cost to me. I stated that that was unacceptable to charge me for that, since they are the ones who delayed responding to me. They then stated that the would reroute the order through Fedex and I would not be charged. At this time, and for at least another day, the item still showed that it had not been shipped from their warehouse. On December 11th, the item was delivered to me, even though they informed me that it would be rerouted and I'd be refunded. So I reached back out to them through email and they finally responded on December 13th with a return label. They stated that I would receive a refund 7 days after the item was returned to them. Fedex shows that the item was received, and signed for, at their Memphis location on December 21st. I emailed them on January 4th asking for a status update on my refund. At the time of this complaint, January 10th, I have not received my refund and they have not replied to my email. Below are the Original order number, the multiple requests tickets that their system created, and the Fedex tracking number that shows that the item was returned. I purchased the T-2 Series Power Rack on November 14th as a Christmas present for my partner
I purchased the T-2 Series Power Rack on November 14th as a Christmas present for my partner. A few of the reasons I chose to purchase from Titan were that the product was in-stock and their shipping policy includes fast, free shipping. There should have no issue getting the product before Christmas. After ordering, I followed the FedEx tracking information closely. On November 19th, I tracked the shipment and the update from FedEx stated that there was a delivery exception (customer not available or business closed). My partner and I were home all day and there was no delivery attempt by FedEx. Also, I was never informed I needed to be home in the first place. Once it became evident that FedEx had lost the package, I emailed Titan to inform them. After a day or so I received a reply from Titan that basically repeated what the FedEx tracking update said (delivery attempt failed). At that point I called Titan and eventually spoke with someone. I told them that despite what FedEx is claiming they really lost the package or just refuse to deliver it due to the weight. I asked them to send me another but use UPS instead. Ultimately, they refused to ship via UPS. Fast-forwarding from November to now, three racks have been sent from Titan via FedEx and none of them have gotten to me. I've spent a considerable amount of time emailing, waiting on hold, even driving to FedEx to try and recover my order. I understand the issue is primarily with FedEx, but after being informed of the issue by me, Titan should have corrected course. I finally cancelled the order a few weeks ago, but have not received a refund. I'm sure they will say the refund is being processed... no real concern for the time-value of their customer's money. It's a shame. I've heard some positive things from friends about their products, but I'll never order a thing from them again. There is too much competition in this market to have poor customer service.

These people sent two pieces of broken/incomplete fitness equipment in two days, refuse to make it right
These people sent two pieces of broken/incomplete fitness equipment in two days, refuse to make it right. Have my money, refuse to fix the problem. I've bought a lot of equipment from Titan. Lately, it's gone downhill. On January 7 I ordered an EZ Curl bar, a leg extension/curl machine, and a shoulder press and deltoid raise machine. EZ curl arrive broken. The bushings were knocked out of the sleeves. They said they'd send a replacement but it was backordered. The following day I received the shoulder press machine. It arrived missing a bushing in the press joint, so the arms can't be assembled. It was also missing the back rest cushion AND both arm cushions. Explain to me how this happens? The box arrived completely tattered and taped together, like someone else had returned it. Immediately contacted titan and forwarded pictures. They told me to return it, but I have to pay return shipping and buy my own box. This is an oversized machine that weighs 150 lbs. A box that size costs $100. The freight charge is at least as much. Not happening. I asked them to send the parts. They are backordered for months. I asked them to send a new machine, so I can mail this one back in the replacement box and have a functioning piece of equipment. They went radio silent. After several more unanswered email attempts to resolve this disaster, I have now initiated a chargeback with my bank for the cost of the machine. I canceled the leg extension machine. So hopefully I actually get my refund. These thieves have $525 of my money for an unusable hunk of metal waste. They just lost at least $3500 worth of immediate business on the leg extension i had already purchased and the functional trainer that I was ready to check out with in my cart. Who knows how much future business they just flushed down the toilet. Like others here, I left a negative review for the press on their website which was almost immediately removed by Titan. These people are crooks and con-artists. Buy at your own peril.

Received partial shipment of order
Received partial shipment of order. Missing items rescheduled for delivery not shipped. Notified that product (part of set) is no longer in stock. Below is a recap of my correspondence with Titan Distributing, and events that created the need for sales and customer support. 1. Initial Order (No.***) was placed on December 19. 2. Received email notification that order (No.***) was shipped on December 21 via LTL : R&L Carriers 3. Second Order (No.***) placed on December 24. 4. Received email notification that the second order, (No.***) would arrive on December 27. 5. Received second order (No.***) on December 29. 6. Received initial order (No.*** ) on December 31. 7. Driver noted /signed on the freight bill (No. ***) that the following items were missing. (1) STLCAL2.5_D 430276 - STLCAL2.5_D Pair of (2.5KG Calibrated Steel Plates with cosmetic blemishes) $53.99 (1) STLCAL20_D 430280 - STLCAL20_D (20KG Calibrated Steel Plate cosmetic blemishes) $197.98 (1) STLCAL10_D 430278 - STLCAL10_D (10KG Calibrated Steel Plate cosmetic blemishes) $62.99 8. I phoned sales support on December 31,2020 to discern the location of missing items. Support individual was helpful, and noted that the items that were missing were in stock and issued a replacement order for the missing weight plates as noted above. 9. Order (No. ***) / (PO No. ***) was placed by the support individual on December 31, with an estimated ship date of January 1. 10. On January 5th I contacted online support "Chat" to find out the status of Order (No. ***), as I had not received any updates. The online chat session was with Jan Ng. 11. I was informed that none of the items included as part of the replacement order (No. ***) / (PO No. ***) were in stock. My conclusion was that either the replacement order was placed in error as the items were never in stock, or the order was never placed and due to demand, the replacement items were no longer available. 12. I asked how could Titan "Make this right". After all, there must have been an error with shipping at some point for me to only receive a partial order. Not only did I not receive the full order, but the order placed by customer service would not be fulfilled as well. 13. At this point, I have been offered a refund for the items listed on item number (7) above and a single 10kg plate if returned There appears to be a disconnect between sales /procurement, distribution, and customer service. A simple understanding that an individual would go to the effort of purchasing an entire system (Rack, Bench, Bar, and Plates), and not want a mismatched set of plates should be easily understood.

Titan Fitness has failed 4 different shipping attempts to deliver the squat rack that I have paid in full for and has deleted my review off
Titan Fitness has failed 4 different shipping attempts to deliver the squat rack that I have paid in full for and has deleted my review off their site Hello! Specifics detailed below, but I have had an order up with Titan Fitness for a folding squat rack since August 12th that showed in stock with standard delivery estimates which has now failed delivery 4 separate times, including 3 replacement orders since the original delivery failed. Each time the delivery either gets lost or *** lists the package as damaged and sends back to manufacturer. None of the times have I been alerted by the Titan team and have had to call in to request another unit be shipped out myself. 2 out of the 4 times the product has gone back out of stock in the midst of the failed deliveries and I have lost additional time waiting on a newly manufactured unit to hit inventory. The manufacturer continues to elude to *** as the problematic party and I have requested twice to ship through *** but they say they can only request that with no guarantee. That request has not been fulfilled and each replacement shipment has gone through *** with either lost/stolen or damaged in shipment as the result. The latest shipment shows the package being rerouted to Titan headquarters after arriving in NC with *** NC as the final destination. My recent email was responded to with the resolution of waiting a few more days to see if something changes before proceeding with a return of the package I have received. These are nearly 8ft tall 11 gauge steel posts that I took out of a tattered and torn box which I have since thrown away because the box was no longer in tact just from carefully unboxing it. ORDER NO. XXXXXXXXXXX placed 8/12 (squat rack model T-3 Series Tall Folding Power Rack - 41-in Depth V2) Invoice #INVXXXXXX amount $445.07 paid in full on *** The package comes in two different boxes, one for the upright posts and pull up bar and one for the side arm bars, brackets to attach side arms to walls, and any mounting hardware that would have been included. The upright posts and pull up bar were delivered with no sign of the side arm box. Checked the provided *** Tracking XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and it stated damaged package in Durham, NC withheld delivery. First replacement shipment placed 9/1 shipping notification on 9/5 - *** tracking XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX sat still up until the 14th when I called Titan and they had to consider it lost or stolen. Said they placed a replacement shipment that would ship out, but product did not end up being in stock and I was never notified of the delay . 2 more weeks went by before order was actually placed. Replacement shipment placed 9/28 shipping notification on 10/13 - *** tracking XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX stated damaged package in Durham, NC withheld delivery. Replacement shipment placed 10/19 with expected shipping right away, emailed Titan 10/27 after no shipping notifications given and was told order was still in queue for review and approval. Got a notification next day order was shipped with *** tracking XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Emailed 11/2 after tracking information showed package had arrived in NC, but was now in transit to Memphis, TN (Titan headquarters.) Latest message from Chelsea *** in customer service: ***, It looks like this package could be lost in transit. I am going to give it a couple more days and see if we can get any new updates. Unfortunately, this item is now out of stock. I just want to give it more time before proceeding with a return of the package you did receive. I gave the specific squat rack a 1 star review on their site (which seems to be the only place to review Titan Fitness) and it is clear that they deleted it and manage the reviews for their products to only show positive feedback. I have attached the email I received asking me to verify my email address so customer's could trust my feedback, which I did.

Two major orders 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive a complete order
Two major orders 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive a complete order. Ordered a T3 power rack April 15.Order***Order has been plagued with problems from the start.Recieved confirmation of shipping with 3 tracking numbers. 2 of the 3 packages were updated daily and in transit.3rd package never updated from "label has been created" status.Contacted customer support and was assured 3rd package was in transit even though carriers website did not state that. Subsuquent calls all said this was normal even though I knew it was not.On April 21 I finally got a represenative to issue a replacement for the box that never was updated or shipped on that same day I also received one of the other 2 boxes from order. The second box that was shipped at the same time showed that it was at the local *** facility still without any estimated delivery date.I called*** dozens of times to try to have them deliver but they would not deliver and insisted that they had the item.April 23th*** website updates and says my replacement order as well as the second package from initial order will be delivered that day.Replacement box is delivered but other package is not delivered and says that delivery date is pending but that its out on vehicle for delivery which it still says today 6 days later.Titan support agrees to send replacement uprights on 4/27.They assure me that it will be shipped that day as its been 2 weeks and I don't have a complete rack.4/28 I contact again regarding order*** placed on 4/21.Order was in transit scheduled for delivery 4/29.On 4/27*** website states that order has been canceled by shipper mid transit. When I contact titan support morning of 4/28 they state that they do not know who or why my order was canceled. They say they don't have an expedited shipping option.I ask if it would be possible to expedite processing since at no fault of my own I have to wait additional time for item I paid for.Representative contacts supervisor for this request and returns to tell me supervisor has approved this request and they have the item in their warehouse and would ship to me that day.It was not shipped and when I called support once again on 4/28 as to why it was not shipped the rep informs me that it would take a few days to process even though earlier that day I was told it would ship same day.Represenative said he would have his manager call me but manager never called and neither one of my orders that were to have shipped on 4/28 were shipped. I have spent several thousands of dollars the past few weeks with Titan and not yet received one complete order. The following is a paragraph take from Titans website."You won't have to worry about any aspects of your order once they're in our hands. Simply place your order, and leave the hard parts to us-- it's our job." This is my first experience with Titan but I can't agree with that statement.I have had to worry about every aspect of the orders I have placed and the representatives have not been of much assistance. No offer to compensate for the time I have wasted calling, emailing ,social media contact with them as well as their carrier. A decent compromise would have been to keep their promise and expedite the processing of the replacement orders I'm currently waiting on but they failed to deliver on initial delivery promise as well as promise of replacement orders.I was also promised a $50 credit on order# ending in ***Never received that either. If I had any idea I would have had to endure such incompetence and lack of care on their part I would have never placed orders with Titan. It takes hours of being on hold to reach them by phone. I once waited 2hr42 mins to speak to someone and somedays I can't get through at all.Not even allowed to be put in que because too many currently on hold. This has been the most frustrating shipping and shopping experience I have ever endured.Ever.
