My rep Glen was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and extremely understanding and patient with me. He answered all my questions and was very thorough with his explanations. Johnn Michael R my case manager was more than patient and helpful for me to be able to finally complete my student loan requirements. I have had to put him off several times because of my not being able to get the documents I need because of everything being slowed because of the virus. He always is very understanding and directs me to the next step. I'm grateful to have him as my counselor. ***.

Titan prep has assisted me over the past 3 years with my loans. They take the time out to explain the services and make sure your experience is good one and really try to assist you with the best repayment options available to you. *** is great! He takes his time in explaining things and has talked to *** of *** on my behalf to be sure they were reviewing my documents thoroughly and accurately.

service agent/loan specialist *** has FANTASTIC customer service skills. Positive, great attitude, communicative, clear and patient as I navigated the process of paying my student loan. I will recommend this company based on her help alone... tho TitanPrep has always done a 5-star job at helping me navigate my loan over mulriple years and even helped me get over $30,000 of my loan forgiven! Couldn't be happier!

Lyra is always patient with me, is very knowledgeable and answers all of my questions. The only thing that was frustrating was the first person who attended me before Lyra. She wasn't loud enough, spoke too fast and didn't really allow me to ask question. It was too much information, it should also be on the website in order to read the information as well. They know what they are doing to transition the recertification.

John was my servicer and he did a wonderful job. He helped me get my loans discharged due to my permanent disability. He was the one that suggests the program and guided me through step by step. Without his help, I would have been extremely strapped to repay the loan. He made the process smooth and held my hand when needed. Titan Prep did a wonderful job helping me through the process. I am so grateful for their assistance.

Sandra H. The only review I can give is amazing. The last two days of corresponding with Michael was non other than truly professional, caring and patient. This young man provided a lot of understanding and time, in order for me to complete important documents. I'm truly honored to have him as my specialist in preparing my recertification. I have to admit, we were skeptical at first but *** far exceeded our expectations. I never thought I would see the end of my student loans but with Scotties knowledge and persistent nudging, my PSLF was completed, forgiven and I received a sizable refund that I was not expecting, all within a few short months. Gone is that constant dread of never ending student loan debt and fear of never seeing my way to the end of repaying them. Thank you so much!

Michael Torres I actually truly enjoy working with Michael. When he called me I instantly recognized his voice and remembered that I enjoyed working with him last year. He isn't robotic. He is actually cute and funny and he truly makes sure that I understand how everything works and what benefits or consequences can result from my choices. I truly hope he never leaves the company and that I get the pleasure of working with him every year during recertification.

They won't let you cancel there services without getting into a lengthy timeliness and history. On phone for 45 minutes talking to Michael Torres stating "need to give you a timeliness of account for compliance purposes." Then all he wanted to talk about was all my mistakes I made when dealing with another "closed down" document prep company. No legitimacy to this company because how is another document preparation company able to transfer my information to them. Everyone beware.

I would always recommend Titan Prep for anyone repaying their student loan debt. I've had such a great experience from day 1. Even with how stressful dealing with student loans can be, Titan Prep helped me through the way making things much simpler. My case agent, Anthony Escobar, was very thorough and explained everything along the way. He even made a few jokes, which helps ease the process and worry. I am very satisfied with Titan Prep and look forward to finishing my loan process with them.

I have been working with TitanPrep for a few years now to help me get the best payment plan. The staffs are amazing they go above and beyond to help you and every way they can, the patience and professionalism they demonstrate is incredible. Every year during my recertification process I would have a hard time understanding or uploading documents and they would not give up on me or let me give up until the process is completed. I had a great experience with a representative who guided me through the necessary computer steps for managing my student loans. Being on disability, I aimed for a three-year deferment plan. Fortunately, my loans have been forgiven, and I owe nothing. I'm extremely grateful to Titan Prep and their team, including the supervisor, whose name escapes me. I'm ecstatic and thankful for their help. My name is omitted for privacy.

I have been with Titan Prep for many years now and they've always been very helpful! They always do their best to try and help you out and explain things to you the best that they can. Yes, you do have to pay a $295 fee but it's once a year and in my opinion is worth it very much. This year I had the pleasure of Lyra helping me and she was very helpful and did her best to explain everything very well. Overall, I like Titan Prep and will continue to do business with them in the future I even like that they are doing more and more things via online because I am not a very big "talk on the phone" kind of person. This year when I was doing my recertification the only downside I didn't like hearing about is that they had to go back to including the spouse's income with your own student loans. I don't believe that's right if it's my student loans and my responsibility then my spouse shouldn't have anything to do with that just because someone is married does NOT mean they can afford high student loan payments and that's a wrong assumption to make. But they're just doing their job and I know it's not their fault but I hope that in the future they do away with this and only go by the person with the student loan's income.

got an email n text from TitanPrep on 4/18/22 even tho i told em to stop contactin me last year. i talked to some important peeps n changed my info but they still comin at me. i want them to stop contactin me right now.

So, this company TitanPrep has been bugging me since last year, like October to June . They keep calling and emailing me, even though I told them to stop. They said they got my file from Student Advocates, but I already paid off my contract with them. I even forwarded the email to prove it. But they still won't leave me alone. I'm getting really fed up and if they don't stop, I'm gonna have to get a lawyer involved. So, yeah, not a fan of TitanPrep.

So, like 2 months back, I started getting calls from some ID saying "TitanPrep Services." I picked up and they said I owe them money, which is a total lie. I told them my student loans are all paid up and I don't want them calling me anymore. They asked me who I paid and I said they should figure it out themselves. Then I called *** Services ***) and they said I don't owe anything. They told me to check with Studentaid.gov, which I did, and they also said I don't owe anything. But this TitanPrep place keeps calling me and I told them I'm gonna report them to ComplaintsBoard.com and my loan holders. I paid off my loans last September, almost a year ago. They're bugging me and I think they're trying to scam me.
