Tom's Mechanical was an excellent company in determining the actual issue with my HVAC. They were very delightful and knowledgeable individuals. They were very patient with me by explaining the cause of the problem and the solution.

My experiences with Toms Mechanical have continued to be very positive. Tom is my preferred representative and he has proven to be reliable, honest, prompt, and always determined to provide the best service! I have been very pleased with my experience and look forward to continuing doing business with them!

We've been using Tom's Mechanical for the last few years for our AC needs. They're the best in the business. They're professional and friendly when setting up an appointment on the phone or when their technician meets you in person. You can expect Tom's to meet their two-hour arrival appointment window. You will receive a courtesy call letting you know they are on their way within 30 minutes. They're up front with their costs and will answer any questions before proceeding with their work. Tom visited us today for our annual AC checkup and he was great!

Tom at Tom's Mechanical is the consummate professional. He maintains our systems at our house and our daughter's. One of the systems was previously installed poorly and he has continued to help us work around the problems and keep that system running. It is great knowing we have someone to trust and not a different technician every visit. Tom installed a new heat pump at the other house and when a board went out, they scoured the country looking for one in warehouses and unsold identical units. Despite the current supply chain issues, they still managed to solve the problem quickly.

Corrie W. 03/08 Not sure if I am spelling his name right but Eric/Erik Sc was great. He was courteous, personable, very knowledgeable and HONEST! Because of Eric/Erik, I gave my business to Tom's Mechanical instead of another vendor who I had do a maintenance check and quote on my heat pump the day before. Eric/Erik did not know I had another quote until after he gave me Tom Mechanical's quote. He did not waste my time with add-ons that I did not need. I redid my review in case it did not go through the first time because I want to make sure that Eric/Erik gets credit for the great job that he did. Took a lot of stress off! Thank you.

Tom's Mechanical of Arlington went beyond my expectations. Their sales and service staff are very professional. Recently I bought a Trane 4ton HVAC unit. Brian in Sales visited me and explained options on a new unit. He also provided three local references in Arlington area to check their quality of work. He was always in constant communication updating the status of my order and installation. The service staff of Luis, Corey, and Jesse were awesome. On installation date, they came on time in the morning, explained what's to be done. They installed the new Trane unit, explained how to use the new thermostat unit with Wi-Fi. At the end of work, they cleaned and left my home tidy. All in all it was super sales and service experience! Hats off to them! Thanks

I was really excited when Toms Mechanical came in and replaced my 20 year old air conditioner heating system in November . It's one thing to have somebody to install the system, but to see how Toms Mechanical continues to support the customer is unbelievable. I recently had a situation with my thermostat turning on and off. I didn't know what happened. Frank with Toms Mechanical was not only a polished and professional serviceman but knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. Frank and other service repairmen are the gold standard for how service should be handled. He also resolved other issues related to the thermostat WiFi when it stopped working. The service after installation is extremely important - thanks to Frank for his excellent customer service. A shout out to Nicole for managing the appointments and calls. I have total confidence in Toms Mechanical and recommend them to anyone. Thanks again from Dwayne!
