VPN no work with 1st gen firesticks. They no say this on site. I pay $60 for 1 year. After 7 days, Spectrum send 18 complaints "Notice of Copyright Infringement" emails from ***. I contact billing for refund, they give me run around and ask same questions over and over. Then they say no refund after 7 days. But *** take over 7 days to send complaint and no say no work with 1st gen firestick. App connect to vpn on firestick and no say issue. This company scam, no use if no want "Notice of Copyright Infringement" letter from Spectrum and no refund.

Torguard is a bad company. They say they will give your money back if you don't like their product, but that's a lie. I paid for their VPN service and it didn't work for me. I asked for a refund within a day, but they said no. They even sent me an invoice for more money! I tried to cancel my subscription, but they wouldn't let me. Don't use Torguard, they are a scam.

I been gettin' billed $9.99 on my Visa for 2 months now and I don't know what it's for. I ain't never heard of this Torguard company before. I reckon it's a monthly charge, but I want it to stop right now! They got a website, but there ain't no phone number or email to get in touch with nobody 'bout these charges. I wanna know why I'm gettin' billed and I want my account credited for these charges. I don't wanna see 'em again.

I signed up for Torguard's VPN service on January 30th. I made sure to remove myself from any email lists or newsletters, like I always do when signing up for anything. But on July 13th, I got an email advertising one of their services. They said I opted in, but I didn't. I don't want any emails that aren't necessary for my account. Plus, they promised me a free Fire Stick and mini router when I signed up, but I never got them. It's not cool that they're spamming me.

I got this VPN thingy called Torguard. I paid $64.50 USD ($84.50 CAN) for a whole year on January 27. They charged me $9.99 for one month (January 27 to Feb 27, 2021) and then gave me 13 months. But I still ain't got no product or software. I tried to talk to them twice, but they ain't said nothing back. They ain't even sent me a receipt or nothing. I checked my email every day, even the spam folder, but there ain't nothing from "torgaurd." I don't know if they're playing games or what, but it seems like they're trying to scam me! I want my money back or I want the thing I paid for, minus the $9.99 for one month.

I got Torguard VPN on Feb 7, 2022. It lets you watch stuff from different places like ***. They gave me 2 IP addresses to watch stuff from the US and UK, but they didn't work. I asked for help from tech support for 2 days, but it didn't work. So I asked for my money back on Feb 8, 2022, because they say they give you your money back in 7 days. But they said no because they don't give refunds for streaming IPs. They didn't say that on their website. So I asked my credit card company for my money back on Feb 9, 2022, and they gave me my money back for a little bit. But then Torguard took away my account and my login. I thought it was over, but then my credit card company said Torguard was fighting the refund. They said I need a letter from someone who knows about this stuff to say it doesn't work. But I can't do that because Torguard took away my account. They stole my money and lied to my credit card company. I haven't talked to them since Feb 9, 2022.
