Tow Technique review: Towing company

Today 11/3/22 at 12:57pm I was contacted by a gentle named Able [protected] from Tow Technique in Stockton CA. The call was on a recorded line so please check the recording starting at 12:55pm. He proceeded to harass and berate me regarding a vehicle that was towed by my landlord a few years ago. He used a threatening tone and was beyond unprofessional. He threatened me with legal action and told me I must like not paying my bills. I asked him to please do not contact me anymore and I would put in a complaint due to the hostility and aggression he showed over the phone.
