I ordered an accent cabinet online from ACF Wholesale on June 18, 2022 at cost of $514.04. This was paid with my Fifth Third bank mastercard at the time the order was placed. The order was supposed to take 2-6 weeks to ship. I never received the item. I did contact the company by phone (waited 2 hours on hold) and was told I should receive it in September. I did not receive the item and, after several emails, asked that the order be canceled and the payment refunded to my card. I received and email on on September 6 stating that they were processing my request with the manufacturer and would issue a full refund once they received confirmation that the order was canceled. Once receiving confirmation, it would take up to 7-14 days. I never received the refund and continued to try and reach them without success. The last email from ACF was an automated message stating management was looking into the issue and hoped to settle ASAP. I did contact my bank (Fifth Third) and filed a dispute (case # C22102956042). I also faxed copies of some of my emails to the dispute team. I still have not had any information regarding a refund of my money.
Desired outcome: Refund of $514.04 to may card
