Where is my refund

You said: It has been well past your allotted time to process my refund. What is the problem and where is my money?

Ridiculous excuses

You said: That is absurd, you clearly stated in your original message to me that the product is discontinued. I can also presume you are not interested in obtaining my business. There is no reason for a delayed processing investigation considering my circumstance. Either the product is available or it is not, pretty cut and dry. Also, you withdrew the funds from my account the same day I placed the order without confirming availability of the product. I can't wait to leave a review about my experience. It might be faster for me to wage a complaint with my bank and file a merchant service case. 1 to 10 scale/ 10 is best Customer service - 0 Billing resolution - 0 Inventory control - 0 Ease of purchase - 0 Overall buying experience - 0

ACF Wholesale said: Hello, At this time we are still currently processing your cancellation. We must receive confirmation from the manufacturer that the order has been canceled on their end before we are able to submit the refund on our end. Please note that this whole process can take 7-14 business days. Please reflect back to the day that you received the confirmation email from us stating that we were beginning that cancellation process for you to see when you can expect to see your refund submitted. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. We will submit your refund as soon as we have this confirmation from the manufacturer. Thanks, ACF Wholesale

Refund status

You said: Any chance my refund will be processed soon. You are holding me up from buying a replacement piece to accommodate the out of stock item. I would like to place an order again. A little expedited customer service would be greatly appreciated.

ACF Wholesale said: We apologize but the manufacturing warehouse notified us that this merchandise has been discontinued. Since all products ship straight from the manufacturing warehouse to you, we are unable to fulfill them. We will have to cancel the item(s) off the order and issue you a refund for them. If the funds have not been captured, then the void will be processed. (refunds can take up to 7-14 business days) We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We strive to have all orders fulfilled but unfortunately, we can only go by what the manufacturing warehouse does. They are experiencing several setbacks while trying to get the merchandise back in stock.
