I ordered furniture in November of 2021. Order # 103026. They kept putting off my order delivery and I had then cancelled part of it in March. Now I recieved a notification in July saying they were cancelling the order completely. I was to receive a refund with 10 business days. I never received this and have been calling this company, staying on hold for hours, and then they hang up without answering. I have been calling over five times now, still trying, and have also sent them numerous emails inquiring what they are doing. Only once did I get through on the phone, that was August 9, 2022 and they claimed a check was being mailed out on August 16, 2022. I am due a refund of $291.
