I purchased furniture online through the ACF Furniture website, and was told it would take 8-12 weeks to arrive. Now here we are 1 1/2 years later, and still no furniture has been received to this day. I had to call so many different numbers I found in Google or was given by other Ashley customer service reps, because I was getting the run around from ACF Wholesale, only to find out, Ashley has been shipping the bedroom set I ordered for the last year and they have plenty in stock, but I am being told by ACF there are none in stock. I was told that ACF can’t do anything about it and they had no one to contact, but a manager at Ashley told me each wholesale business has a dedicated rep they can contact. I even filed a complaint with BBB recently, and was flat out told to wait even though it’s been so long. It seems like they get away with taking peoples money and giving them a hard time about getting their product. That is a disgrace to the furniture industry and must be put to an end. People work hard for their money and should be able to get the service/items they paid for. This business should be shut down immediately!
Desired outcome: Receive my furniture, and close this business down.
So sorry. My story is the same as yours. I wanted the bedroom suite so badly. I saved so hard. It doesn't look like I am going to get it. Even if they give me my money back. it will still cost 2000+ more to buy it. Everything has skyrocketed in price. So sad people can treat us like this.

I have had the same experience. Patio set over 3000 has not arrived. I have been getting strung along by emails stating it will be another month. Finally I asked Visa to refund me and they said that their policy is to not offer refunds after 60 days!

Exact same thing happened to me. I ordered in June of 22 and finally cancelled in March of 23. Never received a refund of over $800.00. I have filed with the BBB, FTC, AG, MS FBI and have been in contact with the MS police department. I am praying and believing that God will bring judgement and justice and that we are compensated greatly what these people have done! I have names and addresses as well and will not stop fighting. May I suggest that everyone that was scammed save all documentation for when justice prevails.
Lisa I prayed too! I promised God if so got my money back I would help someone with part of it. Before I left on a trip I help a Facebook friend who was battling cancer and had no means to support herself. While I was gone I received a cashiers check for the full refund. I still feel I need to help someone else. God will let me know. God is working on Mr. Benjamin Chad Moody. I pray everyone gets their money back. Blessings to you.
The same thing happened to me. Go on the Attorney General, Lynn Fitch, for the state of Mississippi website and file a consumer complaint. They will start a case file and investigate. The more complaints, the more likely there will be legal action against the company. Here's the link.

BillieJo2023 I will share after my money quits saying provisional. I want to make 100% it's mine. The bank gave it back to me even though it had been over a year. If ACF were to dispute it I could get it taken away. But I would still get my money back because I will fight till I have it back. Mr. Moody can't have my $3000. I worked way too hard for it.

Lorrie Ann Mason I did receive a refund. I bugged him and every one in his life. My bank helped me when I filled a dispute. They put the money in my account and then they took it back. It had been too late.
Me. Moody had nothing to do with that. He never received any money. It was the credit card companies that wouldn’t share the money. You paid your money to the credit card company and it went no further. It was the credit card company holding everyone’s money.
You keep believing that. I gave my money to ACF and they were responsible for it regardless what the credit card company did they should have shut ordering down if this was true. They kept taking orders. Plus, I finally got a refund in the mail. Turkey you must either be the infamous Mr. Moody or someone associated with him. No matter if I sell you something I am responsible for either getting your order to you or refunding your money.
Has anyone had any luck getting their refund? I ordered in December of 2021 and was told over and over that the Ashley furniture piece was on backorder. Their website is now down and their number is disconnected. My credit card wont refund me because its been so long. Anyone have any other advice?
I haven’t had any luck either and I’m in the same boat with the credit card company. I think the next step is to get a lawyer. I was also looking in to putting a lien on the “company”
I ordered a coffee and end table in October of 2021. I got the “back-ordered” excuse. Every time I inquired by email and phone, I was told my order was coming in three months. That happened every three months for over a year. Finally at the end of 2022, I requested a full refund. They said it would be refunded in 5-7 business days. Today I stand with no furniture and no refund. That company is such a scam!
