On April 22, 2022, I ordered an 8-piece Ashley Realyn Bedroom Suite and a Ashley Realyn Vanity. They said they ordered it, but each month as I asked where it was, they said Ashley has it back ordered. I kept on and on till last month. I think a year is long enough. I asked to cancel my order and return my money. They said they would and to give them 7-14 days to refund my money. I waited and waited and never got refunded. Now, I go to their website, and it says it's down for maintenance and there are rumors the place has closed. I am out almost $3,000. Can I get my money back. They lied and lied. I ordered the vanity from Amazon and got it within a week. SO I don't understand how their furniture can be back ordered by that much. They also say Ashley is to blame. I say it's their responsibility to get my money back to me. This is awful I saved for a long time for that bedroom suite to have my money stolen from me. There has to be something I can do. Chad Moody owns this place maybe we can find him. Please, help me, Kindly Sandy Coleman

Desired outcome: I just want my money back. If the bedroom suite came I would take that but really want my money back.

I am trying to myself get the money those thieves stole from me. A year later and no furniture and no refund

I am so sorry. I wonder why you stay anonymous. These crooks need to know our names and we need to stand up to them. I am researching and have found out tons about Mr. Chad Moody. He made millions off just this company. He can pay us back. He thinks he can hide behind his LLC Company. But what he did to me was over a year ago long before he was thinking of closing his company. He also has other companies. Stay tuned when I am 100% sure of all my research, I will share it. I hope you get your money back.

We have the same issue regarding a $902.00 buffett. No furniture and no refund. This Chad Moody crook needs to pay. What can we do?

Catherine you are still under the time limit, and you can file a dispute. Most companies do 60 days, but they are allowed to do 120 days (at least that's what Bank of America told me). Please, try Mr. Moody said they will not dispute your dispute. If not do what I did BUG HIM DAILY WITHOUT STOPPING! Emails, letters, and calls. I have the form if you want to file a small claim against him. Please try to dispute. :) I got my refund back by never letting up on the guy. One person posted all Mr. Moody's personal information on here and I used it to hunt down my money. I got a cashier's check last week. I am praising the LORD! I neeeded my money back. He told me i was going to get a refund, so I went and bought the bedroom suite somewhere else. When he kept giving me the runaround, I panicked I had spent too much money and wouldn't be paid again until August. I"m a teacher. But God helped me, and I am thankful, and GOD is good. ALL THE TIME.
