I placed several orders from June of 2022 and August of 2022. I needed the extra money in September and my orders still wasn't fulfilled so I called and cancelled. The lady I talk to told me and sent an email stating it would be 7-14 days for my refund to go back to my banking account. Now we are in November I can't get an answer from them or even to answer the phone. I stay on hold for hours waiting to talk to someone. When it's finally my turn to talk to someone they hang up on me. I just want my money back!
