I am writing to share my recent experience at your St. Laurent location in Ottawa, Ontario. Unfortunately, my visit was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to bring the following concerns to your attention.
The store's overall atmosphere was highly disappointing. Shelves and merchandise obstructed the aisles, creating a cluttered and disorganized environment. There was trash and debris on the floors, several lights were burnt out, and merchandise was scattered across various departments, making it difficult to locate specific items. Additionally, I was unable to find any staff members readily available to provide assistance during my visit.
This disarray left me feeling overwhelmed and frustrated, leading me to leave the store without completing my shopping.
I hope this feedback helps bring attention to the issues and contributes to improving the customer experience at this location.
