I get the products from a UK supplier worth 50000 Dollars, Successfully did this by my buddy, service manager in TK.

Tradekey.com is a genuine B2B portal, I have been a buyer from there of tablet pc and powerbanks.

So its better to know the norms of the b2b portal dealing. Scammers are everywhere you must be experience person to know

I signed up for a buyer account at trade key and was excited when I found suppliers for Red Bull energy drink. The company is Tha Global Biz and they are from Thailand.
Their Skype name is SiamSterlin and phone numbers [protected], [protected] the person I spoke with on the phone is Siam Sterlin, "director of sales", and his email address is thaglobalbiz@gmail.com. My order was for a 20 foot container of Red Bull and I negotiated $10, 000 US down payment with the remaining paid once I receive the products. After they receive the wire transfer of $10, 000, he said they ran into complications and need $5, 000 more to move forward. I keep calling and sending emails without any response. I just got scammed ! Advice - always do payment type of D/A and not T/T (wire transfer where the seller is 100% protected and the buyer is 0% protected), I asked Trade Key how they screen their sellers and got no response on this question. Goto http://www.foreign-trade.com/reference/payment.cfm to learn about different international terms of payment and their level of risk . The recipient of the funds is Premjit Kiatruengroj, 9 Ratchadaphisek Road Ladyao, Jatujak, Bangkok 10900. PH 66 [protected]. Stay away for your own good!

In DEC 2013, we have also paid 8, 000$ for Galvanized Steel Coil but got disappointed as we did not get delivery of Galvanized Steel Coil. It is very unprofessional and we got cheated by this company. Now Nobody receives calls and no response on emails from that company after we made the payment. Dear All Internet Business Users, I and my 5 business user have been cheated from this B2B Tradekey.com company, I can provide thier name Mr Hamza, Mr Imtiaz & most hard working Mr Hamad. They have created thier own website and user who will contact you as a buyer's till they get the whole amount form you. We have have been cheated 3000 USD and before transfering the money they have promise that if we dont like the service they will return the money back and now its almost 3 months and currently they are out of contact.
Once any festival will come all buyers and along with them wont contact you, so the question here is if they have the holiday then how come buyer, its mean thier own people have created a website and treat like a buyer, they will ask you for sample and then reject your sample. thats simple. pls stay far away. Honestly, Tradekey.com has to be one of the most corrupt marketplaces on the internet. I don't see why they don't block it in the US and the rest of the world. I have been scammed so many times through companies that appear to look reputable.
For starters, when you go to look at a seller's feedback, all TradeKey shows you is the number of feedbacks, NOT the type. It doesn't matter if the feedback was negative or positive, it shows as simply a feedback. Tradekey themselves can tell you the type of feedback, but you will have to contact their customer support, which takes at least 24 business hours to respond, NEVER any quicker, they guarantee it.
Next, on TradeKey there is a rating system (called Trust Points), you gain or lose Trust Points based on your transactions, if the buyer is happy, then you gain 80 TrustPoints, if not and they open a dispute with you, then you lose 80. Your typical company will have about 200-300 points, there are Chinese scam companies with 3000, most of the time it is exactly 3000 which indicates scams most likely. If you open a TradeKey account and verify your bank account with them, you are rewarded 3000 points, however there are Chinese people who have figured out ways of cheating the points system and giving themselves huge amounts of points, so don't rely on this for a second.
Third, if you are willing to pay TradeKey $500 a year, you are given a "Gold Member Account" which makes you look more reputable. There are scammers who have figured out ways of getting Gold Member accounts.
Finally, when you are scammed (a very likely case scenario given this enviornment), and you contact TradeKey to report it, they customer support reps are extremely uncooperative and the process they make you do is ridiculous. Even if you messaged the scammer DIRECTLY through TradeKey messages, they still require you prove to them that you actually spoke with the scammer. They also require you have proof of payment, which raises concerns of ID theft, given that you are sending a crap load of personal info to some support rep you have no clue who they are.
Bottom line, I strongly advise ALL internet users to STAY AWAY from this site. I can tell countless horror stories I have had do business on this site and I have personally lost hundreds from these online scams.

Wolfgang Peter after I got a Preforma invoice all in detail what we need it. after I make my second wire transfer a total of 4, 100 euros I never heard from him again they don't answer my phone calls or emails. A TOTAL FRAUD I don't think a get my money BUT If you considering to to business overseas with a company that you don't know think about more then a few times because most likely you going to lose your money...

Supplier registered in tradekey.com as plenty lighting company is a fraud. The contact person was Vernon Xie. He is a cheater. We have paid 15, 000 USD for our order to the bank he informed, He has also confirmed by mail that he received our payment . Once I got there for inspection, nothing is ready to be inspected. He said never received our payment . He excused with too much reason. When I reported to police in China, They could not receive our report due to not strong evidence although We have showed our emails about all the communication we did with that bad supplier.
Hopefully Tradekey can blocked his membership.
Because of this case I can't trust supplier from China, I am not confidence to have business with suppliers from China.
If there are a lot of people have same experience as I did, I am sure it will give disadvantage to China .
Thus China government should take care of all fraud happen.
