CardStore Mixed Experiences with Cardstore

As someone who appreciates the personal touch of sending cards, I've had mixed experiences with Cardstore. While the variety of designs is impressive, the delivery time can be frustratingly long. The customer service, unfortunately, seems to be inconsistent, with some users reporting rude interactions. On the bright side, the ability to personalize cards with photos is a nice feature. Overall, if you're willing to be patient and don't mind potential hiccups, Cardstore could still be worth a try for your special occasions.

CardStore Very good experience

Very good experience. They were the only website I could find with the particular layout I was looking for, so I was worried about the quality and processing time. I ordered my cards at 11pm on 11/12 & RECEIVED them in the mail on 11/15! I was very pleased with the quality--I had 2 photos & some textwork. Combined with a 40% off coupon, this was a deal!

CardStore Had an awesome experiene with this website!

Had an awesome experiene with this website! I was a little hesitant to buy my photo christmas cards from here due to the amount of bad reviews. They were offering 70% off deal that I couldnt pass up. The cards turned out perfectly with great paper quality. I received my cards 7 days from the date of ordering. I was able to get 30 cards for $10.81 which made me very happy!

CardStore I am extremely happy with my purchase!

I am extremely happy with my purchase! I ordered holiday cards, even though I was a little worried to purchase anything after reading some other reviews but decided to give it a try! My cards turned out beautiful and there were no problems! They have such a great selection and I am glad I made the purchase! I also like the cardstock paper instead of the photo paper. I will order from here again.

CardStore I ordered for the first time because the price was

I ordered for the first time because the price was SOOO cheap. I had the cards shipped directly to ME (instead of mailed out for free) because I wanted to see them in person. They are, without a doubt, the nicest cards I've ever ordered, AND the cheapest. They are printed on nice cardstock. Envelopes were printed with my return address, for free. My only complaint is that it took almost 2 weeks for them to arrive. Probably because they were swamped with orders due to their low pricing and deals. Luckily, I ordered very early in Dec., so they will make it to my friends and family well before Christmas. Very happy!

CardStore I'm sorry so many folks here have had such a bad experience

I'm sorry so many folks here have had such a bad experience with Cardstore, but I'm actually really satisfied with them right now. Three reasons: First, they were running an 80% off sale so I paid $14 for $70 worth of cards. Great deal. Second, because this was such a great deal, Cardstore had a hard time keeping up with demand so there was a small delay in printing (just a few days), but they kept me informed the whole time. And when they did ship the cards to me, they arrived fast, well-packaged, and were really good quality considering what I paid. I have no reason to give anything but five stars to these folks.

CardStore This is a great site

This is a great site. My orders arrive quickly and the work and personalization are great. I've given the cards as gifts and they get rave reviews. The site is relatively inexpensive. So, I think buyers need to be realistic when they order. I would not place orders for holiday cards with mailing specs during the height of the holiday season. That is just asking for problems, regardless which site you're working with.
The only issue I had with this company is that they are not clear when they are sending a partial order. The follow up was great, polite, and timely. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about them.

CardStore Efficient Shipping and Top-Notch Quality: My Positive Experience with Cardstore.com

I've been using this site for a while now and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed. I recently ordered a couple of cards on January 20th and to my surprise, they arrived on January 24th, just three business days later. I didn't even pay for expedited shipping, just the standard option. The cards were in great condition and the printing quality was top-notch. I was really happy with my order.

I've actually ordered from Cardstore.com several times before and I've never had any issues. Shipping usually takes around 3 or 4 business days, which is pretty standard for most online retailers. I usually have the cards shipped to my own address, but I did have them shipped to someone else once and both cards arrived on time. I was really relieved because I was worried they wouldn't make it in time for the occasion.

I know some people have been saying that Cardstore.com has gone downhill, but I haven't experienced that at all. I've always had a positive experience with this site and I plan on continuing to use it in the future. The prices are reasonable and the selection is great. I would definitely recommend giving Cardstore.com a try if you're in need of some quality cards.

CardStore Disappointing Experience with CARDSTORE - Poor Quality and Customer Service

I gotta say, I've used CARDSTORE before and it was all good, but something must've changed. I ordered my Christmas cards and had half of them sent straight to the recipient (which didn't arrive by the date I asked for), and the other half were sent straight to me. And let me tell you, NONE of the cards were cut straight - they look like a kid cut them out - they were no where near rectangle. So, I sent CARDSTORE an email about it and they said they'd reprint them at no charge - which they did. But let me tell you, I just got that order today and it is WORSE than the original order! If you fold the card in half, the back 1/2 is a lot smaller than the front half and the card looks terrible. I could've printed them on my inkjet a lot better than this. I mean, seriously, what's the point of ordering cards if they look like they were made by a toddler? I'm never ever ever using them again - even if the cards are free! It's just not worth the hassle and disappointment.

CardStore Disappointing Service from Cardstore: Failed to Deliver on Promise

I was a bit hesitant to try out Cardstore, an online service for sending greeting cards, but decided to give it a shot. Unfortunately, my worries came true when they failed to deliver on their promise. They claimed they would ship two of my cards on or before July 13th, but it's now July 14th and almost 3PM, and the recipient won't even be there to receive the shipment anymore. I reached out to Cardstore to inquire about the status of the delivery, but their response completely ignored my question. Instead, they offered me a free card on my next order. Are they serious? How can they expect me to order from them again when they couldn't even keep their promise the first time around? Sending greeting cards is time-sensitive, and what's the point of sending a card two days after the birthday has passed? Needless to say, I'm extremely unhappy with Cardstore's service. Now, I have to ask for a refund because I have no idea where the delivery is. I doubt they'll even give me a refund, which is disappointing.

CardStore Frustrating Experience with Cardstore: Difficulty Saving and Retrieving Cards, Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I had a pretty frustrating experience with Cardstore. I was trying to buy a card for my friend's birthday, and I spent a good half hour trying to make it happen. The design process was easy enough, but as soon as I logged in, my card disappeared. I saved it multiple times under different names, but I just couldn't retrieve it. And every time I tried to find my saved cards, the website kept sending me back to the home page. I tried using both my phone and my laptop, but nothing seemed to work.

After a lot of frustration, I finally managed to save something to my account using my phone. But when I logged in on my laptop, it was nowhere to be found. What a mess. And to make matters worse, I had to wait until the weekend was over to get customer service. And if I didn't want to wait, I had to spend money on an international phone call. No way was I gonna do that.

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed. I used to buy from Cardstore all the time, but this experience has really turned me off. It's a shame, because I really wanted to get my friend a nice card. But I guess I'll have to look elsewhere.

CardStore Disappointing Experience with Cardstore's Holiday Shipping: Paid for 2-Day Shipping, Still Waiting on Order

I put in my order on December 16th for some cards from Cardstore, and I picked the 2nd day shipping option after checking out their Holiday Shipping Schedule. But, it's already December 23rd and I still haven't gotten my order yet. I know it's my own fault for waiting until the 16th to place my order, but I was waiting on some pictures from a photographer. I figured I'd pay for the 2nd day shipping to make up for my mistake.

I reached out to customer service to see what was going on, and all they told me was that their shipping schedule was just an estimate and that this is their busiest time of year. I get it, it's the holidays and everyone's ordering cards. But, when I pay for 2 day shipping and get an email saying my order was shipped on the 20th, I expect to get it on the 22nd like I paid for.

Their customer service was pretty useless, to be honest. I can't even say anything about the quality of the cards yet because I haven't received them. I'm hoping they're worth the wait and the frustration.

CardStore Disappointing Experience with Cardstore: Late Delivery, No Refund, and Poor Customer Service

So, I wanted to order some Christmas cards from Cardstore on December 17th. I know it was a little late, but I was hoping to get them delivered by the 21st. I got a confirmation email saying that they would be delivered on time. But, unfortunately, that didn't happen. I had to wait until the 24th to finally get through to customer service. They agreed to refund $40 of the $90 charge, which was a relief.

However, most of the cards were not received by my friends and family until 2 days after Christmas. I was disappointed, but I thought at least I would get my refund. I gave it over 2 weeks for the refund to show up on my billing statement, but it never did. So, I called Cardstore again and they assured me that it was posted and that I needed to call my credit card company.

I gave it another week and called my card company, but they told me that I needed a confirmation email in order to file a dispute. Unfortunately, Cardstore never sent one. I have been on hold for over 20 minutes now with Cardstore to see if they will send an email. Is this worth $40? No, it's not. I am very disappointed with Cardstore and I will NEVER order from them again.

If they are not going to give a refund, why lie about it? They must think that most people will not follow through. I hope that they will send me the confirmation email soon so that I can get my refund. But, even if they do, I will never order from them again. It's just not worth the hassle.

CardStore Terrible Customer Service Experience with Cardstore.com

I used to order my cards from Cardstore.com and it was always a great experience. However, my recent experience was AWFUL. I don't know if they sold their company or what, but something has definitely changed. I placed an order and an hour later, the site had a huge sale. I decided to call in and see if they could adjust the price for me. The foreign rep who answered the phone, Yolanda, was so rude that I was horrified. She mocked me and repeated what I was saying back in a slow motion voice. I couldn't believe it! I told her to go ahead and cancel my order because I would never shop here again. Her answer was "too bad". She said she canceled and I would get an email notification. However, that never came.

I decided to call back and speak to someone else. This time, I spoke to Jose, who said there was no cancellation because they are "not allowed" to cancel an order. He promised he would have a manager call me after I held for quite a while. Of course, that never happened. I was so disappointed with the customer service I received. I have sent so many people to Cardstore.com in the past, but I will never do so again. I guess they assume that because they are cheap, they can treat people like animals. I hope they don't last too long because they don't deserve to be in business if they treat their customers this way.

CardStore Cardstore.com Review: Personalized Cards Made Easy and Affordable!

This site is the bomb! I'm totally digging the idea of Cardstore.com. It's so easy to use, and they have a huge selection of cards that you can personalize to your liking. I recently made a Christmas card with some family photos and a short letter inside, and it turned out great. What I love most about this site is that you can order a specific number of cards at a discounted bulk rate. No more buying a pack of 75 cards and then having to purchase six more at the single card price just to get to 81 cards. That's just a waste of money, if you ask me.

And get this, they even stamp, address, and mail the cards for you! It's like having your own personal assistant. The best part is that the cards look like you mailed them yourself. The turnaround time was pretty quick too, faster than what I experienced on Apple.com. But, I have to admit, the quality of the paper and photos was just okay. It wasn't as nice as the cards I ordered from Apple.com last year.

Despite the not-so-great quality, I'm still going to keep using Cardstore.com because of the convenience and the ability to personalize the cards to my liking. It's a bummer that the photo quality isn't better, but I'm willing to overlook that for the convenience factor. Overall, I would definitely recommend this site to anyone who wants to save time and money on their card-making needs.

CardStore Mixed feelings about Cardstore's holiday cards and free shipping

I gotta say, I ordered some holiday cards from Cardstore back in November and I was pretty happy with the deal I got. I had to send out 15 cards and they shipped them directly to my peeps for free, which was a huge relief 'cause I didn't wanna deal with the post office and all those fancy holiday stamps. I even had one sent to myself so I could check out how they turned out.

Now, I don't know if it was my computer or what, but the photos on the cards seemed a little darker than I expected. And I wasn't a big fan of the card stock they used. I mean, I'm all about glossy photo cards like the ones you can get at Walgreens. Plus, the stamp on the card wasn't exactly what I'd call festive. A bull with a spear through it? Happy Holidays, I guess.

But here's the real kicker: shortly after the cards were sent out, I got a piece of mail that really rubbed me the wrong way. It wasn't even addressed to me, it was addressed to one of my family members. And there's no way that name and my address would be connected except through my order with Cardstore. I'm gonna do some digging, but I'm pretty sure they're selling our info. If you're gonna use their free shipping service, just be careful. They might be selling your peeps' info too!

CardStore Disappointing Experience with Cardstore: Wrong Order, Poor Customer Service, and Delayed Delivery

I recently made an order on Monday, December 5th with 2-day shipping from Cardstore (cardstore.com). I was excited to receive my cards on Wednesday, December 7th, but when I opened the package, I was surprised to see that the cards belonged to someone else. The packing slip had their personal information on it, which made me concerned about my own privacy. I immediately called Cardstore to alert them of the situation.

The representative I spoke with apologized and issued a reorder, but failed to mention that it would take another 24 to 48 hours to redo. I called again on December 9th to check on the status of my order and was told that it would be printed within 24 to 48 hours. I was assured that I would receive the cards on Saturday, December 10th or no later than Monday, December 12th.

However, Monday December 12th came and went, and I still had not received my cards. I called Cardstore again, and the woman who answered the phone was apologetic but couldn't do anything for me. She referred me to her supervisor, and I was put on hold for ten minutes before being told that the supervisor would call me back.

Finally, Brandon called me back, but after another ten minutes of waiting, he told me that there was nothing he could do. I was frustrated and disappointed that it took so long for Cardstore to take responsibility for their mistake. In the end, Brandon issued a refund, but it was a hassle to get to that point.

Overall, my experience with Cardstore was terrible. The customer service was lacking, and it took a lot of effort on my part to get a resolution. I hope that they can improve their processes and communication in the future to avoid similar situations.

CardStore Disappointing Experience with Cardstore: Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I'm so bummed out about my experience with Cardstore. I was really excited to order some birthday cards for my friends and family in June, so I went ahead and placed my order in February. But here we are, months later, and I still haven't received my cards. I've reached out to Cardstore multiple times to try and figure out what's going on, but they haven't been any help at all. They didn't even give me a tracking number for my order, which makes me feel like they didn't even bother to ship it out in the first place.

I'm really disappointed in Cardstore's customer service. Even though I ordered my cards during a slower time of the year, they still didn't seem to care about helping me out. Now I'm stuck dealing with my credit card company to try and get my money back. It's such a hassle and it's really put a damper on my excitement for sending out these birthday cards.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Cardstore to anyone. If you're looking for a reliable place to order cards from, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. It's just not worth the headache and disappointment.

CardStore Disappointing Experience with Cardstore.com's Customer Service and Delivery

Cardstore.com used to be great, but now they're not so good. I've been having trouble getting information about my order from customer service. The cards were supposed to arrive three days ago, but I still haven't received them. I've tried calling six times and emailing three times, but I haven't gotten any response. CardStore Disappointing Experience with Cardstore.com: Lost Cards and Rude Customer Service

So, I was trying to get my Christmas cards done early this year, and I thought I'd try out Cardstore.com. I placed my order on December 1st, and I was feeling pretty good about myself for being so on top of things. But then, December 23rd rolls around, and I still haven't received any of my cards. I sent them to 20 different addresses, and apparently, they lost 9 of my contacts. I was pretty upset about that, but what really got me was the customer service. They were so rude to me, and they never gave me any kind of timeline for when they might be able to fix the situation.

They told me that my cards were "lost by the USPS," but I mean, come on. How could they all be lost at 20 different addresses? And then, they said they were "lost in cyberspace." What does that even mean? I'm not happy at all. They charged me right away, and they even emailed me to say that my cards had been sent, but now, nothing. I'm so disappointed. I don't think I'll ever use Cardstore.com again.

CardStore Cardstore Discriminates Against Shirtless Men: A Disappointing Experience

Cardstore is a website that I recently used to design a card for my fianc?. I was excited to create a collage of all the accomplishments he has achieved over the past year. However, I was disappointed to find out that Cardstore takes well over a week to even ship your order. This is a long time to wait, especially if you need the card for a special occasion.

To make matters worse, I received an email from Shyla informing me that my order had been canceled due to their policies. I was shocked to learn that Cardstore discriminates against shirtless pictures of men. This policy is not only discriminatory, but it is also censoring. I was disappointed that I could not include a picture of my fianc? without a shirt on in the collage.

I am done with this ridiculous store and its homophobic sister companies. It is unacceptable to discriminate against people based on their gender or sexual orientation. I will not be using Cardstore again and I will be sure to spread the word about their discriminatory policies. It is important to support companies that promote equality and inclusivity.

CardStore Disappointing Experience with Cardstore.com: No Response to Order Inquiry

I've been using cardstore.com for a while now and I gotta say, I'm a bit disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered some Holiday Cards on December 24th, hoping they would arrive by New Year's Day. I thought everything was good to go until my family started asking me why they didn't receive any cards from me this year. I was confused and decided to reach out to cardstore.com for some answers.

I called them twice and even sent them a couple of emails, but I haven't received any response from them yet. It's been a while now and I'm starting to get worried. I mean, I already paid for the cards and they charged my credit card right away. It's not like I'm trying to get a refund or anything, I just want to know what happened to my order.

I'm not sure what to do at this point. I'm thinking of going to the BBB to file a complaint. I really don't want to do that, but I feel like I have no other choice. I've been a loyal customer of cardstore.com for a few years now and I never had any issues with them before. I hope they can resolve this issue soon and get back to me.

CardStore Poor Customer Service Experience with Cardstore: Inconsistent Communication and Lack of Help

Cardstore is a website that offers a wide variety of cards for any occasion. However, my experience with their customer service was not a pleasant one. I tried to place an order over the phone, but was told that they could not take my credit card information to straighten out my order. I was even told that the person on the other end of the line would get fired if they did so. This left me feeling frustrated and confused.

To make matters worse, I tried to use a prepaid Visa card that had $75.00 on it, but was told that I could not use it. When I reached out to the company for help, I was told that my order was resolved by customer service, even though they had previously told me that they could not help me. This lack of consistency and communication was very disappointing.

I eventually resolved my own problem, but I don't think I will be using Cardstore again in the future. It seems like they don't care about their customers anymore. To make matters worse, one of the customer service representatives even hung up on me during our conversation. It took me forever to get through to someone in the first place, so this was very frustrating.

Overall, I would not recommend Cardstore to anyone who values good customer service. While they do offer a wide variety of cards, their lack of communication and consistency when it comes to helping customers is a major issue.

CardStore Disappointing Experience with Cardstore.com: Groupon Misleading and Poor Customer Service

So, I got this Groupon for Cardstore.com and I was pretty excited to use it. I spent a lot of time making my card, and it was looking pretty good if I do say so myself. But then, when I went to check out, they tried to charge me for shipping! Can you believe that? My Groupon was supposed to include free shipping, but they were trying to charge me $12. And on top of that, they were trying to charge me another $18 even though my Groupon had already paid for my cards in full.

I called up their customer service line and was on the phone for almost an hour. The agent I talked to was nice enough, but they wouldn't correct their mistake. I even asked to speak to a manager, but they were no help either. It was really frustrating.

I wouldn't recommend Cardstore.com to anyone. There are so many other great sites out there to choose from. If you're looking for a good place to make cards, I'd suggest Tiny Prints or Shutterfly. Don't waste your time with Cardstore.com.

CardStore Terrible Customer Service Experience with Cardstore.com

This website ain't easy to use. I had a real bad time trying to make a Christmas card, and when I called up the customer service to let them know about my problem on December 13, 2016, I got treated like garbage. The lady on the phone, Chantal, was real nasty and kept calling me by my first name even though I told her not to. We got into a big argument and she hung up on me! Cardstore.com, you gotta get rid of any customer service reps who treat people like trash. If you wanna keep customers, that is. I ain't gonna buy nothing from you again!

CardStore Disappointing Customer Service from Cardstore: Good Products, Bad Experience

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Cardstore's customer service. It's a real shame, because their products are actually pretty good. I've ordered from them a few times now, and my first experience was totally fine. But the second time around, they sent me the wrong size envelopes for my cards. I tried emailing them about it, but all I got back was some kind of automated message saying they'd get back to me within a day. Well, they never did, so I had to call them up myself. At least they fixed the problem eventually, but it was a real hassle.

And then just recently, I ordered some holiday cards from them. I got a proof on November 22nd, but by December 2nd, I still hadn't received the actual cards. So I sent them an email asking what was up, and once again, all I got back was some kind of generic message saying they'd get back to me. But by December 6th, I still hadn't heard anything, so I decided to call them up. And let me tell you, I got three different excuses from three different people, and none of them could tell me when my cards were actually going to ship out.

Honestly, I'm just done with Cardstore at this point. It's too bad, because like I said, their products are actually pretty good. But if they can't even get their act together when it comes to customer service, then what's the point? I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

CardStore Disappointing Experience with Cardstore.com: Late Delivery and Poor Customer Service

So, I was really excited to order a card for my hubby's birthday from Cardstore.com. I placed my order and was given an estimated delivery date, which was supposed to be on or before his big day. Unfortunately, the card didn't arrive on time, and I was pretty bummed out about it.

I decided to give them a call to see what was going on, and they told me that they were having some issues with the USPS not scanning packages. I was pretty upset about it, and they didn't seem to care too much. They just told me that the delivery date was just an "estimate" and to wait another day. Seriously?

To make a long story short, I never received my card, and I was completely disappointed. I had to call them three more times before they finally agreed to reship me a free card. But even then, they didn't offer me any expedited shipping, so it's been over a week now, and I still haven't received it. It's been over two weeks since I placed my original order, and I'm still waiting.

Honestly, I'm really disappointed with Cardstore.com. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. I definitely won't be ordering from them again, and I would recommend that you stay away too.

CardStore Christmas card order

I ordered my Christmas photo cards on 12/3/13 and was promised delivery on or before 12/11/13. Received shipping confirmation that the cards were sent on 12/4/13 2 with "scheduled delivery date" of 12/6/13. The tracking site did not change, although I was checking each day. I called http://Cardstore.com customer service on 12/10/13 and was told that the shipment had been lost. I asked that they reprint the cards and send them overnight. The representative told me she would make this request, but I never heard another word from her or the order department. The original shipment finally arrived on 12/13/13. That was 9 days for a 2-day priority shipment! The quality of the cards is inferior to Shutterfly, whom I'd used for the previous 6 years. The most annoying aspect? Each time I sent a request to Customer Service complaining about the situation, I'd receive a reply saying "That's us doing a happy dance; we love when our customers are pleased with our service" or another platitude. I highly recommend against purchasing cards from http://Cardstore.com.

Awful experience on their website. I put in 39 recipient addresses on the order page. I proofed the 39 addresses and then they just disappeared and were not saved to my address book. Even though the little box was checked "save to address book?". As far as I can tell, it will not save to address book at all from that page, at least not for me. Their website is poorly designed. Wasted two hours of my life on it.

Ordered photo cards 12/16/10. Paid extra for 2 day shipping. Received nothing as of 12/21/10. Called 12/21/10. After being on hold a good 30 min, was told they'd have to email a shipping specialist who would then call me later. No one called. No apology. I emailed today to cancel order. Christmas cards now need to be redone @ another site and will all be late! Buyer beware!

Horrible customer service. Don't count on their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I was unhappy with the cards I ordered and only received generic responses from the company. The company does not make an effort to fix card problems and ignores their customers.

I ordered a pirate Birthday card for a 5 year old girl. The card arrived with a number 6. I contacted the customer service but they refused to do anything about it. Terrible service. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.

This site has a good selection, but beware. I confirmed my card's design & when I looked at it a couple days later, there was extra text! Customer Service was not good. I ate the cost & went to vistaprint.

I would NOT recommend this site to anyone I know.

I hardly recommend buying things online if you have to have it by a certain time. Especially around Christmas.

CardStore Sloppy handling of orders

I placed 3 separate orders for Christmas cards to be printed, stamped, & mailed. On day one, the order status came up as "error". I called to find out what the problem was & was told it was a problem with the credit card. So I called the credit card company & they had not rejected the the charges. I called cardstore again & they said there was no problem with the credit card! They never sent an email to tell me there was a problem & the customer service was of no help at all. I couldn't get an accurate answer from anyone -- I tried via email & phone & chat about a dozen times. I went in again today to see the status of my order & found it had been CANCELLED by Customer "Service"! Again, they did NOT communicate that they had cancelled the order, and charges are STILL pending on my credit card!
They are sloppy in how they handle orders. They cannot communicate with the customer. They cannot problem solve for the customer. The make good coupon offers but they do not follow through on the deals they offer. I am hoping that I don't have to go through a lot of hassle to get my credit card appropriately credited.
I will never order from them again. My time is worth more than that.
I may look into other more reliable providers such as vistaprint.com

CardStore If you want to use their free shipping service, be wary

I placed an order in November for my holiday cards, and I got a great deal for the 15 cards I had to send out. They shipped the cards directly to my family and friends for free, so I did not have to go to the post office to get fancy holiday stamps. I had one sent to myself so I could see how they turned out. It may have been my computer, but the photos seemed darker when printed. Also, I did not care for the card stock they used. I much prefer the glossy photo cards that Walgreens has. Additionally, the stamp on the card was not very festive. A bull with a spear through it? Happy Holidays, I guess. The most disappointing part was that shortly after the cards were sent out, I received a solicitation in the mail. It was not addressed to me, but in fact, it was addressed to one of my family members. There is no way that the name and my address would have any correlation except from my order through cardstore.com. I will be doing some research, but I believe cardstore.com sells the information on your orders. If you want to use their free shipping service, be wary. They might sell your family and friend's information, too!

Horrible experience with double charging, late shipping direct to recipient (over 10 days to send a birthday card?), not including promised postage on orders, I could go on and on...Website is horrible and SLOW as well. Customer service is inconsistent and POOR overall. If you are looking for convenience or time savings, Cardstore.com is NOT your answer. STAY AWAY!

CardStore The cards I received belonged to someone else

I place an order on Monday, December 5 with 2 day shipping and received on Wednesday, December 7. The cards I received belonged to someone else. I received their cards with their personal information on the packing slip. I immediately called and alerted someone to the situation. They apologized and issued a reorder, not telling me that it would take another 24 to 48 hours to redo. I again called on December 9th and was told of the 24 to 48 hour print time and was assured I would receive the cards on Saturday, December 10 or no later than Monday, December 12. Monday December 12 came and no cards. I again called cardstore.com; the woman who answered the called was apologetic but couldn't do anything for me and referred me to her supervisor. I was on hold waiting for ten minutes before being told the supervisor would call me back. Finally, Brandon called me back and after ten additional minutes and Brandon telling me there was nothing he could do, he then issued a refund. Although cardstore.com did in the end accept responsibility for their mistake, I had to pull teeth for them to see they dropped the ball.

Terrible customer service.

CardStore Poor service/late delivery

Website was down the day I needed it. So, the next day I get on the site, and the website was having problems, but I use it, and find out they charge me three times for one card. I call to get credit, and the girl is confused and hangs up on me.
Seven days later, the card still isn't here. How long does it take to get a card. The site is horrible. I would never use it again. It is way too much trouble to get a card. They overcharge. Service is horrible. Delivery time is horrible. Never again!

CardStore Too late for delivery on Mother's Day

$#@! is right. I hate this site. We ordered some mother's day cards last Saturday and had them shipped 2 day mail. This morning (3 business days later), we called them up because we still hadn't received the cards. No response. Called them back a few hours later and found out that they sent out the cards today...too late for delivery on Mother's Day. Poor customer service. Don't buy from these guys!

They did not ship out order. No tracking number. I ordered birthday cards to keep on hand for people's birthdays in June. I ordered them in the middle of February and I still have not gotten them. I contacted them multiple times and now have to deal with the credit card company in order to get my money back. They were not ordered during a busy time of the year and they still would not help in any way... very disappointed!

Placed my order on Dec 3rd. Later that day I checked the status & it said there was an error. I called customer service & they said they "thought" it was a problem with the credit card. I called Visa & they said there was NO problem & that the charge was pending. Called customer service back & said that the charge was fine & was there some other problem that needed to be solved. I was told that everything was fine & that the error message should drop out by morning.
I checked the next morning ... after placing two more orders for one card each. They later showed up with an error message. No one could figure out WHY.
I checked my order again on December 5th & found that Customer Service (now there is an oxymoron for this company!) had CANCELLED my order!
1. The company did NOT notify me by email or phone that there was an error showing up.
2. The company did NOT notify me by email or phone that they had cancelled all three of my orders.
3. The customer service persons leave you one hold FOREVER.
4. The customer service people tell you they will call you back with answers. THEY DON'T.
5. Changes I had made to the original card did not "stick" even though I had saved the changes prior to submitting the order.
I will never, ever order from this company. It is run by clowns.

agree. SCREW cardstore.com. i hope they go out of business if this is how they handle customer volume. i have a time sensitive project where i need to mail a postcard a day. every single day. i found cardstore via the US Postal Service and thought, "how awesome, i don't have to deal with postcard shopping and trips to the mailbox anymore." so i put a postcard together and paid to have it mailed. 30 hours later it hasn't gone out. two emails inquiring into the case over a 30 hour period and i haven't heard back from them. so i called. and sat on hold for 10-minutes. then talked to a lady who said the postcard turnaround is 2-days before mailing and since it's close to Christmas it probably wouldn't get mailed for 4-days. there was no notice of this discrepancy anywhere on their site at all. no "it will take forever to send postcards through us." apparently this private company is getting free advertisement and leeching off the US Postal and is unable to handle mail as efficiently as the USPS does or as i could do by doing it myself. down with cardstore.com.
