I've purchased goods 4 months ago through gold key membership

Paid tradekey to supply something paid also for shipping plus membership fee

There is no customer service

I think whole website is a big scam

Acc manager don't answer phones anymore

Customer service says they rasie the issue and nothing

Have ticket with high priority for couple of months and still nothing

If dont want to pay for something that you would never recive stay away from these thives

I would like to report and warn anyone thinking of doing business with Tradekey.
Last month after a lot of pressure from a Tradekey account manager, my company, of import and export, agreed to a 6 months premium package.
In exchange, Tradekey would put my company in contact with premium suppliers for the acquisition of a commodity, recycling waste paper.
After a few unsuccessful weeks, the account manager informed me that he had a supplier, in the United States, ready to supply the requested product, but for this to happen we would have to advance 2000$ USD to ensure the reservation of the order and that this amount would be deducted from the global value after closing the contract with the supplier.
Much pressure was made and after many contacts by mail and whattapp, we agreed to advance that amount to make the order.
After several days and much exchange of messages we discovered that there was no supplier and tradekey simply refused to return the money.
When I sent an e-mail informing that the process would be handed over to our lawyers, all our contacts at Tradekey, account manager, customer support, sourcing manager, disappeared.
Tradekey is a fraud, with accounts in China that no one can get to and a bank account in the US in the name of another electronics company.
The name of the company in the US is DIGI DEVICES LLC.
Be very careful this company is a total fraud.

can u please send me thier direct bosses to file another complain about stealing my money from my account as a member
need to send me mail address and tel number of thirr managers and to whom they are to report to
those two employee are forming s tesm to rub members careless about trade key reputation
me to file another claim of fraude against them

We are now a member and we were to buy sunflower thru trade key
I already paid 30% of my container price thru western union since 27/02/2021 on promise that I will get the invoice and the supplier name from Mr Farhan but unfortunately Mr farhan is ignoring me always, not replying my phone calls, my what's up, my messages, neither my mail, I heard a lot about tradekey cheating customers but I did not believe but now I start to doubt about tradekey, u are losing me a period of business, I already lost 55000 $ dew to the delay, please reply what is the solution to get my business to restart immediately

The staff of the website promised to publish the branded items to be convinced us to be a paid member. But they didn't keep their promise after the payment.

Last month they approch me to buy theier membership i bought for 2 year as they are saying that there are some offer bought for 1200 USD something approx before payment they are calling me everyday and night mailing me like thy dnt have any other work guy from pakistan convenice me and talking nicely syed Zubair once i paid everything now they are not reaponding they are only using whtsapp to talk which is saudi number wrost customer service they provice me one consultant bt unfortunetly thy contact us one time and after that ignor our massage both the guy thier manager and consultant both like m thy are borrowed money from me and am asking them to repay..they agreed to post my all porducts from alibaba.com to their wesbitr aftrr payment nobody post i posted my self and still waiti g to go live plz use alibaba.com worth of payment i am using since 5 year plz dnt buy this membrship..thy are big fraud and cheater..

I am afraid they aren't the only ppl doing this fraud. it still is going on along with other business some big rich ppl do.

I went to interview in a company in Business Avenue in shahrahefaisal. They are Tradekey peoples I think. Trade key finish, but now som eppl from Exact and Tradekeys now running term paper writing n essay writing. I know about zaki is main man in this. don't write for them. they have many women working. some get paid. some won't becuase they make u work and then don't pay if there is a small mistake.

be careful people. don't do term papers. it is wrong in any way because we r doing studnt homeword an dtests for some money and spoliling oter peoples futures.

the rest is your choice.

The first thing you have to think of is your customers. All about them and their needs and issues. And if they have troubles with your items or overall service you should drop everything and run to help. That's what you have to know better than me. And you know why? Because customers bring you money. So long story short - you customer service is a joke. I may say it's awful to the maximum. What is my problem?
Well, they treated me like I was garbage and ignored my messages all the time. I waited for their answers for several weeks. It's not a customer service. It's a piece of crap.

I'm advising to suppliers to not trust on any promises of this company and never get its paid membership. Their business portal and genuine buyers registration is almost nill. You will get nothing but wastage of time and money.

I'm running my small business of custom sportswear manufacturing. My company name is ELEGANCE GROUP from Sialkot - Pakistan. I'm trapped by sales rep of this company who gave me false promises of inquiries and growth of business through their services. I paid them to get silver membership. Thanks God I haven't paid for gold member. I launched my products and whatever I could do to get inquiries and business from this site. Unfortunately I got no inquiries. I shall like to clarify, I'm software and websites developer by education and know very well how to give keywords and get advantage of this kind of site and I'm using alibaba's free services for several years. Whenever I give a call to tradekey representative and complain about no inquiries, I get 2 - 3 inquiries in next few days, however I GET NO RESPONSE EVER FROM INQUIRIES. It proves all inquires are fake or they copy from other website and those are too old to remain useful.

In contrast to tradekey paid services, alibaba's free services are far better. I'm free member there and once a month I get some inquiry. 90 percent of inquiries give some response and 70% inquiries turns into order there. So, I can well distinguish the fake and genuine inquiries.

I stress again, do not waste your money by having paid membership of tradekey, they people are fraudulent people, everything seems fake there as per my experience.
