This company has been a godsend, we are a small family-run company and were overpaying for payroll and to run credit cards. This service is truly amazing, and our favorite part is when you call customer service, you are actually talking to someone who is local! They helped us with setup every step of the way!
I'm real happy with the services I got from TransNational
I'm real happy with the services I got from TransNational. Will Foley did a great job helpin' us with our processin' needs. He saved me lots of time and money. I done told my friends and other business owners 'bout Will Foley 'cause he's a real hard-workin' guy and a true pro in his field.
Have had a great experience with Transnational for years. Will our rep has always been good to us and anytime we needed anything he has gone above and beyond to help! Thank you! 5 stars to Will and Transnational.
I ever seen the worst services the representative misguide the Marchent and hide the proper information about the services they just get your signature and you suffer for 3 years and loss your money
Will Foley was great!
Will Foley was great! Anytime we need any help, he answers, and if he can't personally take care of it, he gets us in touch with who can. Will recommend many services our old processors didn't offer. From sending emails and texts with payment portal for payments to putting payment links on our website! It was worth the change.
What a terrible experience
What a terrible experience. TransNational Bankcard, L.L.C. was all talk, selling me on 1% monthly fees and then I'm getting charged way more than promised and nobody can tell me why. I tried canceling the service but am still getting charged and nobody is refunding my money. Will is shady, stopped responding as soon as I canceled the service. I would not recommend them to anyone!
Will *** is the man!
Will *** is the man! I’ve been working with him and TransNational for over a year. My experience has been OUTSTANDING. In fact, Will stopped by my office the other day and told me about a compliance fee I was unaware of and reimbursed me. How often does that happen? Of all the “credit card guys” Will Foley and TransNational have been the best. If you’re looking for a no bs and helpful company to handle your merchant solutions this is a no brainer.

This company is like, totally amazing, man!
This company is like, totally amazing, man! They've gone way above what I expected. So, I run this family biz that just started taking credit cards last year, and let me tell ya, I was gettin' ripped off big time. And the customer service? Pfft, don't even get me started. It was like, the worst. But then, I found this company, and oh boy, they've been a game-changer. Especially this lady named Teri Faklaris. She's like, super smart and knows everything about how Transnational works. She's fixed all my problems, no joke. I totally recommend this company, dude. They make me feel all safe and secure when it comes to credit card stuff in today's business world. Thanks, Dylan. A1 Pest Control.
So, like, last year when everything went crazy with COVID and stuff, my business had to start doing curbside delivery
So, like, last year when everything went crazy with COVID and stuff, my business had to start doing curbside delivery. But, like, we didn't have a way to take credit cards for that. It was a total pain, man. The processor I was using at the time didn't help at all. But then this dude named Will Foley from Transnational Bankcard reached out to me and was like, "I got you, bro." He explained how their system could totally help my business out.
And let me tell you, this guy went above and beyond, man. He came up with this plan to make our curbside credit transactions super smooth and easy. It saved me so much time and money, dude. And if I ever have a question or concern, Will is, like, super easy to get in touch with. If he doesn't know the answer, he's, like, on it right away, making calls and finding out what's up. It's awesome.
I gotta say, I'm stoked with the service I've gotten from Will Foley. He's, like, the definition of professional and he gives killer customer service. And let me tell you, that's, like, a rare find in this industry, man. So, big shoutout to Will. Thanks, dude. You rock.
I been with TransNational for like 6 years now
I been with TransNational for like 6 years now. They always been straight shooters. The sign up process is a bit more involved than using square, paypal, etc but if your doing more than a few thousand a month, the one time instant convenience factor don't make sense at the end of the day. You start seeing in the monthly statements they send you, and the effective rate is wayyyyy lower. like 1.5%+ lower overall in my case. My rep is Will F. and he always been a big help when I need it. Out of all the salesmen that come into my office, he's on the short list that i'm happy to see. They got multiple plugins and P.O.S's that they work with so things can be seamless if you need. Just want a simple pinpad? They happy to supply it too. Check out their YouTube channel. Plenty of stuff on there about their products, partners and integrations. If you do $5000+ a month it's a no brainier to use Transnational.

The worst experience ever!
The worst experience ever! should have never done business with them. Now they want me to pay $500 per terminal (3 of them) for canceling my service! I was over the 45 day grace period by 2 weeks! Never do business with this company!

Absolute slime for sales people, a complete laughing stock for support staff and "Client Relations Executives" who aren't worth the air they are breathing. This company is an absolute scam and should be shut down for the shady tactics that they are pulling to con people into a contract. You may pay more to work with another group and, trust me, it is worth every extra penny you pay to not work with these deplorable people.

They opend a second merchant account without my permission
They opend a second merchant account without my permission. I didn't know for 7 months and they charged me over $547.45 for an account that wasn't even being used. No one ever talked about opening an account.
I had to use this company 'cause my POS company made me, you know, to integrate into my online store (back in 2015)
I had to use this company 'cause my POS company made me, you know, to integrate into my online store (back in 2015). But now I'm kinda retiring, like, semi-retiring, you know, and I closed my online store and canceled my POS system. So, I tried to get in touch with TransNational to cancel my service, but man, it's been a real pain. They promised to call me back, but it took forever, and I kept getting passed around to different people. I told them it was urgent, both times I called. And get this, they're threatening me with a $395 cancellation fee! Like, seriously? I don't even use their service anymore 'cause I don't have an online store. And their customer service is so terrible, I wouldn't even wanna do business with them if I could. Plus, they've been taking my money for over 6 years, so it's not like they're hurting for cash.
Hey there!
Hey there! So, I gotta tell you about my experience with Trans National Bankcard, L.L.C. They reached out to me through this dude, and he was all about selling their credit card merchant services. But let me tell you, he was totally out of line. I decided not to go with Trans National for my credit card servicing because of him.
Here's the thing, without my permission, they went ahead and ran my credit as a personal guarantee for my business, KZ *** Services. And get this, they started processing credit card payments without even asking me! They had all my company info and banking details, you know? I made it clear to both the guy and customer service that I didn't want their services, but guess what? They still sent me a credit card swipe device. I asked them to send me a shipping label so I could return it, and I even asked this guy named Will to swing by and pick it up. But guess what? No shipping label, and Will never showed up.
I've been emailing and calling them, telling them over and over again that I don't want their service. But you know what they're doing? They keep taking money from my account, even though I clearly said no. It's like they're straight up stealing from me! This is fraud, man. I want my money back, the money they took from my business account in a fraudulent way.
Is TransNational Bankcard Legit?
TransNational Bankcard earns a trustworthiness rating of 91%
Highly recommended, but caution will not hurt.
TransNational Bankcard has received 10 positive reviews on our site. This is a good sign and indicates a safe and reliable experience for customers who choose to work with the company.
However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:
- While TransNational Bankcard has a high level of trust, our investigation has revealed that the company's complaint resolution process is inadequate and ineffective. As a result, only 0% of 7 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.
- TransNational Bankcard protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.
- The website belonging to TransNational Bankcard has a low number of visitors, which could be a red flag for users. However, it's important to conduct additional research to fully evaluate the website's legitimacy and trustworthiness.
I'm not the proprietor of the Exclusive Members Club
I'm not the proprietor of the Members Club. I worked there long ago. As General Manager, I was left in charge by the owner, Mr. Richard L P, during his vacation. He tasked me with finding a new credit card merchant service. A TransNational representative convinced me that signing their forms wouldn't put the account in my name, as I wasn't the owner. However, that was untrue. The account has been under my name since, and I'm unaffiliated with the club. After relocating to California, I was oblivious to the situation until Mr. P requested my help in Mississippi. Two years prior, Mr. P had switched services and instructed TransNational to cease their service, which they didn't, claiming he wasn't listed as the owner. Recently, while at the club, a representative called. Attempting to resolve the issue, I was met with skepticism and accused of being coerced into signing, but in reality, I was misled to believe all would be well.
Transnational was my credit/debit card processor for my Corporation (Exit 59).
Transnational processed credit/debit cards for my Corporation (Exit 59). In Feb. 2020, I entered an agreement with their rep, assured that my membership allowed termination at any time without obligation. However, due to tech incompatibilities, I couldn't use their card readers and sought release. Despite their inability to service my needs, they refused to release me, citing a non-existent 3-year term and imposing a hefty fee, which was quickly passed to collections, threatening my credit standing.
I sold my biz in September
I sold my biz in September . I was usin' TransNational for credit card stuff while I had the biz. I called 'em up and canceled on September 30. I talked to a rep who said my cancellation would be final after I sent in a cancellation form from TransNational. They said no fees would be charged 'cause of the cancellation. I did everythin' they told me and got proof that I sent the cancellation document on September 30. But guess what? TransNational kept billin' me even after I canceled in September . I talked to a rep who said I never sent in the cancellation form. I told 'em I did and could prove it. They said they'd call me back after lookin' into it. The same person who I talked to in September called me back. They said it was their mistake and they found my cancellation document. But now they won't refund me the $159 they've been chargin' me since October 'cause they didn't close the account in September . They said I either gotta pay $395 or they keep the $159 as a credit for their mistake. When I first called in September , they told me somethin' different. Now they're sayin' I should've canceled before July 26 to avoid fees. I don't get it 'cause TransNational charges me an annual fee every March. Before hangin' up, the rep asked if I'd let 'em keep the $159 instead of payin' $395 if they couldn't fix the issue. I smell somethin' fishy 'cause the person I talked to is the one who messed up in September .
I got a call from Angel Maldonado & Daniel Breen
I got a call from Angel Maldonado & Daniel Breen. Angel talked about 2 options for processing. After many calls, we decided surcharge pricing would be best for my biz and save me a ton of money. Angel said we'd be under a 1-year agreement. He also said with surcharging I'd make more than their processing cost. Daniel said they offer a 45-day risk-free trial & if I wasn't saving money, I could cancel with no fee. He said he wasn't here to make enemies & he'd even extend the trial so I could ensure my savings. First month, I paid $70 to process $400 in credit cards! They had fees not disclosed - surcharge enablement, monthly MID, fixed acquirer network fees, etc. In September, they charged me $144 MORE than surcharged fees. I knew this would cost more than my previous provider & Angel & Daniel didn't disclose all fees truthfully. I reached out to Angel but got Daniel instead. He said he'd look into why I paid so much more. It was the 45th day of my trial when I called & he said I could cancel with no penalty beyond that since he had some investigating to do. I emailed him my statement right away. Days passed with no response. I sent 3 follow-up emails to both Daniel & Angel & called 2 more times with no response. When I got the October statement & was charged way more than the previous processor, I called customer service to ask about the fees. They wouldn't answer my questions, just talked in circles. I got so frustrated that I said I wanted to close my account. That's when they hit me with a THREE-year agreement & $500 cancellation fee! I asked for recorded convos between me, Angel, & Daniel to prove what they offered. Now they won't call me back at all! They're ripping me off!
