I called to cancel the service on 12/2, but they won't give me a refund for the last 4 weeks of the year
I called to cancel the service on 12/2, but they won't give me a refund for the last 4 weeks of the year. I prepaid for 3 months in advance since they bill every quarter. I canceled the service because they increased their prices twice in a year. I have already paid until 12/30, but they won't refund me for the last 4 weeks because I'm not moving from my home or the area.

Trash taxi left our bin half full on August 30, 2022. I called them to ask them to send someone the next day. They claimed that they had video of my trash being in another company's bin. I texted them photos of the remaining trash in their bin. They then claimed that they had video of their collector looking in the bin and seeing it empty. This was also false as my photos clearly showed the bin half full. Then on September 7, the next pickup day, they refused to pick up my trash at all. The bin was partially overflowing but all trash was in the bin.

Trash Taxi of Georgia is absolutely terrible. I tried to cancel their service, but it was like talking to a brick wall. I called them so many times and left messages, but they never bothered to get back to me. Now, out of nowhere, they're demanding money from me. It's ridiculous!
I called them in early December and actually managed to speak to someone. But instead of helping me, they just told me to call back later because they didn't feel like dealing with scheduling a trash pickup. Can you believe that? So, I called back the next day, but all I got was their voicemail. I left a long message explaining everything, but surprise, surprise, they never bothered to call me back.
Fast forward a month, and I receive a bill from them. Can you imagine? I called them again, left yet another detailed voicemail, and guess what? They didn't bother to call me back again. Now, they've even suspended an account that I shouldn't even have in the first place. And to top it all off, they have the audacity to demand $75 for a service that nobody at my address has ever used or wanted since December 4th.
I am beyond frustrated with Trash Taxi of Georgia. Their customer service is nonexistent, and they clearly don't care about their customers. I would strongly advise against using their services.

The truck's bottom broke in our cul-de-sac
The truck's bottom broke in our cul-de-sac. It dumped a massive amount of stinky waste that could be smelled from two neighborhoods away. We contacted customer service, but they didn't offer any assistance. Only after some of our neighbors threatened to call the EPA did they promise to clean it up. However, they never followed through on their promise. Unfortunately, our neighbor's dog became seriously ill after licking the putrid waste. To resolve the issue, we had to spend $90 to rent a pressure washer and clean it ourselves. We placed the waste next to our trash can, but they refused to pick it up. Adding insult to injury, this week they left two bags outside our can. These lazy individuals have no regard for customer service. During the next HOA meeting, we plan to rally everyone to switch back to our previous waste management company or find a different one altogether.
This trash company is a constant problem
This trash company is a constant problem. They never pick up the trash and never return phone calls. They bought the business from the original trash company, but they are not providing a good service. Today, they left the trash carts in the middle of the street, and sometimes they don't even pick up the trash. When they do, they leave trash scattered everywhere. They also always leave the trash cart in the driveway, making it impossible to access the garage without moving it. This is especially difficult for handicapped people who need to access the garage. The trash cart is always placed yards away, blocking the way. Today, once again, they didn't pick up the trash from my residence, but they picked up everyone else's. They need to do their job, or we will report them to Cobb County. We are fed up with this company that doesn't know how to do their job. Trash Taxi is taking advantage of us because we are forced to pay for their service through the HOA. If this doesn't stop, we will take the HOA to court to be released from this useless vendor.

I called yesterday because the company didn't pick up my trash. I was surprised by the rude receptionist who I've never spoken to before. I asked why the trash wasn't picked up and was told my account was suspended because it wasn't paid. I knew that was wrong because we use conservice to pay all our utilities (required by the HOA). I asked her to look into it further because there had to be a mistake. She got intense and rude with her tone and repeated the same script, saying it was suspended because it wasn't paid. After that, I contacted conservice (much more professional customer care) and they confirmed that my account was paid and in good standing. This means the issue was with Trash Taxi not paying my account like they were supposed to. Today, I called again to talk to management so they could investigate the issue, since the receptionist didn't want to, even though it's their job. The manager had the same rude attitude, as if we had discussed the situation over coffee this morning. She literally told me the same thing the receptionist said. So, I instantly called conservice again just to double-check. They had already filed a claim for this matter and it was already being addressed. Overall, Trash Taxi is very unprofessional in how they respond to paying customers over a small issue. It's sad to be treated like this over a suspended account, especially when they dismissed my claim because of my account status. If this is their normal practice, it's really sad and they should change it.

10/4/22 Today I had my service cancelled because I was accused of yelling? Now, I do speak loud and that has been like that for me since birth. This is due to hearing lose. ***, manager of the office was extremely rude. I was trying to find out why they were charging such a large amount for service fees. I told *** that I am not paying this until I have answers? *** cut me off and said "Thats fine I will cancel your services." She accused me of yelling at her over the phone. When she would never let me speak but simply talk over me. I am completely beside myself. I really am not understanding this kind of rude behavior from a Office supervisor. *** told me that she was the office manager. I later finding out that she is not a manager but a supervisor. I was not getting through to her that I just needed to know the extra charge and other things. I had to finally talk to the commercial side and he had to help me. I was needing to know why that charge is there. This gentle man explained everything to me. I could hear *** in the back ground bad mouthing me. Telling him to hang up the phone. He had also explained to me that the card on file ended in ***. This account has expired. *** would not give me that chance to find out. The man, which I cannot remember his name, found out this information for me. He than hung up on me. I called back to confirm the card for paying for the account. He confirmed it with me and hung up again. I called back again, I explained to him that card has expired. I asked him if she canceled my account. To which his reply was " Yeah, yeah she canceled your account and credited back you November billing". None of this is what I wanted. Now, because of this. I am not receiving back my money Now, They blocked me from all calls. Every time I call, they will not pick up the phone. It just goes to voicemail. This is a horrible service from your business. I do not want my service canceled.
