Dumpsters.com is my place to rent dumpsters. From ordering to delivery to pick up I have have had no problems. I have used them three times and would use them again.

Happy with there service. Great prices. Checked with my trash company and the price was almost double and had to put a $1000. Deposit. Would recommend and use them again.

Failure to deliver the dumpster. No communication with customer. Attempt to lie and overcharge. No apologies. Horrible company to deal with. Also, much more expensive than competitors.

I give Ryan and team 5-stars. They are always very responsive to all our needs. They make my job so much easier. The invoice/receipt process needs a little improvement - that is why I only rated Dumpsters.com 4-star.

We needed to get a huge dumpster on very short notice and they were extremely easy to work with. The dumpster was delivered on time, the check in process was easy, scheduling the pick up was easy, and we had absolutely no issues. Great Company to work with. Very communicative and responsive to our needs. Their rep Alex B. always returns emails or calls in a timely manner. The pricing is fair understanding that they are brokering for other smaller companies in outer city, rural areas. Would recommend them for any project that you need a dumpster to be delivered.

Working with Budget Dumpsters and Alex has been great. They provide prompt service, pricing and sizing and pickup and delivery options. It is very easy! They also send out notices weekly and when nearing due dates to have dumpsters pic ked up preventing unnecessary overages. I would recommend them to anyone, contractor, homeowner, or commercial.

I highly recommend Dumpsters.com! I literally phoned Karona at Dumpsters.com late morning on 11/19 and the 20 yard container was delivered in 2 hours! Scheduling a pickup was done with ease, completely on line and promptly picked up. Contract was submitted via email with clear instructions and stipulations. No hidden fees. Great job and will use them again when needed!

My account rep TJ *** is great. He responds promptly and gets things done. Very satisfied with how things are working out. Pricing is fair and so far no major issues. As a private A/V Tech contractor we typically need dumpsters at public schools which can be problematic. But TJ makes sure delivery and pick up happens as planned and that school Principals are not complaining. Highly recommended. Thanks TJ!

This Company is the worst. I scheduled and paid for a Dumpster to be delivered and two days later it is still not here. To add insult to injury this Company has all these expectations and accountability of Customers but none for themselves: can not guarantee a specific drop off time, but will give you a twelve hour window. I had to cancel my Contractor for both the delivery no show day and the next day(when dumpster still had not arrive)In communicating I would rather reschedule the delivery for Monday than have it sit unattended over the weekend I was told I would be responsible regardless. Trying to reach someone with authority is a nightmare. If I ever get the dumpster I ordered and paid for, I would never use this Company again. Also cancelling is out of the question because they charge $150! So disheartening and their nonchalant attitude about the situation is insulting. Every day delayed is costing time and money for project. There is reason people order dumpsters and it surely is not for decorations

Misleading company. They quote lower prices but then when you hear the detail of the weight limits and overage costs you can see it is a rip off. They rely on homeowners who usually do not understand how much weight they will be disposing of. I was almost one of those people. I needed a 20 yard dumpster quickly. Was quoted on price w/ delivery in a few days and a 2 ton limit. If I wanted one next day it was $100 more and a 1 ton limit. He kept saying it was plenty of weight and the overage (per pound) was not much. We scheduled it but he screwed up the date and it never arrived. Called customer service, 20 Minutes to get a person to explain and cancel as I came to my senses on the weight. A few days later they said the cancellation was approved minus a $25 fee. Umm no. I had to argue the fee and after they heard the call they agreed and refunded the full amount. I found another local company directly that charged less with a 3 ton limit. They lead with low quotes and hope you go over weight. Their customer service takes forever to answer the phone, and the person who took the order could not even get the date right.

Dumpsters.com was a real letdown. They didn't deliver on time, didn't try to fix the problem, and gave me wrong info on the phone. I called customer service a bunch of times, but they didn't help. I asked to talk to a boss, but they never called me back. I had to change my plans and cancel the cleanup crew. Not cool.

I got two dumpsters from Dumpsters.com. The first one was good, but the second one they said was too heavy and charged me 350 bucks. I asked for proof from the junk yard that the weight was right, but they charged my card on Dec 18th 2020 and I've asked a bunch of times for the paperwork from the junk yard and they won't send it to me. Every time I call, the boss says they'll send it, but it never comes. I'd be cool with getting another dumpster if they took off the charge, but they won't work with me to fix it.
