Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. You need to call in to change or cancel service, minimum 30 min wait. I cancelled service on Feb 4, 2020 and was told that" We do all of our closures at the end of the month so your account was closed effective 2/29 after you called in to close the account on 2/4 and you were paid up through the end of February so there would be no refund or final bills." This was copied and pasted from the email they sent. Will be sending a complaint to the state.

So I rent a house out in Queen creek and it says through my company that the trash cans are provided. I told them that and they proceeded to tell me that I need to pay $100 and wait another 2 weeks for my trash cans. I have already been a month without them when this trash company took them from me out of nowhere.

We have made multiple attempts to have the receptacle replaced after it was torn up by the garbage truck
We have made multiple attempts to have the receptacle replaced after it was torn up by the garbage truck. Each attempt we were given a date that it would be replaced and it never was. In an email to Chelsei *** on 10/20, we gave RAD a last attempt to rectify it and it also was missed. In the email, we stated that if not corrected on that attempt, to cancel our service and remove the receptacle trash. They have not removed the trashed receptacle. All we want is for them to remove their garbage and to provide a written acceptance of cancelation of service as of 10/31.

In December, *** residents were billed $50 in advance for bin pickup at the conclusion of our service on 3/31. Residents were forced to all use Republic services without our vote or consent. Residents were given the option to return our bins ourselves at the conclusion of our service and that fee would be refunded. On 3/25, literally the last minute, we were issued an email from RAD that they are picking up the bins early and immediately after service on our normal service day of 3/26. Our bins were removed by a third party contracted by RAD. This did not give residents an opportunity to return the bins and get our money back. We were forced to pay the fee in December or be turned into collections, so we paid it. We have until 3/31 to return our bins per our contract. The office is not accepting phone calls and is closed, so there is no one willing to resolve this. This was a deliberate and calculated move and a blatant unfair business practice.

When RAD lost their contract with the city of AJ we were told in a letter from the city that we had until the end of March to return our trash and recycling cans to their Royal Palm address or there would be a fee of $50. I contacted RAD and made sure they knew that I was returning the cans myself. They said they noted it on the account. About the 3rd week of March they came and took both cans without warning or notice and are now trying to collect the $50 fee. I received a computer generated call the other day threatening that if I did not pay immediately that my account would be sent to collections. I called RAD to reason with them and she was rude and told me that the city told them to take the cans immediately and to just pay the money. I called the city and was told that that is not true and that RAD acted on their own against city instructions.

Four documented instances of this company not picking up my trash
Four documented instances of this company not picking up my trash. The driver has a GPS and camera on board yet in none of the instances servicing my address I ever got a refund or the trash picked up. This leaves me with 2 weeks worth f track in a container and me paying all the pick ups even when they do not pick it up. My home owner associations is furious with me leaving my containers out for 2 days hoping that RAD will come and pick up a day after and they never do. When I call their customer service I have to wait 30 to 45 min in line. Then after 14:00 there are no supervisors on duty. Today I got fed up and wanted to cancel service, well it is 14:30 so there is no supervisor and no one can help me with the missed pick up and with cancelling the account. I have no idea how these people are still in business and how they can maintain a business license considering that I am paying for not rendered services.

I forgot to pay my bill so I call them and paid it late $107
I forgot to pay my bill so I call them and paid it late $107. I believe what they made me pay a 30 dollar mark up on what I always pay. So I paid it and a week later they canceled my order and took my money and trash cans I called and filed a complaint 2 or 3 times and was told I consoled my order. I never did I asked about a refund of full amount and said I only get 42. Dollars back. It's been months now and nothing I called again on 3/11 about wanting to talk with the general manager and was told no that I my not. I asked about my refund and was told now i would only get 24.dollars now. I believe they are scamming me on my refund of 107.dollars not to pay me because i was late to pay. And waited for me to pay the higher bill and not contacting me about my bill so they can ripe me off and not refund me. I can imagine how many people that they have done this to so they can ripe them off and ComplaintsBoard.com has not been advised of this yet.

Prior to ending service in Apache Junction, right away disposal was contacted to discuss the $50 fee they were charging to retrieve their trashcan. During that call the CSR stated that if the trashcan was returned by the resident the $50 fee would be waived. Right away disposal chose not to honor that agreement by hiring a third-party to drive behind the garbage trucks and pick up the cans immediately after emptying them. This action clearly went against their statement and what they had told the city managers office about the transition. Right away disposal is now sending a pre-recorded telephone call to each one of its former customers demanding $50 paid by the 31st of May or they will be sent to collections. I believe this action to be a form of fraud and the fee should not be paid. It should also be noted that the other disposal companies, providing the same disposal services in Apache Junction, were not charging a can retrieval fee.

Right Away Disposal (RAD) sent out an email on 03/25 stating "Effective April 1; RAD will collect all curbside trash and recycling
Right Away Disposal (RAD) sent out an email on 03/25 stating "Effective April 1; RAD will collect all curbside trash and recycling with the same vehicle until further notice." I pay separately for trash and recycling (there is a separate fee for recycling), and I have already been billed by RAD and paid RAD for Trash and Recycling services for March 1 through May 31. I called RAD today to find out how they will be reimbursing us for the charge for recycling, because for the time being recycling is effectively being halted because it is being picked up along with the trash in the same truck and not being sorted separately, therefore there is not justification for RAD charging separately for recycling. However, the person I spoke to at RAD told me they would not be doing any refunds "because I had already been billed". I told the person at RAD there was no justification for RAD charging for a service they are not providing. The person at RAD claimed that because they were still picking up the recycling, they could still no charge. I explained to the person at RAD that they are putting trash and recycling in the same truck (per their email), so they are no longer providing recycling services, and therefore have no justification for charging for recycling services during however long they do not provide the service, but RAD refused to provide a refund.

We have a grocery store in a very rural area
We have a grocery store in a very rural area. RAD picks up our trash only once a week which is fine if they actually pick up the trash. We have two dumpsters which fill up on a weekly basis and will definitely not go two weeks without service. They performed their trash service to the rest of our community on Wed., Nov.11th, but skipped our business. I know they were here because they parked their two trash trucks on the street in front of our store to come in and buy food from us (which is quite common). They did not mention anything about not picking up our trash. The next morning when I realized they had not emptied our two dumpsters I called their company's office. I told them we wouldn't make until next week's pickup without overflowing our dumpster. She told me she would call dispatch and see what they could do and would call me back shortly. I didn't receive a call back by early afternoon so I called them back for an update. I basically got the same result. She would call dispatch and get back to me. Which didn't happen so by late afternoon I called a third time (waiting on hold for 30 minutes). Finally talked to the same person and was told there was nothing they could do until the following Wed. scheduled service. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told she was in a meeting. I asked for a credit to my billing for missed service and was told she wasn't authorized to do that. I asked what I should do with the overflowing garbage and was told I could put it in bags on the side of the dumpster and the RAD truck driver would pick it up on his regular route. There was no offer to make an unscheduled early pick up. At this point I was too upset to continue the conversation and ended the call. I am totally disgusted with the lack of willingness to meet me with some sort of resolve to their mistake. It was obvious that their driver simply forgot to stop at our store to empty the dumpster.
