Very professional and nice on the phone. They delivered my (2) dumpsters as promised, even when down a truck for repairs. The customer service representative was cool and gave great advice on how load the dumpster correctly with concrete. I will use these guys again for my future needs for a dumpster. Its nice to see a family company who really strives to help out.

We tore down an old garage. They helped us choose the appropriate size. We have a fairly narrow driveway, and the truck and dumpster fit very easily behind our gate. They put down boards to protect the driveway. They picked it up when we were done. Very easy to work with. All the people were very nice and professional. Definitely recommend.

Great company to work with and friendly/caring owners. I waited late to start looking for this type of a service and reached out to them on a Sunday late afternoon. They delivered a large bin to my location Monday morning at 9:00 am. Wow! What incredible turnaround. I would highly recommend them. The bin we received was also clean and well-maintained.

The team at Bin There Dump That St. Louis has been amazing. From the person who answered the phone to the driver who delivered and picked up the bin, they were polite, courteous and so very responsive. We have ordered two bins since March and both experiences were great. The bins are clean and they protect your driveway with boards underneath the bins. I highly recommend them!

Amazing dumpster service company. I called to inquire about a dumpster for a home clean up. They helped me decide on a size over the phone and then had a dumpster out to me within the hour. Very professional, flexible, and courteous. The dumpster itself was very clean and nice. They used wooden boards to protect my driveway, which was a nice touch. We filled our dumpster quicker than expected, and they were able to pick it up within 24 hours. We could've kept it for 10 days with no extra charge. The price included delivery, pick up, fees, and taxes. I liked that they were upfront and just quoted you a flat price and that's what we paid! Every time I called there was an ACTUAL person that answered the phone and there was no automated dial in system. If we had any questions or issues at all, they were quick to answer and help. Their guidelines/rules were easy to understand, posted on the dumpster, gone over with me prior to booking, and emailed to me. I would 100% use this company again and recommend them to anyone!
