Paid over $1000 for work that never got done
Paid over $1000 for work that never got done. Couldn't even get a schedule. Called for a whole week and they never called back. Every time I called, nobody seemed to know anything. Asked to speak to someone higher up, but they said they didn't have that info.
FreeFlow Environmental ain't keeping their word
FreeFlow Environmental ain't keeping their word. They did a job for me last year for 6,200 bucks and I'm still having the same dang problem. I called them a bunch of times and they kept saying they'd come fix it on this day or that day, but I'm still waiting and getting real ticked off. Finally, they said they'll come for a recall on June 8th. I hope they actually fix it this time. Every time I call, I gotta sit on hold and listen to their message about how they promise to do a good job. We'll see about that.
This company was a total disaster to work with
This company was a total disaster to work with. I had them come out to my house to do a mold fogging of my whole house and attic. One dude stood outside the whole time and they were in and out of my house within 25 minutes. The project manager was rude and not helpful until I brought up leaving a complaint on this site. I thought the house should be tested to see if the job cleared all the mold out. They came out to do a test and over a week and a half later I had to contact them to get the results which were not clear. They came out a second time to retest the mold and now again a week later still haven't heard from them. This is the worst company I've had to deal with and would never use them again.
I shoulda checked out their reviews on ComplaintsBoard.com, cuz I wouldn't have hired them
I shoulda checked out their reviews on ComplaintsBoard.com, cuz I wouldn't have hired them. Their work was meh at best and their customer service was even worse! I paid $2000 upfront to have some clean out work done at an apartment building I own. Their completed job was a hot mess, with damage to my property like cutting an electric line and flooding the laundry room. When I tried to talk to Free Flows' owner about the damage and paying the balance due, he said the job was already discounted and wouldn't budge. He basically told me I got what I paid for! When I tried to talk to him again about the poor work and finding a solution, he straight up hung up on me. Don't trust this company, they're not legit.
I used FreeFlow Environmental for a septic inspection and I didn't know what to expect
I used FreeFlow Environmental for a septic inspection and I didn't know what to expect. The guy was only here for 15 minutes and he just flushed toilets and ran water. He walked around the back yard too. But then we had problems with our septic within a year and a half. I did some research and found out that we paid $475 for a fake inspection. We're out even more money now. He didn't do a real septic inspection like the state requires. They said they'd send someone out for free but they never did. They said we didn't ask for the 15 page inspection, but I don't know what that is. I could've done what he did for free. He didn't check the tank, leach field, or distribution box. This company is terrible and I'm going to see a lawyer next week. I talked to another septic inspector and he told me what should have been done during a real inspection.
FreeFlow Environmental was a real headache from the start
FreeFlow Environmental was a real headache from the start. They kept rescheduling at the last minute and the work that was supposed to take 3 days took 5. The workers were high and smelled like weed when they came to my house to work. They even covered my cleanout valve with cement, which caused clogs and I had to pay for a plumber to fix it. They were supposed to patch the walls, but I'm still getting water in my basement. They promised a mold remediation treatment, but we never got it. The owner asked me to remove my bad review if he fixed my issues and took off some money from the price. I did, but I'm still having problems. I think the good reviews on Google are fake because he pays people to leave good reviews. Don't trust this company, even though they have a better price. I wish I had gone with a more expensive company. Now I'm out $10,000 and have to pay another company to fix it right. It's really sad because we're not rich and we have to come up with more money to fix their mistakes.
I had water backing up into my sump pit and the basement smelled like sewage
I had water backing up into my sump pit and the basement smelled like sewage. FreeFlow did some work on my septic system before, so I called them to check it out. They kept cancelling and rescheduling appointments, but finally showed up. They ran a camera through the septic lines and found no leaks. Then they checked the sump pump discharge and found that the line was blocked and water was recirculating back into the drain tile. They said it would cost $2100 to retrench the entire line, which was a lot more than just fixing the spot where the line was blocked. I had to go to work before they finished, but when I got back, they were gone and there was only a small hole that had already been partially filled in. The next day, they called me to sign a new contract because they only repaired a section of the line and needed to come back and hydrojet it, which would cost the same amount. They said their machine froze up because it was January. I didn't agree to the change in work, but I signed the new contract because I wanted a functioning sump pump. They charged me $1200 for the work they claimed they already did, but the drain was still blocked. They said they needed above freezing weather to come back, but kept cancelling appointments. After a month, I told them to forget it. They said a supervisor would call me back, but that never happened.

I got FreeFlow Environmental to put in a new sump pump in my crib
I got FreeFlow Environmental to put in a new sump pump in my crib. They did it on January 08, and I paid them $750, which you can peep on the invoice (attached.) The new pump and alarm were working fine until Thursday, May 13, when the pump got stuck and the alarm went off. The sump well was half full and filling up slow, and it was supposed to rain on Saturday. I needed a new pump, like, yesterday. I called FreeFlow, but they said they couldn't come that day or the next. They told me to call someone else for help. I did, and it cost me $450 to replace the pump and check valve. I called FreeFlow a bunch of times for over a week, and they finally offered me a $50 credit for future work if I used them again.
I gave Freeflow $5k in Jan 2021 for a new septic system
I gave Freeflow $5k in Jan 2021 for a new septic system. They were supposed to do soil testing to recommend the right system. When I called in Mar/Apr for results, they said they didn't have it yet. I called multiple times for results and start date, but got no info. They did replace our ejector pump though. I cancelled and asked for a refund minus pump and testing. Still waiting for statement and refund. Want my money back.
I used FreeFlow for a home check before buying and they had trouble finding my septic tank
I used FreeFlow for a home check before buying and they had trouble finding my septic tank. They said they found it and suggested installing a riser. The report said everything was good. After buying the house, I had them come to install the riser but the guy was here for 2 hours and couldn't find the tank. I showed him the diagram from the inspection report but he still couldn't find it. I called them after 2 weeks but they didn't respond. I called again and they increased the price to excavate again. I paid $450 for the inspection but they don't know where my tank is. They were supposed to call me back but it's been a month and nothing. I'm very disappointed in their service. Did they even do an inspection report or did they just make it up? How can they still be in business if they give false reports that affect a home buyer's decision and cost $20-30 thousand?

Last October, I had FreeFlow come and clean my septic lines for roots and put in a new septic tank
Last October, I had FreeFlow come and clean my septic lines for roots and put in a new septic tank. After they finished, we had a backup into the house because FreeFlow didn't clean out all of the roots and didn't install the tank correctly. Their tech confirmed this when they came out to fix the backup. I dug up more distribution boxes that they missed for cleaning the roots (3 missed). Other companies came out and both agreed that the job wasn't done correctly and needed to be fixed. The lines weren't cleaned properly and the lines going to and from the tank were 90 degree pipes, which doesn't allow solids and liquids to flow freely. The way they installed the inflow and outflow pipes created bellies, which caused solids and liquids to sit. Other companies said that the bellies shouldn't exist and the 90 degree pipes should be 45 degree. The root cleanout should have been 100 percent with all the distribution boxes. I emailed them multiple times, but they always had the same excuse (waiting for weather). At this point, there is no excuse for not getting to us and there is no faith in them doing the job appropriately. They tore up the yard and left it a mess, unlike any other septic company. I had to fix it myself and they refused to work with us on it. I missed hours of work because of this and they still haven't tried to fix it.
We talked to FreeFlow Environmental in the fall of 2017 because our septic tank was leaking from the top
We talked to FreeFlow Environmental in the fall of 2017 because our septic tank was leaking from the top. They said their air/water jetting would fix it, but it didn't. They then told us we needed a new septic tank, which we got in May . We paid them in full, but the leaking continued. They then said we needed a new septic field, but it took them 10 months to get the permit. When they finally got it, they said the cost had gone up from $10,641 to $15826. They scheduled three different dates for the work, but no one showed up or called. We called and the general manager said he thought the guys were working. On Jan 14, 2020, we talked to the owner, Dave, who said they messed up the permit and installation. He promised to fix it, but we didn't hear back. On Jan 23, 2020, we asked for our down payment back. We sent a letter on Feb 3, 2020, and a lawyer sent a threatening letter on March 11. We still haven't received our $8547 down payment back. We hired a different contractor who found that the pipes were clogged, not the soil saturated like FreeFlow said. We paid $11550 for work that didn't fix the problem. We want our money back.
