Horrible!
Horrible! They didn't do the contract right. They missed 5 weeks of picking up the trash and wouldn't make up for it. They're criminals. They always lie and have no customer service.

C&C employee was caught on camera stealin my property from my yard. I asked for it back, and got excuses and was told I got a credit for the loss of my property. I canceled my service with them owing me money. Its been 5 months and I havent received a refund yet. Ive called numerous times, always with an excuse. This locally owned company should be ashamed at the service they provide.
They never show up
They never show up. They owe me money from all of the missed pickups. Customer Service is angry and rude. When I called to ask for a refund, I was told, "Sir I'm not going to do this with you." The only thing they won't do with me is pick up my trash. They accept no responsibility for missing almost every scheduled pickup. Of my last 12 scheduled pickups, they've shown up 3 times. When they offered me a free pickup for all of the missed pickups, they missed that pickup too.

I didn't receive a call about needing a signature. The lady I talked to this morning said the company canceled the rolloff because of my ComplaintsBoard.com review, which seems like revenge to me. They're not professional, and I won't use this company again. I should've checked the other reviews before picking this dishonest company! Be careful!

I've been waitin' for 3 weeks now for my trash to be picked up. They keep givin' me excuses and never showin' up when they're supposed to. Last week, they said one of their drivers got in a car accident and promised to pick it up on Tue. Well, Tuesday came and went, and nothin' happened. I called 'em again, and they blamed it on the recent holiday messin' up their schedule. They said they'd come on Saturday 'round 11:00 am. But guess what? They still haven't shown up! Every week, it's just one excuse after another. My trash bin is overflowin' with garbage, and don't even get me started on the flies. I pay my bill on time, so I expect 'em to do their job and pick up my trash.

I've been having issues with getting my trash picked up. Every week, there's a different excuse. I've had to trap critters because my trash overflows since they don't pick it up. I've called and gotten excuse after excuse. Tried calling today, which is my normal trash day, and no one is answering the phones. I don't know why I've stayed with them for over 5 years. I'll be looking elsewhere. I even called them yesterday to remind them not to forget us again. I'm just amazed that this company doesn't care.

When calling for resolution, I usually receive an excuse of a new driver or a breakdown. Last week was a breakdown apparently and may possibly be here tomorrow. Which as of today is no pick up for 2 weeks. The operator seemed dumbfounded when I asked her if we were being credited back last week's charge. However, apparently we will be receiving that charge back, but doesn't change the fact I have horses and a full dumpster. It's just a continuous problem this past year, late and excuses...and now maybe not at all.

C and C Disposal don't honor what they tell their customers! They decided to make changes to their recycling program. They weren't accepting plastic anymore. We decided we didn't need their service for our family. On January 7, I called to cancel their service. The customer service person canceled the service, told me the amount that would be refunded (you prepay for service every three months and we were paid up through February) and she told me the totes would be picked up on Friday (this was a Tuesday). The next Monday the totes were still in my driveway along with the tote from my new trash company. I called and the customer service person told me my recycling service was the only service that was canceled. I told her this was wrong (we canceled both because of the recycling changes). She fixed this and canceled both services. My refund amount didn't change and all she could tell me was that there was a $10 fee to return the totes. She said the totes would be picked up by Wednesday. Surprise! The totes were still there on Thursday. I called again to ask about the totes and the refund. She said the refund would be done at the end of the cycle (February) or I could stop by the office and get a cash refund. After work, I stopped by the office. The receptionist went to speak with the manager. When she came back she said the refund would have to be put back on my debit card that I started the service with. I verified my card number and asked again about the totes. She said they would be picked up by Monday or they would be responsible for them. The totes were finally picked up. Fast forward to March 5 - no refund. I called the office and the receptionist said she would speak to the manager and make sure it was done that day. Today. March 18th - no refund! I called the office to speak with the manager. The receptionist verified my information and put me on hold. She came back and said the manager was on the phone with another customer, she then said wait she just hung up and put me on hold. She came back and said she didn't hang up, just put them on hold. She asked if I was calling about the refund and I said yes. She verified my phone and said the manager would call me back. She then said that the manager was going to talk to the manager and see if she could get me a refund check today. I told the receptionist that I was mad that the manager couldn't find 15 seconds to speak with me on the phone. I told her I would wait until 1:00 and then I was filing a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com. About 20 minutes later, I got a phone call from the receptionist. She said the refund was done back to my card and they had a receipt for me. She said I could pick it up or they would mail it to me. I said my husband or I would pick it up today and verified their hours. She asked for his name and said it would be up front to be picked up. I called back and asked if I could get copies of the other two refund attempts and she said they didn't have those. The service I got from C and C while I was a customer was good (except for recycling not always being picked up when it was supposed to be). I would call and they would make it right. Unfortunately, the way I was treated after canceling my service has changed my mind. I won't use their service again, nor will I recommend them.

We order a dumpster to deliver to our house and we're done using it and called plenty of times for them to come pick it up and they haven't and it been months and months of them not picking it up and it getting real annoying and irritating pick up the dumpster already you well deserve the one star rating I would've rate you -5 star rating pick up the damn dumpster.

I talked to someone three times during those 3 months to try and get some of my money back because you pay in quarters. They said I would get a refund and that they would pass on the message to the right person. But guess what? I still haven't gotten my refund. I even tried sending an email, but it always says there's an error and to try again later.

They provided horrible trash service regularly. They didnt pick up the trash and once dumped a huge pile of trash in my yard. I canceled my one year pre paid service months prior to it ending on the phone and also on a *** maps review that they responded to. Now theyre trying to send me to collections claiming I never canceled my service but I did. They have blocked my called and are knowingly lying because they know that I canceled my service. I told multiple people.

The person I spoke to when I signed up said they would pick up extra bags of trash at no additional cost. However, when I called on 2/28/22 to let them know I had more bags this week, they told me there would be an extra charge. The person I spoke to was rude and not helpful at all. They said I could cancel my service and get a refund, so that's what I did. It's now 3/23/22, and my C&C Disposal bin still hasn't been picked up, and I still haven't received my refund.

On November 3rd, I paid $73 for trash service, but they haven't even come once in over a month to pick up my trash bin. I called them so many times, but nothing happened. So, I ended up hiring another waste company to clean up the mess. I told C & C Disposal that I want to cancel and get my last payment back. They only gave me $23 back, even though they didn't do anything! I want a full refund, or else I'm gonna calculate how many weeks they owe me and take them to court. I talked to one of their drivers, and he admitted that they know they can't provide the service but still take people's money. Their refund system is sketchy too. We've had C&C for about 2 years now. At first things were amazing with them, we went out to help the driver here and there. We made one driver cookies as well just for his courteousness, etc. As of about a year ago we started having an unmarked blue truck occasionally pick up our trash. Shortly after starting this blue truck they just decided they weren't going to pick up part of our trash. No communication from C&C. They would just leave it there for the wind to blow away (which we all know about the afternoon/evening winds here). The first time, we called in and there was no explanation on why and they came right back out. Then today (5/19) they decide to do this again with once again not one ounce of communication. We called again today and they said the boxes are too big to fit which was half of a standard tv box and others broken down. It is not our fault that they decide to run this truck here and there and choose not to notify customers of changes via mail.

The last two weeks they have skipped my pick up date starting July 26. I called on July 26 and the receptionist said they were running behind and it would be picked up on the next day, July 27. It was not. I called on July 27 and she said the driver said the trash was not out on July 26 (change in excuses and a lie). She said they would credit me for 1 week and they would get it on August 2 and would pick up all trash with no additional charge. I said the bin was overflowing as well as other bags to pick up. They finally agreed to replace the bin and pick up the full bin on July 28, which they did. August 2 they did not pick up again. I called and was told they would get it on August 3 (that still remains to be seen). I asked numerous times on all the calls to them to talk to the route supervisor, who was never available. I asked to speak to any supervisor, none was ever available.

The driver keeps breaking the garbage can and there's no one available to fix it. I pay this company for a service that is sometimes provided. I call the company and ask when they will fix the garbage can or pick up the garbage, and it's always the same answer: we're short on drivers or the trucks are broken. This company's inability to keep staff is not my problem, and if they can't provide the service I'm paying for, they need to say so. I've been a customer since 10. When I've called this company several times over the past two weeks, they tell me they'll send someone to fix the garbage can, but they schedule days and no one shows up. I've been hung up on several times and put on hold for over 25 minutes. I've paid for services through the end of June, so I expect my garbage can to be fixed or replaced before then. I'm tired of the excuses; this company needs to get its act together. Maybe they should read the negative reviews.

I renewed my residential trash service with C&C Disposal in my town on 8/25 for $64.50 covering September to November , but after payment, they stopped collecting my trash. I had to repeatedly call them for pickup, receiving excuses about staffing or vehicle issues. Two weeks of accumulated trash later, I canceled on 9/27. Since then, I've been trying to get a promised refund of $39.42. Despite frequent calls and discussions with staff and the owner, I've been met with lies. They claimed they needed to retrieve their container, which they had on 10/8, as my security footage shows. They also falsely claimed to have mailed the refund check multiple times. Without a tracking number, I can't get a resolution, and the owner won't return my calls. I feel deceived by C&C over just $40. They've lied about the refund check four times. I simply want the refund I'm due.

Issue since 07/24/2022: My family and I relocated. C&C has been our trash service provider for over a decade. Since relocating, we need to cancel the service. I've spoken to their staff, but now I'm unable to reach the company by phone. I've also tried the online support form. They insist on picking up the bins themselves and charge $80 if the bins aren't curbside. They won't provide a specific pickup date. I need the service terminated and the bins collected, even if not at the curb. The area has become dangerous with nearby drug activity and our house was burglarized twice. I can't ensure the bins will remain at the curb or find someone to manage them. I can ensure the bins are accessible, just a short walk up the driveway. It's frustrating that they're uncooperative and I can't reach management.

I had trash service with C&C Disposal for 10 years. In 2019, they raised the price from $54.00 to $57.00 per quarter. I found another service for $45 per quarter and asked Andrea if they could keep my accounts at the old price. She said she would talk to the owners but never called back. When my first account came up for renewal, I canceled the service. They then sent me an invoice for a $10.00 Tote removal fee, which didn't exist when I started. I tried to speak to the owner but could only leave a message. I canceled my second account and got the same runaround. When the remaining two accounts came up for renewal, I canceled them too. They charged me $10.00 for each tote and never picked them up, charging me $80 per tote. They also added a $45 collection fee to each canceled account. On March 27th, Angel called and said they couldn't pick up the totes. I told her I had pictures proving they were still there. She said if I put them out on March 31st, they would pick them up and remove the $80 charges. I took pictures on March 30th and one tote was still there on April 10th. Now, I received a collection letter from Wakefield and Associates for $380.00. I sent a letter disputing the charges within 30 days but they claimed the charges were valid. I need to go to court to challenge the $10.00 charges and C&C Disposal's refusal to pick up the totes. They have manipulated the billing and turned false charges over to the collection agency. My good credit is at risk because of these unfair fees.
