Travel Smart VIP / Resorts Advantage LTD. INC review: Vacation package

We purchased a vacation package paid in full, which we have not used once due to the location we signed up with being closed and sold. We were going to be able to take a boat ride from Miami to the Bahamas when we signed up for our membership. We tried to book packages at other locations but it was going to cost us more money than going online to purchase the same package. Again, we paid in full for this package and have not used it once. My husband and I are both immune compromised now and with the pandemic are unable to fly. To date we are still waiting for a resolution from this company for a refund on our purchase. We are getting charged every year for maintenance and continue to get harassed for payment.
