Travix-International review: Ticket refund

I hope all of you are well,

I have chosen multiple location two tickets as attached, I confirmed them, the two tickets were refundable as written and explained by your reservation application process “cancelling for any reason “.

I had my mother 76 years old; she lives with me, she had cancer since 2013,

She faced a break on the top of her Pelvic joint on 8 August 2023, Doctor advised 30 days on bed, after this period passed, I made my ticket reservation and I prepared everything until something went down with my mother health, then I asked Saudia Aribia Air lines refund team to give me my right to cancel my ticket as the application demonstrated, because I chose this kind of ticket service and I paid “excess money” for that ticket kind because of my family conditions.

I asked your online service for cancelling my tickets they asked me to fill in an application for that, I did this application, through application they asked for evidence support my reasons of cancellation, I sent to them my mother x- ray.

I surprised from your refundable team answer that they didn’t accept my reasons, although I did my reservation a refundable ticket (prepaid cancellation for any reasons, Is It?

I went to Saudia Aribia Air lines Branch located in Egypt, Cairo on Nasr City, I found it closed although it’s address is still written and announced on Web. But not updated, as its photos attached.

Please,

I ask you with all my respect to solve my problem by:

- Send back my refundable tickets money to my bank account. , Or

- Make my tickets kept opened time reservation “max. 3 months without cancellation.
