Trim said they negotiated my cable bill down from what was the new billing rate down to my same old rate that I had been paying. The negotiated a two year deal, took the savings from each month x 24, and then charged their percentage on that amount. Total rip off and didn't listen at all when I complained. Now I am locked into a too high cable bill while they walked off with my money. Don't use this company. They are a scam.

Charged for savings that I already had negotiated before, but were expiring. They just had them add the same savings I already had and charged me for it. Also they made 2 mistakes and did not even correctly calculate my existing bill and use a late charge as a basis for my monthly payment. Had to have multiple refunds. Auto renegotiation after 3 months without permission. No PHONE NUMBER! 2 weeks to get an email response. Very disappointed with this company. STAY AWAY!
They do what they say. Most offers like this you have do take so many steps to receive savings with Trim it was literally 1 2 3 then savings! Thank you so much TRIM!
They've worked in the past, and who knows, maybe they will actually work this current time, but from the automated communications I may never know. I've received several different emails and texts from several different people saying either they have saved me money on my bills, it that they were not able to save me any money. So who knows, give it a shot maybe you'll get lucky, if that's your thing.
Trim has helped me so much. They are efficient and. focused on my goals.

I contacted SiriusXM and the refused to refund to the current payment method so I could put the correct payment method.Had I known you all were negotiating with SiriusXM or going to negotiate with them before actually talking with them the same day you all notified me that you all were negotiating with them .. caused a major issue. Very unhappy with the service

business, avoid at all costs. They weren't authorized to sign any new contracts on my behalf with my cable company but did, locking me into a new 2 year contract. Then they charged me $164.04 for a "success fee" when what they did is re-sign me up for the same plan I was already on at the same cost. My bills are still the same as before they "negotiated". Also, when you go to delete your account with them, they don't actually delete your account and will continue to charge you for false "negotiations". Avoid this company at all costs.

I don't remember signing up for their services and dont want them. Their billing seems screwed. But when I contacted the company on the day they took out their payment of $100 their response was, "Welcome to Trim Premium." I tried explaining that the money they took out was bookmarded for my rent and by taking it out the day rent is due is no way to start a relationship with a customer. I asked that they return the money. Again, their responce was, "Welcome to Trim Premium." I want nothing to do with them and want my money back before it costs me $50 a day. Beware, they are a*** and crooks.

I used Trim to negotiate my medical bills
I used Trim to negotiate my medical bills. I had $1,500.00 of medical bills (1,000.00 from the hospital and $500 from the physician) for an ER visit after I had recently been laid-off and did not have health insurance. Trim was able to work with the hospital to find an additional application they made on my behalf and all $1500 was wiped out! They walked me through the process of how it was done, that it was double and triple checked to make sure nothing went to collections and the hospital had indeed confirmed the charges were gone. The Trim representative told me that they can usually help with medical bills, but that having one for so much cleared entirely was not as common and they were excited for me as well.

I have been utilizing Trim's Bill Negotiation services for a couple/few years now. I was VERY skeptical at first, but Trim did exactly as I'd hoped and negotiated a monthly discount for 1 year (I was charged accordingly). Since the first negotiation was a success (saved me 100s), I had them negotiate a second bill. This was also a success! They've been negotiating my cable and internet bills ever since! According to my Trim dashboard, they've saved me a total of $2600! I believe this does not include the 25% fee they charge, but still about $2000 after the fees have been factored in. Not bad considering all I had to do was upload a couple PDFs! I've encouraged others to use the service as well. Some remain skeptical despite my ongoing success with Trim. Perhaps a refresh to their website would help Trim look more "official." Thanks Trim!

Trim is a sham
Trim is a sham. Signed up based on curiosity and had them look at my Comcast bill. They get back to me a few days later claiming immediate and ongoing savings. Sounds good. I then get a notice from Comcast/Xfinity detailing the changes - including cancelling my DVR service and my high speed internet service. Wow - so amazing that they were able to achieve savings - I could have done the same if I wanted to cancel services. I immediately notified them that I had reversed the changes they made, and deleted my account. Since that time their CSR has continually contacted me asking for more details, which i already provided. And, they are still trying to charge my credit card for the "savings" - absolutely unreal that they get away with this. My presumption is most people don't look at the details, and hence, they are able to continue this sham.

My current internet *** is $99. Trim negotiated it down to $85 for an undetermined amount of time. Trim reported to me that they saved me $55 a month from a $139.99 a month ***. They now want $99(15%) for saving me $660. They actually saved me $15.04 a month and there is no guaranty or contract that Suddenlink wont raise my *** in 6 months as they have been know to do. Update..Trim is now claiming that I had negotiated the price to $99 from $139 before they negotiated it to $84.99. So they were unaware of my *** being $99 and not $139.99 as they claim. This is after I sent them a *** as they requested during sign up. In fact the *** was $84.99 until the next billing cycle in February and then it will be $99. It never was $139.99. I sent them a *** that actually shows the real price and the prior months price. Shady shady practices. Bank has been notified and they will protect me.

So when I lost my credit card that they took the money out of for their service, I was actually glad that I didnt have them getting me fake 2 month s*** deals anymore because they didnt have my card information anymore. But no because they are plugged into my financials they took it upon themselves to use my new credit card number I didnt provide for them to charge me again for their services. Ive told them I dont want it anymore and they keep charging me for stuff! If I cancel my credit card they will just use the next one. And I cant actually block Trim at my bank because the hair salon I work at is actually Called Trim and I get paid from them! Its a *** service and I want nothing to do with them anymore and would actually like some of my money back! Especially after this last time.

I learned about Trim from the Optimum site itself who I subscribe for my TV, Phone and Internet bundle
I learned about Trim from the Optimum site itself who I subscribe for my TV, Phone and Internet bundle. Optimum on their site advertise for reduced service and charges during vacation break which I availed after talking with them with an assurance that our before vacation package will be resumed along with reduced fee during vacation. I realized that Optimum not only continued charging the full service fee during vacation, but in fact increased monthly payment than before.(I was on automated payment). After the vacation, I called Optimum four times with no result and unable to talk with their manager. I was so frustrated with Optimum for misleading me and with their customer service that I was considering to drop them as my service provider. Come Trim in the picture. Not only they were able to recover the vacation overcharges, but also negotiated reduced charges for my future monthly bill, while maintaining the full TV package which I had asked them to negotiate for a reduced monthly cost. In total they were able to save me about $450 for the full year. I did not mind their 33% service fee of the entire annual savings. It was worth it.
