I received a call back the same day when I was looking for movers. The company was very organized with scheduling our move, confirmations and reminders. On moving day, the crew arrived early, completed the move efficiently and professionally. We highly recommend Triple 7 Movers! We will use them again!

I recorded footage of Triple 7 Movers on Highway 99 in CA driving extremely reckless and dangerous. The driver nearly caused a multiple car pile up as he and another large truck would not allow any vehicles to pass. Both the other large truck and the Triple 7 Movers driver at one point slowed to 55 as they drove parallel blocking the 2 lane highway for nearly 15 minutes. Immature! Unsafe! Unprofessional! Illegal!

I paid for my wall pendulum clock to be packed by them. I was led to believe it included insurance but did not. It was damaged. I called Triple 7 to resolve the issue but they promptly passed the buck to their insurance carrier, which I understand but Triple 7 didn't even furnish any paper work such as the bill of lading to them. I was duped. They offered me $18. The clock's value was over $500. and that is why I paid extra for it to be packed. Hmmmm

Today I had the pleasure of having three of the best in the industry move me. Antonio, Javier & Yosthin from 777 Movers. They showed up early, called before that to make sure coming early was acceptable. Once they arrived they immediately went to work. They were each personable professional and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Once the work on my home is done, I will be requesting these gentleman through 777 Movera specifically. Gentlemen thank you for making the move go so very very well.

I received a quote from Jason who kept in contact with my when trying to get my business. I have used this company before and had Eric as a team leader but the guy I had today was no Eric. I asked for my final total and he calculated almost double the quoted price from Jason. I spoke with Jason who hung up the phone and would not return my phone calls or emails. I simply wanted him to review the final charges to ensure they were valid. This was my punishment for questioning their charges. My items looked like they were thrown in my storage unit. There is a crack in the he daughter's furniture and I cringe to think what other damage there may be to my items. Beware, don't question them or you will most definitely pay for it.

I emailed him on May 17 to asked quotes and if they're available on May 26 as I need movers on that fixed date at 11am because on a May 28, the owner of the furnitures I bought will be out of town. On May 18, he said they were available, so I responded that date to set me up. So this morning May 25, he emailed me they're completely full. Can you believe that? In the last minute? How terrible! Leave me hanging with no choice! Keeping my hopes up! He should clarify it to me in the first place so that I can find another movers! Very unprofessional! Has a cocky attitude!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Bottom line, they have incredibly smooth sales people that tell you everything you want to hear. But when the actual move arrives, your quoted price skyrockets! And if you're moving out of state, don't expect your things for about a month. They will squeeze every last second out of their "21 Business Day" delivery policy. Don't be fooled when they say "three weeks." They are referring to the aforementioned policy which will take a VERY long time for you to see your belongings. We paid a ridiculous amount of money and got very little cooperation or communication from this company. Once they have your things, they have all the leverage. I had to argue with them to keep their rates listed in my signed contract. They wanted to raise them at the last second before delivery! My $8,000 move turned into nearly $12,000 when it was all said and done. PLEASE take the bad reviews seriously. Find someone else to do your move. These guys are shady... Terrible administration. Don't go through the headache, waiting, and financial losses.

I hope I can deter someone from using Triple 7 or at least inform others. They are using intimating and aggressive sales practices. I feel like they use deceptive trade practices. I do not believe this company functions as a moving company, their profit comes from hidden fees and up charging after they have picked up your items. This was my experience moving out of state.
I was called by Lindsey Fithen on the last day they were obligated to deliver my items off. She forcefully told me I had to pay for a shuttle because the moving truck (big rig) could not get access to my complex. As I tried to tell her this wasn't true, I confirmed with the city, the complex, and by my own account, confirmed big rigs have access to the complex. She stated I had no choice, I had to pay the increased $400 shuttle fee, or they would keep my things in storage and not deliver them. In the end, I did not need a shuttle for $400 (which would have been a U-Haul truck), they successfully were able to get into my unit without any issues. She stated I could not get my things unless I pay the shuffle fee. which I believe is a violation of the Code 375.403. Also, my items were delivered by a 3rd party, not Triple 7.
I had a binding contract in which I was only obliged to pay the amount on my contract any additional fees should have been addressed before the day of delivery and I should have received a new estimate. I was not given the proper time to decide on the increased fees.
I was told the day off an elevator fee, and I still did not receive an estimate on the cost of this fee.
On the day of delivery, I did not receive a receipt, told to pay in cash or money order and I did not sign any paperwork accepting my delivery. Also, add the total value of your shipment on the Interstate Bill of Lading. The form is your estimate and the binding contract.
I suggest anyone considering using Triple 7 that you do your research, ask questions, & read all of your docs.

Please see attached document. I want to file a complaint against Triple 7 Movers, a Las Vegas company who delivered my furniture with damages. They hired a long distance truck driver, who told us he had obtained his CDL just a few months earlier and had never delivered anyone's household before. We were not given opportunity to check items in to the *** due to the driver arriving on Saturday evening just 30 minutes before their closing and he having hired 2 young locals from *** to help him unload an entire household. He then required me to sign a paper showing that delivery was made and he made me photograph my signature by one that was already signed. Triple 7 claims it was the signature of their long time driver (hispanic man). The man who delivered to us was white, not hispanic. My husband had surgery 2 weeks after furniture was delivered and never came out of rehab. He died March . After all the months of their company acting as though they would take care of things, I was finally offered $200 (hush money) for all the damages. They are Triple 7 Movers at ***. I hired 777 to move me to . Upon delivery, I found damages to my things. I filed a claim in February and no one has responded to help resolve. I hired 777 movers to move me from ***, . My move date was December 18. They held my items in storage for a one month duration then delivered them on January 15. Upon delivery, a few items were damaged. One item in particular, a gray 2-drawer filing cabinet that had a Trump sticker on the front of it had a severe dent right to the front middle of the cabinet and a broken wheel. This damage caused the cabinet to not open and wheel around anymore. While I cannot prove it, I believe this to be intentional from the movers on the Las Vegas end. When the movers delivered in *** they unwrapped the blanket off of the cabinet and said "that doesn't look like an accident." Regardless of my political stance I don't believe that gives a reason to cause damage to my things. As you do, I filed a claim in February which goes through ***. I received an offer which I immediately denied because of the lack of compensation. No one replied to me until April which I denied again and now no one has contacted me since. We are in the month of June. (I was calling *** repeatedly, never got a hold of any representatives, leaving messages, no calls back). I reached out to 777's customer service to gain assistance with this matter and I got a gentleman named Richard. The first time I spoke with him, he was understanding and said he would assist right away. That never happened. I now find myself calling once a week and each time I have to fill him in again on the issue and he says he's going to call his guys at *** to have them contact me. I never receive a call. I'm not sure who's not following through here, but I can't continue to try and track these folks down and get the runaround every week. I no longer know how to get this matter resolved. This lack of customer service on such a simple matter is alarming, not to mention how their employees treat customers things.
