True Trading Group review: I'm disappointed

I was an annual member starting Jan 2024. Early in my membership I put the account on hold due to a cancer diagnosis. They replied with a confirmation telling me to take the time I needed. I reinstalled the membership 3 months later. However, they did not honor their word to extend the membership. They ended me access in January. I sent several messages with no reply.
While the membership was active they scheduled me a one on one with the cofounder of TTG (they asked who needed help on the general chat meeting). The appointment was not kept. Despite my reaching out many times, obviously he didn't want to bother. They are mostly about sales and don't care about following up with their promises. I'm disappointed.
