Thank gosh I read these complaints about trustaff before I signed the contract! They tried to send me out to a hospital for 13.50/hour when the job was 37.00 /hr. Please review all contracts and ask lots of questions! They are scammers please becareful!
$13.50 an hour is your taxed portion of your salary & the rest is per diem - per diem means the same as "tax free money". If you need more clarification - call Trustaff & ask for Carrie Straszheim - I'm a recruiter for Trustaff & I've traveled around the United States several times - so I understand how frustrating & exciting the travel nurse process can be. Feel free to call me on my cell phone @ [protected].
Thank you to all you nurses who do what you do - I appreciate you - happy holidays too!:)
I worked for TruStaff in Guam with this lying company back in 2010 with these ignorant liars and fraudsters especially former friend Shawn Williams @ Guam Memorial Hospital wheres their client wanted me to commit fraud and I refused so TruStaff refused to pay me my unpaid wages and Pam ( who's a director), Brett aka Brent the owner( a scam artist), and Jeff( a racist recruiter who call me the "N" word numerous times), they will lie to the government and say that you worked out of the country like GUAM and Guam has your reportings ( GUAM don't even have unemployment so what the hell!) BEWARE of this company. I already blasted them with nationalwide employers who refused to do business with these idiots even lost contracts too!
Don't trust even CARRIE NOT HEATHER or none of these scam artist as they have failed to provide honesty and even W-2's to the contractors or employess as an actual coder should make at least $30.00 with over 4 years experience . I make over $ 90, 000 as an Coder/ Auditor @ a very large insurance company and these idiots have the nerve to cheat you out your hard earned money. They lost many contracts and also will retaliate by lying to the government about where your W-2's are. Because these scammers never send out the required W-2's. They never sent out mine for 2010 when I worked in GUAM and yes lawsuits are in place. I will not let these idiots win and I do have their home addresses so they will be personally served. BELIEVE THAT!
I have been working for Trustaff since 1/2/12, I have yet to receive a pay check stub and I have asked NUMEROUS times to where I feel like a pest. I also have gotten checks for the same amount of hours but for different amounts. I have also been asking for weeks how I can change my deductions for my checks and they never respond. Finally today I pulled the form from the IRS website and filled it out and emailed a copy to my recruiter and also to a payroll assistant. I got the read receipt, but STILL no reply!
TruStaff - If you want to work for the best Travel Nurse Agency, sign on with TruStaff " They're the best. I have worked for them for almost a year and half (18 months) and it has been a good experience and adventure. It's been a learning curve but I have learned and they have taken care of me. There was only 1 disagreement out of 18 months of working for them but that too was taken care of. So I have no idea what you are all talking about when you said you have experienced a bad experience with TruStaff when I have experienced such a good experience with them. Travel RN's for a good experience "Go TruStaff"
I too worked through Trustaff but not for Medical. I also Never received a check stuff. They gave me a web address and told me I need to sign it, but it does not work..Does anyone know the website for that?
