TurboTax review: Missed 2023 filing deadline

Melanie Pitchford TurboTax Union City NJ 332.264.5550 quoted fee for services which was accepted in January 2023. She agreed to complete my Personal and Business returns well before the filing deadline. All requested filing documents were submitted OnLine. She cancelled our actual and subsequent virtual meetings at 1:30am the same day. She has Not returned Portal, Email, Phone or Text Messages! She has ghosted all communications. Finally; With No Intro - duction or Explanation from AnyOne; I receive a Portal Message of New Turbo Tax Representative from another State who works with Melanie Charles Gibson TurboTax Preparer CPA MA Glenside PA 215.514.8362 215.371.2409. The returns are NOT Complete! An extension was NOT Filed! Charles sent a form for me to File the extension. That's why I retained TurboTax Services! This is unacceptable.
