2/26/2025: I filed my taxes online and downgraded the "product" to DIY basic, which was supposed to be $89. Somewhere along the way, my preference was OVERRIDDEN by TurboTax and I ended up being charged for TurboTax Live Assisted Premium 2024, $169.00 for Federal. This is outrageous that even when you downgrade, it is overridden and there is no recourse when you have reached the payment page. I'll be darned if I'm going to cancel the whole filing and start over again. MAJOR RIPOFF.

Claimed loss: $80, the difference between what I agreed to pay and what i was overcharged.

Desired outcome: Please refund. But mainly, please fix your filing process so that the customers' preference are not changed or snuck in. This is very underhanded.
