Tut and Tut Properties

I rented a place from Tut and Tut Properties and ended my lease early. I cleaned the apartment real good and moved out on October 17 (lease end after 60 days notice). But guess what? I still ain't got my deposit back and it's now December 12. I called and emailed (Nov 29 / Dec 4) the manager dude about getting another check, but they ain't said nothin'. I even paid for the whole month of October and I'm supposed to get some money back for the time I didn't live there. They sent me a receipt sayin' I owe $210 for cleaning and new blinds. But I cleaned that place real good and them blinds were already busted when I moved in. This company took over from the old owner after I moved in, and they never even checked the place. So why am I gettin' blamed for the blinds? I emailed 'em again on Dec 8 about my deposit and the money from October, and I asked for a list of the cleaning charges, but they still ain't responded. All I want is my deposit, the money from October, and an explanation for them fees. Thanks.
