1) bought 2012 Acadia GMC in Jan
1) bought 2012 Acadia GMC in Jan. Took vehicle to Twins Buick GMC for overall inspection on 01/21 and received some false problmes, not all with vehiclde. Plus some problems was not on the report.
2) Took vehicle in for leakage and received again false problems plus they added false problems which is a higher cost. Had vehicle inspected in another shop and had correct problem repaired at a $1,600.00 difference.

I was advised by their shop to replace the DEF tank in my 2017 GMC Denali and was given a part number. The dealer wasn't able to fix it at the time nor did they have the part. My truck was threating to go into "Limp mode" which would stop my driving. Later the truck did stop me on the roadside where a local mechanic purchased the tank from a *** dealer and replaced it. This did not fix the problem. I had my truck towed to a *** dealer approx. 110 miles where they replaced a sensor inside the DEF tank and that fixed all problems, Thank You The Customer

Twins Buick has tried to cancel a sale. I was pre-approved by *** for auto financing when went into the dealership. Once I met with Twins Buick they had me go through GM. I decided not to take a job I had an approval letter for and two to three weeks after having The 2015 Jeep Wrangler (35,000 miles at purchase). They call and say they want it back. My income from being a disabled US Army veteran is three times the monthly payment. I told them I would add a cosigner to the purchase if need be. They never asked if I had one. I also suggested trying different finance companies. To no avail. I'm sure this can be worked out so both parties can happy.

Working with the finance manager, Bryan R, was difficult. He misrepresented the coverage of the extended warranty, which included tire, wheel, and appearance protection. After verifying the actual coverage, I requested the cancellation of two services within 60 days, which he initially refused but later agreed to process. On May 7, I signed a new contract and ensured I received a copy. Despite multiple attempts to follow up with Bryan and the general manager, Benjamin S, about the cancellation and obtaining a memo title for registration transfer, there was no progress. I provided the correct contract to my lienholder, but the dealership has withheld the new vehicle's title and not processed my warranty. I've reached out to Bryan, Benjamin, Aaron H, and the owner, Ty S, to no avail.
