I called Two Men and a Truck Moving Services on 12/12/2023 and requested moving services from my sisters' apartment - 5014 Tholozan Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63109 to 2801 Dr. Martin Luther King Drive Apt. 130, 63106 The customer service representative that I spoke with was Makela - [protected]. I requested the move for Wednesday, December 13, 2023. I was told that the movers would be there between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. My sister stated they arrived at 09:50 a.m. My concern is that the movers did not provide a receipt, nor did they send an email with a description of their services that they performed, which I was promised. I have been charged on my credit card for $1,086.37. I have a problem with the movers charging fees but did not provide a receipt of the services performed. I believe that I was overcharged for the services performed. They also told my sister that they were going to deduct 5%. I've never dealt with movers that did not explain why they could not provide a bill for services rendered. Please assist on this matter, moving a senior citizen. Thank you for your assistance.
