So, I saw this email promotion and decided to give it a try. I went to the website and saw there was a deal - buy 3 bottles and get 2 free for $39.95 per bottle. So, I thought, why not? I entered my credit card information and was taken through a few "Bonus Buy" options, which seemed a bit confusing, but I continued anyway.

After I confirmed my order, I was shocked to see that I had inadvertently ordered 11 bottles and was charged $439.45. Just as I was trying to get my bearings, my phone rang. It was an Unabis representative, calling to tell me about the "amazing" benefits of their product. I tried to explain the issue, but he seemed unfazed and kept telling me how the benefits of the product were definitely worth the extra cost.

I was not happy and told him that I had just placed the order moments ago and that I wanted it corrected right away. He told me that I could return any unused bottles, which was not what I wanted to hear. I insisted he either correct the mistake or I would cancel the order. He got rude with me and then hung up abruptly.

I'm not sure if the product works or not, but I definitely do not trust this company. This was a total letdown, and I would not recommend Unabis to anyone.
