We have a warranty on the Dodge and it was a four year plan
We have a warranty on the Dodge and it was a four year plan. When that ran out we picked up another 2 year plan. It has been used several times. The repairs were for some very important mechanical repairs. Usually go to Firestone ( as recommended) or the dealer if it's something I feel Chrysler would be more in tune with. The repairs have always been approved and even though the deductible this 2nd plan is for $100 (the first plan was a $0 deduc,) it's better than paying high repair rates. There was not a problem in purchasing the plans or with the reps that we spoke with. Good coverage, fair plan prices and would highly recommend this company

Experience was great. I have had to use them three times and there was no hassle. *** who is a manager with them is very knowledgeable and has your best interest at heart. Definitely the best aftermarket warranty out there by far. I think where people get confused is the coverage terms. They do not cover everything. Read your contract if you are having a problem and know if your component is covered before you call. Do your research no matter what warranty company you have. There are a lot of third rate warranty companies out there but this one is not. One of them. They do what they say their going to do and they negotiate price on your behalf not just theirs. A+++++++ rating

Purchased an extended warranty through our credit union when financing a vehicle. At 47k miles, the turbocharger failed. Called the warranty provider to arrange repair through our local dealership. The dealership diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and had it installed within 5 business days. The warranty provider also arranged a rental car through Enterprise while the vehicle was being repaired. All around a great experience with the warranty provider, the dealership, and Enterprise.
Everything is very clear and to the point. Great coverage for a very reasonable price.

I have been a service consultant for a very large dealer group for the last 7 years. I have worked with many extended warranty companies. I must say that IWS has changed the way they do business in a good way. I used to have nothing but problems with them and felt they put profits first and customers second. For the last couple of years they have been great to work with. They are very fast to answer phone, (usually less than 30 seconds) , they approve the work that is truly needed and recommended work based on muti point inspections. They pay us within the hour which really helps get customers out of here quickly after repairs. I must say keep up the good work. I would recommended IWS!

Five years ago I purchased my IWS warranty for my used Dodge Challenger, and I am so glad I did. The door handle on the driver side stopped working it would not open with the key fob or by pulling up on the handle. I took my car to a local dodge dealer the service advisor at the dodge dealer told me he did not think the IWS Warranty would cover the door handle repair. IWS did cover the repair because parts inside the lower door broke and that is why the door handle stopped working. The service advisor told me he never sees any warranty cover this type of repair and he works with a lot of warranty companies. I have been so happy with my IWS Warranty that I purchased another warranty for my 2019 used truck.

I spoke with Mr David C. regarding the Extended Warranty I wanted on my next car purchase. He was very patient in explaining what decisions I needed to make before and after my purchase. I spoke with him while at the dealership and he followed up with me after the purchase. He did not push a sales on me but explained the options that were available to me now and in the future. Once I made my decision he was nice enough to coordinate the addition of the warranty with Vystar which save me addition time and work to complete the transaction. He emailed a copy of the proposal to me which help with my decision. I appreciate David for his help and his communication with me during this transaction.

Very unhappy and unsatisfied with my service
Very unhappy and unsatisfied with my service. I had recently purchased a car and upon purchase the *** was working but within a week it was no longer working so I took it to the dealership to be diagnosed come to find out the compressor was coming apart internally which the claims department deemed pre-existing. How was supposed this that was the point of getting the platinum warranty to cover any and all issues. The total for repair was $1800 + $165 for diagnostics and $20 for 2 Lyfts to the dealership. This is absolutely ridiculous, I had the same issue with a Buick I purchased years ago and the warranty covered the repairs . Here I am with a week old car with no . I will not be recommending this service to anyone its a waste of money.

IWS maid it "So Easy!" I've had a extended warranty through IWS for almost 3yrs. A couple of weeks ago I used it for the first time. Took my car in for a oil change and tire rotation, along with a routine inspection and all that comes with it. The mechanics found a boot leaking on one end of what they referred to as a half shaft. Call IWS to make sure this repair was covered. They said yes! A few days later I took the car back to the shop. The manager called IWS to place a claim. He said there was no problem with the claim process. Later that day I received a call my car was ready. Picked it up. Got a report on what was done and drove away. Easy Peasy! No hassles, no drawn out red tape, no BS. Just my IWS warranty working for me. I'm very happy I decided to buy my extended warranty through IWS. Thanks IWS! R.Long Jacksonville, FL.

We just purchased a used 2021 Rogue, with very low mileage
We just purchased a used 2021 Rogue, with very low mileage. Probably the newest used vehicle weve ever bought. Of course the dealer suggested lots of great extended warranty perks, and we bit.We knew we could get a better interest rate from my credit union, and when we made the call, the agent mentioned they have worked with IWS, and I should give them a call to compare warranty programs. I spoke to ***. *** walked me through all the programs that were offered to me from the dealership, and was able to explain all the pros and cons of each section. I was sold with the suggestions *** made, and we ended up utilizing IWS for several of the programs, instead of the ones from the dealership. Of course we havent had to utilize anything from IWS, but weve certainly started out with a great feeling of professionalism and support right from the start.

I recently received two quotes from this company for coverage for a vehicle that I intend to purchase, if it is God's will that the deal be processed. The quotes that I received were lower than what the dealership suggested. My only concern is that if I go over the mileage quoted that I will not be able to receive the repairs that is needed on this vehicle. I am also concern with after reading several ratings that certain repairs may not get approved and I would have to pay additional money out of pocket instead of using the warranty that I purchased. I am also concerned that if I go over my mileage I will not be covered. Therefore, it may be best to purchase a plan that has unlimited mileage to avoid being stuck in a contract that might end much sooner than the years purchased. When I purchase a plan I want the peace of mind knowing that my repairs will be honored and the freedom to drive my vehicle without worrying how many miles I am putting on the odometer throughout the number of years purchased.

I had a cooler hole burst, and fluids got into the exhaust system, and now am being told by IWS Corp representative they will only pay for the replacement of the disintegrated holes that have resulted in other damages. IWS is saying they will not cover the damages because they detected carbon monoxides around the exhaust system or something along those lines on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The warranty covers the Jeep up to 100,000 miles but I have 84, 300 miles.
It appears IWS is not honoring the warrant I paid cash for upfront when I purchased the vehicle in Jacksonville Florida. I am a disabled veteran (Permanent & Totally), I just last week paid $4,300 on my daughter's vehicle for an engine replacement. I can not afford what the Jeep Chrysler & Dodge Ram is charging for the Jeep repairs.
Anyone has any advice dealing with IWS that can possibly persuade them to have a change of heart and do the right thing by honoring this warranty and payment the full cost.

I had to purchase a car unexpectedly due to engine failure. With the uncertainty of the economy, I decided to purchase used. I financed thru my credit union and they offered the extended warranty with IWS. First off, the salesman couldn't believe how much better the IWS price was. You read about NOT purchasing unneeded contracts , however knowing others who have had the computer go bad in a car, I decided on that alone. I have had the car a bit over 3 months and the backup camera started to be more blue than operating. I took the car in for an oil change and had them look at the camera, hoping it was just a loose wire. Well no, the camera needed replaced. The woman at the shop called IWS and explained the situation, and in less than 5 minutes, they were installing it! They pay the dealership, so I didn't have to go through paying and getting reimbursed. I HIGHLY recommend IWS if you are purchasing used. I can't speak to new as I have not purchased a new vehicle since 2011 and aren't familiar with what is covered on them. I was skeptical, but one call and done? DO IT! Thanks IWS!

I purchased a warranty when i finance my vehicle on 11/26. Mid-June I began having a series of issues, so I contacted IWS for service... that was on 6/21/2022.I'm now 80 days without a car that I'm still paying for, and there's no end in sight regarding this matter. IWS has been denying the work/parts the shop has been requesting, and that's only for the transfer case/transfer module. My shop can't even begin to address the transmission or steering, because the vehicle is inoperable, and been on a lift for 80 DAYS!I've been begging and pleading with IWS to give me a rental (which an obligation under the warranty contract) and that has been denied or ignored up until the other day. But I only have a rental for 9 days... which... how does that help me moving forward? How do 9 days match up against 80 days of radio silence/nothing from a warranty company? It doesn't. I was told today by IWS that other people who have been in my position just go ahead and trade their vehicle in to get in with their lives, especially when repairs exceed vehicle purchase price and become the consumer's responsibility, or the consumer becomes put out with the amount of time it's taken to have the crinkle returned.I've paid for a contract in full and haven't gotten anything but headache from it. I've made all my monthly payments on a vehicle that I haven't had in my possession for 3 months. I've ensured its insurance has been paid in full for the past 3 months. IWS has done nothing to assist me during any of this.

I took my vehicle in for a noise in the motor. After the dealer verified the issue they tried to get the repairs approved. After a week I received a call from the dealership stating that IWS would not call them back. when I called I was told that my tires were more than 5% larger than factory and my warrantee was void and they would not be making the repairs. These tires are the same size tires I purchased the vehicle with. This is a jeep and you can not visually tell these tires are not factory. I asked to speak with a manager. I was put off until the next week until I received a call back. The manager then stated they would make the repair but would no longer cover anything related to my drive line. I asked the Manager if i was supposed to go over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb verifying all of the part numbers before purchasing the warrantee and he said yes its in their documentation package they send you after you purchase it. On a separate occasion my door locks quit working and IWS would not approve the part only a patch. Subsequently the vehicle had to go back in and have the "repaired " part replaced with a new part. My back up camera flickers and I was told this isn't factory so it wasn't covered but it was on the vehicle when purchased. I've never had these issues with a factory warrantee, if something isn't right and they correct it. With this warrantee it seems like my vehicle stays in the shop twice as long just to be told its not covered for some reason. I will always pay the extra and go with the mfg. extended warrantee in the future. on a vehicle I owned before this one I needed a new transmission module. The warrantee covered the module, but I had to pay out of pocket to have it programmed. To me this didn't sound right I felt paying $150 to program something that failed and was covered was shady. I was on my way out of town so I didn't have the time to fight it. I guess I should have know then to to return to IWS. With all this being said they were very polite when telling me to kick rocks!

I took my car to AAMCO 'cause it was acting funny and the AC stopped working. They said I needed to replace the axle shaft, engine and transmission mounts, AC compressor, thermostat, and water pump. I got a warranty from my credit union, but when I filed a claim, they said everything except the AC was preexisting. That's not true 'cause my car was fine before. They said their computer system could tell when the issue happened, but my mechanic said that's impossible. I had to pay out of pocket for the water pump and thermostat, and now the other issues are getting worse. I called to cancel the warranty, but the lady was super rude and said there's no manager to talk to. She said I have to cancel and wait 2-4 weeks to find out how much I'll get back. I just want my car fixed or my $2600 back. I thought IWS was a good company, but they just rip people off and don't help when they need it. None of those things were preexisting, they just don't wanna lose money.
I purchased a policy through my credit union in 2021. I had never used it before. I took my vehicle to a recommended facility in May. 3 months later I am still looking for a approval on my repairs. Is this normal? Any suggestions anybody?

This is my second experience with IWS they are quick to respond met and exceeded my expectations both time. I was offered a rental thru Hertz which did not go well at all. But I do not hold this misfortune against IWS. My car was repaired in one day and absolutely runs great. So glad I have this service warranty.
