This problem has been festering since November 2023. An order, EWA7057476 for $345.70, was placed on 11/02/2023 and then canceled. There was no explanation. A second order, EWA7080171 for $352.65, was placed on 11/21/2023 and promptly canceled as well. Again, there was no explanation.
Since I refused to pay for one of these orders I am now (and my brother as well) being "punished" and not able to request any property for my brother who is still in WA State Penitentiary.
I have tried every phone number for customer service that I can find, only to talk with some poor flunky who can't think off script.
Please, may I speak with a real person with some authority to make this decision?

Desired outcome: I need to be able to obtain some "comfort items" for my incarcerated brother.
