I lost my job in august of 2024, and was out ofwork for 4 months. It was very very difficult to make my payments while i was not working, i was not able to get unemployment as well, so that made it more difficult. I started a job on 12/16/24 and called you guys on 12/18/2024 to let you know when my pay dates were, etc. The very nice girl i spoke to told me that i was eligible for a deferred/extention payment. I gave the girl 3 references. I have been waiting and waiting for a response since the 18th of december. Today i called 1/3/2025 and the guy i spoke with did not have a clue on what i was talking about! i told him i wanted to speak to a manager. He had me waiting for about almost 10 minutes. Then he said that i was not approved because i had gotten the deferred/extention in september 2024. Who cares! i needed help from you people and all i got was the runaround! i told him that now i will (probably) now not be able to make my payment til now on the 22nd of january 2025. I really wish you would train your people the correct way and havethem look under notes that other people have put down when i have called in the past dates. I sincerely hope and wish you will work with me on my situation.
Claimed loss: WAS UNEMPLOYED FROM 8/2024 TO 12/2024, AND I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET UNEMPLOYMENT DURING THIS WHOLE TIME. I COULD NOT EVEN PAY MY RENT.
