Very pleased with the company and product. Ordered a 30x40 building and it came out great. Everyone at the company I meet was easy to work with and very informative. I'd say I'm a bit of a window looker and shopped around at multiple buildings and different companies and always came back to United carports. I was shopping for a building for over two years talking with Diane and she never got sick of hearing from me and always answered all my questions in a timely manner. Had the build crew with the two brothers and they did a great job. Looking forward to using them again and would recommend United carport to anyone I know looking for a metal building.

The crew was spectacular putting up my carport. Customer service kept me in the loop through the whole process and the quantity of the materials are top notch. I did do some of the upgrades and have had lots of compliments on it.

We were very pleased with United Carport's service. The staff were all very helpful and professional. The crew came out and we were very pleased with their work. We are very happy with our rv cover and would recommend United Carports. 5 stars.

Just wanted to say United Carports did a terrific job on my shed. It is well built and better than I anticipated. You have a great product. It was worth the long 14 week wait to get it done. Customer Service was very helpful through the whole process.

i made a mistake they refunded me in full and i must have mislead them or something but please forgive me ... They are great and when i explained my family had a crises with cancer well he refunded me in full . Anyway sorry for the bad words . I will buy from them in the future and as i said it was a mis-understanding of words on my part . Thank you again . GOOD PEOPLE. I was stressed out

Extremely impressed with United Carports. From start to finish these guys were on top of their game. From building design to finished product I have zero complaints. I had them do the concrete, the building and run the permits. The crews that they have working for them are respectful and left the job site clean. Big plus in my eyes. United Carports did an outstanding job from start to finish in completing our building. Kim and Rosie were a pleasure to deal with in setting everything up and the three man crew who erected the structure amazed us in doing it in just one day! The finished product was exactly to our liking and we couldn't be more pleased. If we ever have a need for another building of this type, they will be first on our call list. I usually don't write reviews, but this company was worth recommending. I was extremely impressed from ordering to completion with the professional way I was treated. The workers were polite and professional, and worked well together, like a well oiled machine. The project was finished in one day and they cleaned up the surroundings and were so respectful to me. I appreciated it so much and was so impressed to see them clean up after they were done. I will HIGHLY recommend them to my family, friends and neighbors. I will definitely use them on my next project! A BIG 5 stars to this company and their employees! FIVE STARS!

From start to finish United Carports was a pleasure to deal with. They helped us with the design of our custom feed storage barn. They set us up well. Their prices were the best of anyone else we contacted. They gave us a time line for completion and were right on with everything. Everyone we dealt with were professional and pleasant. The foundation pour went well. I used to do concrete foundations and was really impressed with their work. The installation went really good. The 12 × 24 building was completed in about 4 hours. The completed project looks great! I'm very happy with this company and have no problem giving them my recommendation.

We had a great experience with United Carports. From quote to installation, each person we dealt with was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. You can obtain quote and place your order on-line or they actually have an easy-to-reach person (Kim) who took the time to help us determine a few details to ensure we were provided an accurate quote for the finished product we desired. Rosie contacted us via email and phone for scheduling and quickly communicated when there was a rain delay and found another date as quickly as possible that worked with our schedule. Taylor and the install crew were extremely polite and watching their installation was impressive. We highly recommend United Carports! A very friendly and professional organization!

I can not say enough good things about United Carports out of Riverside, California. There customer service is outstanding, from the first phone call to Kim to receive a quote, to the logistics process with Rosie. They were polite , friendly and most important, they did everything they said they would in the time frame that the originally stated, actually a few weeks quicker. I also made several changes after I placed my order and they made that happen without any issues or price gouging. There installation team was on time and very friendly. They sent a three man crew that worked non stop in 105 degree weather. They erected the building as if it was their own without making issues about level ground or the changes I kept making as to where to set the building. United Carports have restored my faith in customer service, something I thought was lost in California. Thank you so much United Carports.
