United Dairy Farmers review: Delaware, Ohio Store

I am a frequent shopper of the Delaware Store along with my 3 grandchildren that live with me and boyfriend on almost a nightly basis (at least 1 of us stops there daily). You are the closest gas station to our house. Tonight, December 28, 2024, I was in before going to my shift at work, it would have been around 930pm. Now this is a newly remodeled store with all the bells and whistles so you would think everything would be running, working and in stock. The coffee machines work however the creamer machines hasn't worked since they switched to the new ones, and they stopped having the creamer out to use so I wasn't able to get any coffee this evening. I also wanted a snack bag of pretzels; I looked at EVERY bag of chips in the store and even the tags where chips were missing from and not a single place is there for pretzels EXCEPT one (1) large family size bag of them. When I commented on this at the register the lady was very snotty about it and said she was surprised that they even had that. She doesn't understand why they carry pretzels at all. I can understand if they are not really popular not carrying a bunch of different ones, but at least 1 brand of them in a small bag. But this store is also right beside the dorms of the college and I can't imagine that NO college student likes pretzels.
