I live on Crabtree Circle in Clarksville, TN and if contacted will give my exact address as well as a picture of this worker from my cameras (yes your worker was on camera) in full but am fuming and feel like looking into more serious ramifications for your worker then this complaint! But your worker came to my front door, fine! Banging, banging, banging instead of taking a clue and coming back! my husband was in disposed in one restroom, and I was in the shower yet to be polite my husband told my son to answer the door and tell this worker his parents was indisposed at the moment and to please come back after while or at another time to allow us or one of us to get done and dressed enough to be presentable, as this was a SUNDAY freaking evening! My son did as he was told and this worker got nasty with him telling him NO, they would not leave and come back that he, a freaking minor would have to stay there answering their questions intimidating him with they would have to get the law involved with him if he did not! Who does this with a child! This worker proceeded to ask personal questions of my son not allowing him to close the door and leave! He did not even know anything to tell your freaking worker being a child other than his parents' names, and family names in the house, he could not even say everyone's D.O. B. which irritated the worker, asking questions then questioning again and again until my husband mid-sickness came to the door, and answered their 40 mins more of questions because the worker planted their [censored] on my porch chair and would not leave. My husband is much nicer than I am, but I was still in disposed. I might also add this person had no credentials just a sticker on a laptop and was not apologetic when confronted upset but politely by my husband about this, plus intimidating a minor with threats of getting in trouble with the law, etc and then insisting on third degreeing him! Just freaking ridiculous! Not even the law/police can question a minor without parents' present! Your worker violated his rights and caused him trauma!
Desired outcome: This worker should be fired. Bet it's not the first nor will be the last with this person and should not be doing this job!!!! My family and my son are do a written apology, and explanation of the correction to prevent this!
