US HUD USHUD.com Review: The Real Deal for Real Estate Lead Generation

Hey there, fellow Realtors! I gotta tell ya, I was getting bombarded with ads on Facebook about Real Estate lead generation companies that could help me grow my customer base and make me more money. I was tired of just sitting around, so I decided to do some research and call a few companies listed on Google to see what they had to offer.

Now, I've been a Real Estate Broker for 30 years, so I was a bit overwhelmed and hesitant to believe and commit to what any company said or promised. I mean, I'm used to doing things the old school way. But after a day or two, I called the three companies that I narrowed it down to and decided to give USHUD.com a shot. And let me tell you, I'm glad I did.

USHUD.com gave me the most area covered for the money compared to anyone else. But here's the best part: I'm getting a high number of workable leads as promised. In just one month, for example, my lender was able to qualify three of my leads for financing and I'm out showing them properties. Actually, I'm so busy now that I had to find time to write this review. And I should have a fourth and fifth lead qualified for financing any day now.

In the process, I called for some info and got even luckier. I was assigned to Justin Anthony as my go-to guy. He's been great to work with and always responds back to you quickly and can answer any of your questions. But most of all, he's a great guy to just have a Real Estate or general conversation with.

To sum it all up, I spent $350 in one month to make $35,000 to $40,000 in the next three to four months as the properties close. One would say that's a great investment and a grand slam! So I strongly recommend you give this company a try. USHUD.com is the real deal, folks.

US HUD USHUD Review: Scam Alert - Buyer Lead Program for Agents is a Waste of Time and Money

This website, USHUD, claims to target both agents and buyers/sellers, but I have had a terrible experience with them. I spoke to Jennifer a month ago, who introduced me to the USHUD buyer lead program for agents. She explained that these are people actively looking to buy in my area. I decided to try it out for a month, as I didn't want to put myself in a bind for 3 or 6 months as she proposed.

After one month of being enrolled, I realized it was a waste of time. The 'leads' are people who are just curious, and in order to get info about a property, they have to enter their information like name, email, phone number, budget, income, etc. Once they hit submit, that info comes to me, and they make it seem like these people were requesting additional information or looking to contact an agent.

I have had 'leads' tell me that they did not request any information and that they were just browsing. Another person told me, when asked about his budget, that he just put some random figures just to fill the form so he could access the website. For the majority of those 'leads,' they seem to not exist as they never pick up or respond; which is strange for people eagerly looking to buy.

So I spoke to Jennifer, who explained the process to me, and then the next day they introduced me to LiveBuyers website where they build a new website for you, and they did say it's free. They made the website. After a month of tormenting and harassing people that they directed to me, I decided to cancel. And so I sent them an email.

A few hours after, I got an email from them saying they were unable to process my payment. I tried to call them, but conveniently there is no one available to pick up the phone. However, I did receive another email saying that my subscription has been canceled.

A few hours after, I received a call from someone from USHUD saying that they will continue to bill me for the remainder of the 90 days because I signed a contract for 90 days. I explained to him that that's not true because I did emphasize that I only want this for 1 month to try it out.

He said he will continue to bill my account until they receive payment because I signed a contract. I went to review this so-called contract. The billing heading states 'month to month,' however, the contract that they had me sign the following day says 'cancellations will only be processed after the initial 90 days period.' Therefore, even if you cancel after the one month that I agreed to, they will still continue to bill me for 90 days.

This is absolutely ridiculous and unscrupulous of them. First of all, this is a scam, and they further try to bind you into an unfruitful relationship for 90 days, that's over $1000 for nothing. When I try to contact them, no one is able to answer the phone.

Furthermore, their contract says that they will charge a 15% late fee each month for the remainder of the 90 days and a $500 fee if the account goes to collection.

I am ready to fight this all the way. First, I will report this to the bank and all other agencies and authorities that have jurisdiction over this situation.

People are being victimized, and the powers that be need to put a stop to this scam. Furthermore, 90% of the properties they have posted are either sold or in contract. This site is an absolute fraud. I don't know where they got those people from posting 'positive' reviews, but people ought to be made aware of this, and I will do my part to spread the news.

I will write a letter to every real estate company in the country to warn them about USHUD and will use every platform available to warn prospective customers about them.

It's low and unscrupulous for you to explain one thing to someone and then trick them into signing something different than what you discussed.

US HUD US HUD Review: Disappointing Leads & Average Experience with ALLHUD

I recently had an experience with US HUD or ushud.com. Honestly, it wasn't the best. I had already paid for my upcoming month, but I sent them a message asking them to cancel my subscription with ALLHUD. I didn't feel like any of the leads I was receiving could be converted into real leads. Most of the people that responded didn't really seem to understand why I was reaching out to them in the first place. It felt like I was wasting my time trying to make contact with people who didn't really have an interest in what I was offering.

To be honest, it's not any different from any other lead generation website out there. The only saving grace is that it is cheaper than most others. But, as the old adage goes, you get what you pay for. In the end, US HUD did cancel my subscription, but I was still disappointed. I wish I could have found at least a few people that were truly interested in what I had to offer, but unfortunately, that just wasn't the case with this platform.

It seems like most lead generation websites are all the same. They just create a website to skim information from people who might not even know what they are signing up for, which is really frustrating. It's like sifting through noise, trying to find that one diamond in the rough. But, even though I did not have a great experience with US HUD or ALLHUD, I still don't regret trying it out. Sometimes you just have to give things a try to know if they're right for you.

US HUD My Experience with US HUD: Beware of Their Platinum Program and False Leads

Let me tell you about my experience with US HUD. First of all, when they try to sign you up for the platinum program, beware! It's an additional 90 days on top of the time you've already committed to. They very sneakily sucker you into this.

I was with US HUD for 4 months, and not a single lead converted because of their process. Here's how it works: the potential lead gets to the website and sees a picture asking what city/state they want to look in. Sounds simple enough, right? Wrong. The lead isn't allowed to search until they fill out the form with their contact information. Once that form is filled out, the potential lead is allowed to search for homes. But here's the kicker - the form is immediately sent to the agent that signed up for the program, and the lead is never to be heard from again.

I don't believe USHUD is a trustworthy company. In my opinion, they are in the business of taking advantage of agents. Usually, newer agents that hear HUD and get all excited about the potential leads that come from HUD properties. But let me tell you something - there are none. They are just like any other IDX site, pulling information from the local MLS.

In the 4 months that I was with USHUD, NOT ONE lead has returned my call, and most just put in false contact information. Save your money and invest it elsewhere.

US HUD US HUD is a Fraudulent Company: Beware of Poor Quality Leads and Unethical Practices!

So, I found US HUD on the internet and signed up after they sent me an email. I was told that all the leads they provided were really good and had been scrubbed. But let me tell you, that is not the case at all! None of the leads were scrubbed. Most of the phone numbers were from Google and set up in a way that I couldn't leave a message.

Anyway, I signed up on October 18th, and after looking at the quarterly agreement they sent me, I noticed that it was time- stamped at 10:36AM on the same day. The document stated that it had been signed by US HUD and me, but I didn't sign anything.

So, I called US HUD and talked to Justin Anthony. I told him that I didn't feel comfortable with the company's services and wanted a refund. But he refused! Instead, he added more time to the agreement. And when I asked him about the document that I supposedly signed, he said that US HUD was the only one that signed it.

But the real kicker was the first lead I got. It was total garbage! I immediately emailed Justin to cancel, but he won't refund me! It's been over a week, and he still hasn't canceled, saying that it's just a verbal contract. He also won't provide me with the document I allegedly signed.

Let me tell you, US HUD is a terrible company. Don't believe their lies. All of the bad reviews are definitely true. I'm warning you, don't waste your time and money with US HUD. The worst company EVER!

US HUD US HUD Review: 50% "Good" leads, Worth your Cash, Better than others

I just tried out US HUD (ushud.com) and I gotta say, it's not too bad. I only signed up for one month of leads, but so far I got 13 of em (and the month ain't even over yet, yo!). Now, out of those 13, I gotta admit, 6 were pretty "Good" leads - meaning they was actually looking for an agent to help 'em buy a house or rent to own. The other 6 were "Poor" leads, cuz they ain't even looking for no stinkin' agent! 3 of 'em already got an agent and the other 3 said straight up they don't wanna talk to no agent. And then there's 1 I haven't even been able to make contact with yet (darn!).

Now, I know what you're thinkin': "Why the heck is this review gettin' 4 stars if half the leads stunk?" Well, lemme tell ya, 50% "Good" leads honestly beats any other lead service I've tried. Plus, I actually managed to reach 12 of them 13 leads, which ain't bad, considering sometimes I had to call, text, or email 'em like 5 times each (sometimes more!). And some of 'em, I didn't reach until like 12 or 13 days later!

Now, I did end up cancelling the service, cuz $299/month is quite a chunk of change for just 6 decent internet leads. But overall, I'd say US HUD is a pretty damn good service, especially if you got a team with you. You can definitely reach these folks, and best of all, they ain't no fake-outs - all of 'em was for real! So yeah, if you got some extra cash and need some leads, I'd say give US HUD a shot. Who knows, maybe they'll even give me a discount for this sweet review!

US HUD Deceptive Sales Tactics and Poor Leads: My Experience with US HUD

I decided to give US HUD (ushud.com) a try and signed up for their service for a month. I had some doubts and wanted to make sure that their claims were true. However, about halfway through the month, I realized that this service wasn't what I was looking for, so I sent an email to cancel my subscription. But that's when things got complicated.

I received a phone call from a guy named Jason Anthony, who claimed that he would personally qualify every lead before it came to me. So, I told him that if he could do that, I would renew my subscription. However, 5 days later, nothing had happened. With only a week left in my subscription, I sent another email to cancel, but Jason Anthony called me again, and this time he said that I couldn't cancel my subscription. He even threatened me with his recording, but I didn't agree to any charge nor was I asked for my consent to record the conversation. I felt that Jason Anthony was using deceptive sales tactics to threaten me and other customers.

I tried to reach out to US HUD by phone, but they ignored my calls except when they were trying to scam me. Moreover, I couldn't find any physical address on their website, which made me more suspicious. I found out that the leads provided by US HUD were not good, people looking for them had poor credit scores and the leads seemed very old.

As a result of Jason Anthony's threats, I will be seeking damages against him and US HUD Cooperative. In conclusion, my experience with US HUD was a bad one, and I strongly advise you to stay away from them.

US HUD Review of US HUD: A Warning for Any Prospective Customers

Don't even bother with US HUD (ushud.com). They're just trying to trick people who are casually looking for free/cheap rentals, agents trying to find listings, and renovation enthusiasts into giving them their information. And once they have that, they'll make sure you pay up big time. US HUD is essentially a 'lead generation service' that really doesn't do much of anything for you. When you go to the website (which goes by several different names like HUDex, USHUD, allHUD and so on) and try to search for rentals or listings, they immediately ask for your contact information. But once you've submitted it, they just give that information to the 'lender/agent' who operates in that area, regardless of whether they're legitimate or not. These leads are often fake, created by people who know how easy it is to put false information online. They title these lead requests as 'buyers' but don't be fooled, they are anything but that, and almost never respond to messages.

They'll offer 'free' and 'no additional cost' services that are not actually free and will hit your credit card with several hundred dollars after the 'trial' period. The worst part is that these services are essentially useless, filled with hundreds of 'leads' that will require you to spend countless hours emailing and calling with no response. As a result, several real estate agents who have been referenced in these 'leads' are very disappointed with the accuracy of the information, and won't be renewing their subscriptions beyond the test period. So, if you're thinking of using this service, remember the old adage "buyer beware!"

US HUD US HUD Review: Beware of Vague Agreements and No Refunds Policy

So, I come across this advertisement about US HUD (ushud.com), and without much thinking, I filled out an application for more information. Soon, I got a call from a salesperson who offered me a web site and leads for a particular area of my liking. One thing led to another, and I realized that it was more expensive than I could afford, so they offered me a three-month plan for $857.00, which I agreed to, despite having to wait for three to five days for the site to be created.

Being someone who already had a website ready, I asked if my information from my site could be added to the newly created web page. Fortunately, the salesperson I was talking to agreed to it, so I went ahead with the plan. A few days later, when I received information that the site was ready, I realized that it was just a webpage with my contact information. I was taken aback and immediately called the salesperson again and requested that I would only take one month instead because it was not what I had expected.

However, that was when I was told that there is no refund once I have agreed to the plan. The same story continued when I called the company's customer support. They mentioned the same sentence- the one with no refund- and provided me the same number I had initially dialed. At this point, I was getting more frustrated since the lady who called me to verify the agreement never mentioned anything about a refund if I changed my mind. All she asked was whether I agree to the plan or not.

So, here's my little advice to anyone who's willing to try out US HUD's services: be cautious! The agreement never states anything about refunds, and it can be massively confusing for someone new to this. Also, the agreement is very vague and unclear- something that needs to be improved, no doubt about that. Finally, you won't get the agreement until you agree over the phone to the cost. They will use the voice confirmation over the phone to state that you agree to it. So, be extra careful before agreeing to any of their services!

US HUD US HUD Review: Broken Promises and Unprofessionalism in Lead Generation Services

Recently, I had a chance to speak with Tara Bass of US HUD on 10/17. She made a lot of big promises on the phone and assured me that I would get a much larger area, approximately 28 leads per month, and at least one of her leads would convert within 30 days. A couple of days later, I received a "welcome call" from another agent at USHUD, seemingly trying to sell me something that Tara had already pledged to me. I declined the offer, and they hung up on me, which was disappointing and unprofessional.

I decided to give them a chance and waited for a month to start receiving leads. Sadly, I had only received seven leads in that entire month and decided to inquire about it by reaching out to the "customer experience manager," Bill Hamer. According to him, none of their calls are recorded, which came as a surprise as it is 2021, and call recordings have been the industry standard for a while now. To add insult to the injury, he mentioned they never promise any amount of leads, and they didn't pledge to give me a deal in any time frame, which contradicted Tara's promises.

When I asked if he could validate the conversation between Tara and me, he responded negatively, citing that he wasn't a part of the call at the time. As a result, I asked him how he could stand behind what was mentioned or not said, and he informed me that he couldn't do so. He extended an offer to me, which was providing me with a free week of service in the hopes of generating the number of leads promised.

I gave them an additional two weeks, hoping that things would improve. Yet, I still did not receive anywhere near the quantity or quality of leads that I was assured I would get during the entire campaign. When I called back to cancel, the call was brief, less than 30 seconds, and lacked empathy and customer service skills. They assured me that they would email me a confirmation that my account would be canceled and that I would no longer be charged. Still, I never received that confirmation email, which leads me to believe that their promise was hollow, and they continue billing me.

In conclusion, I believe US HUD is a joke and a waste of time, as the leads they offer are unresponsive, and most aren't even aware that they are registering to be contacted. Invest your time and budget elsewhere, and don't fall for claims that sound too good to be true, as they probably are in this case.

US HUD Review of US HUD (ushud.com) for Real Estate Marketing

I been messin' 'round with US HUD (ushud.com) for 'bout nine months now, and I ain't gonna lie, it's exceeded my expectations. I picked up some tips from them that helped me better connect with clients and get the most out of the program.

Now, you gotta be ready to follow up and put in some time 'cause some leads are just tire kickers, or they already got a local lender they prefer to work with. But if you do the legwork, you can turn those folks around, especially 'cause the HUD name carries some weight and makes things legit.

One thing I really dig is that it gives me access to a broader area for marketing, like the whole state of North Carolina, which ain't a bad deal if you ask me. And y'all know how much I'm into networking, and US HUD helps me connect with realtors all over the place, so I can pass on pre-qualified borrowers and get customer referrals from their side. Plus, it's just plain cool to get leads handed to you on a silver platter, right?

So anyway, I gotta give a shout out to Justin and the team for doing good stuff. And if y'all got any more tips, send 'em my way, and I'll do the same. Y'all keep up the hustle, and I'll catch you on the next phone call.

US HUD US HUD and Justin: The Winning Combination for Reliable Real Estate Leads

I gotta say, US HUD has really been coming through for me lately. I used to buy leads from Reltor.com, but they were always giving me the runaround - never returning calls, not taking responsibility for their poor customer service, the list goes on. It was seriously driving me crazy.

But then I switched to US HUD, and things started turning around. Sure, at first it was kind of the same old story. But then Justin stepped in, and everything changed.

This guy is the real deal. He really seems to care about my success, and he's always going above and beyond to make sure I have what I need. And it's working - I'm starting to get more traction with the leads he's sending me. Before him, it was just a slow trickle, and a lot of dead ends. But now, I feel like I'm actually building something.

And it's not just about the quantity of leads - the quality is way better too. I used to get a lot of tire-kickers - people who weren't really serious about buying a house. But now, I'm seeing way more people who are actually interested, and who have the means to make it happen.

So far, I've closed one deal from a US HUD lead, and I've got another one under contract. Plus, there are three more leads that I'm actively showing houses to. That's a pretty good track record, if you ask me!

But honestly, the best part of working with US HUD has been Justin. He's always been accessible and respectful, even when things get tough. And when he had to take a leave of absence due to illness, I could really feel the impact - suddenly, my county was sold out, and I was stuck. But as soon as he came back, he got things sorted out for me. I really appreciate that kind of dedication.

Honestly, if Justin ever left US HUD, I would seriously consider closing my account and moving on. He's that important to me.

So, if you're looking for a reliable lead source, I definitely recommend US HUD. And if you can get Justin on your side, even better!

US HUD Disappointing Experience with US HUD: A Realtor's Review

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with US HUD. I was really hoping for a good experience, but man, was I wrong. The stuff they promised me was so far from what I actually got, and their customer service? Don't even get me started. (Seriously, was the worst.) I've never been treated so poorly by a company before.

I'm a realtor with a lot of experience, so I know how to work leads. But the leads I got from US HUD were few and far between, and the ones I did get weren't even legit or qualified. It's not like I didn't follow up properly or anything. I did everything right, but it just didn't matter.

Honestly, I wish I had done my research before signing up with US HUD. I wasted so much money and time on them, and it's not like I got anything out of it. If you're thinking about using their services, I'd really recommend looking elsewhere. Don't make the same mistake I did.

And if you don't believe me, just check out the Better Business Bureau. There are so many complaints filed against US HUD, it's ridiculous. Trust me, you don't want to get involved with this company.

US HUD Frauds, Liars, and Swindlers: My Terrible Experience with US HUD Real Estate Services

US HUD is a website that offers real estate services to its customers. I had a terrible experience with them, and I would not recommend their services to anyone. These guys are FRAUDS, LIARS, and SWINDLERS. They promise you something for free and then charge you for it. This is a clear violation of trust and honesty principles.

When I signed up for their services, I clearly stated that I only want to pay for what I was promised for free in our original conversations. However, the website manager was a LIAR and rude. This KID should be ashamed of his business, which states that they are working for the government. It is sad that a company like this is allowed to operate, and they are a clear threat to our beloved government.

After I canceled my subscription on July 12, these guys continued to take my money. They have a contract that they claimed I signed, but in reality, I stated on my recorded call that I only want what was included, and no additional cost, and no contract. However, these guys continue to deny my claim, and they are still charging me.

In conclusion, I advise everyone not to use US HUD services. They are not honest, and they do not value their customers' rights. They are just after your money, and they will do anything to take it from you. Stay away from these frauds, liars, and swindlers.

US HUD US HUD Review: Terrible Leads and Sketchy Business Practices - A Total Scam

Yo, lemme tell you about my experience with US HUD, or as I like to call it, ushud.com. I ain't signed up for no 90 days, but I was willing to give it a go for 30 days. Next thing I know, they're trying to sell me some platinum program for free. And then yesterday, I see a deduction from my account for another 30 days! Ain't nobody got time for that.

But let's talk about the leads, or lack thereof. Absolute joke, man. Not even one good lead. I mean, I'm trying to run a business here, and these guys are just playing games.

So I called to cancel and ask for my money back, but the dude that responded to my email said I was locked into a contract cuz of some audio recording they collected on the call. I ain't never heard anything so fishy in my life. They probably edited the recording to make me sound like I was down for a long-term deal when I specifically said I was just gonna try it out for 30 days.

Bottom line, don't waste your money. I've had way better leads from other sources, and these guys are just trying to scam you. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

US HUD Stay Away from US HUD: Garbage Leads and Deceptive Practices

from US HUD!

So I recently had an experience with US HUD, and let me tell you - stay far, far away! They call you with what they say are verified leads, and they have a real way with words. But don't be fooled by their smooth talk - it's all lies to get you to sign up with them. They try to get you with a free promotion, and even put "FREE" in bold on the contract, but it's actually a three-month extension of what you're signing up for. That's not free at all!

But that's not even the worst of it. Once you're in, they start hitting you with garbage leads. I'm talking about people who want to buy a single-family home in San Francisco for $200,000 or $50,000, with a max of $300,000. That's just not realistic! And to make matters worse, most of the people who call aren't even qualified to buy their next meal, let alone a house.

The US HUD people are so rude, and they just won't take no for an answer. They bombard you with spam emails, and they try to force you to pay for their garbage leads. Consumer satisfaction? Ha! That's a joke to them.

So, stay far away from US HUD! Don't let them sweet talk you into signing anything, and definitely don't fall for their "free" promotion. It's just not worth it in the end.

US HUD Disappointing Experience with US HUD - Outdated Listings & Unhelpful Agents

So, I decided to check out US HUD (ushud.com) to find my dream property. I reached out to 3 different agents about 3 different properties that piqued my interest. To my dismay, each agent responded saying that the property had been sold more than 2 years in the past or that they no longer represented the property. I couldn't believe my luck! And to add to my frustration, one of the agents sent me an email that reeked of negative energy. I felt like I was interrupting her blind date.

After several failed attempts with agents, I decided to reach out to HUD directly, hoping that they could update the property listings. I sent them at least 5 emails over the course of the next 2 weeks, but still, the properties remained outdated. In the end, I was left with no choice but to email HUD, telling them that I wanted to cancel my subscription if they did not make further efforts to provide accurate information. And much to my surprise, within no time, I received an email confirming the cancellation of my subscription.

Needless to say, the experience was a disappointment, and I'm no longer dating HUD. In my opinion, they need to up their game in terms of keeping their property listings up to date. If they don't, it's going to cost them customers - just like it did with me!

US HUD US HUD (ushud.com) Review: Poor Quality Leads & Unhelpful Customer Service, Look Elsewhere for a Home Purchase

This company called US HUD (ushud.com) has not been a good experience for me. I thought that when I paid for their service, I would be able to receive many good quality leads for purchasing a home, but this was not the case. They did give me many leads at the beginning, but once I reached out to them, none of them were really interested in buying a home. I felt like I was wasting my time.

I decided to cancel my membership during my second month of service, but they told me that I couldn't because it was within 48 hours of the billing cycle. So I held off, but made sure to cancel right after the 48 hour period was up, or so I thought. Unfortunately, they still charged me for the third month and I was not happy about it.

I really do not want to do business with this company anymore and I encourage others to do the same. The leads were not worth the money and the customer service was not helpful when I tried to cancel. If you want to find a good home to buy, I suggest looking elsewhere.

US HUD Unjust Eviction due to Pest Control Problem at Broadstone Park West: My Experience and USHUD.com Resource Review

I recently had an unfortunate experience with my current apartment complex, Broadstone Park West. My family and I are facing eviction due to a pest control problem that was not caused by us, despite our commitment to being responsible tenants. Despite our efforts to resolve the issue with the previous landlords of the complex, the problem was never addressed until the new management took over.

My husband and I had repeatedly reported the pest problem before, but the previous landlords never took action. As soon as the new managers arrived, we made sure to let them know about the issue and requested treatment. The pest control treatment was finally arranged, and we thought the problem was resolved. Unfortunately, the new management then sent us a letter stating that we were the cause of the problem, which resulted in the suspension of our lease.

It is incredibly frustrating to be blamed for something that we did not cause. We have always paid rent on time and have always tried our best to be good tenants. It is not fair that we are now facing eviction because of a pest problem that was never resolved until the new management took over.

In this difficult situation, I decided to seek assistance from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). I came across their website, USHUD.com, which provides information and resources about fair housing, housing discrimination, and other related topics.

I found the website to be very user-friendly and informative. There are a variety of resources available for those who are facing housing issues, including information on how to file a complaint and where to find legal assistance. The website also offers tips on how to avoid housing discrimination and how to find affordable housing.

Overall, I found USHUD.com to be an excellent resource for anyone who is facing housing problems or who is interested in learning more about fair housing practices. While I wish that I had found the website earlier, I am grateful to have it as a resource now. I hope that others will find this website helpful as well.

In conclusion, I would recommend that anyone who is facing housing problems or who has questions about fair housing practices to visit USHUD.com. The website is easy to use, informative, and provides valuable resources that can help people overcome housing challenges and protect their rights as tenants.

US HUD Beware: US HUD (ushud.com) - A Total Scam!

Shameful, shameful, shameful! Let me tell you about US HUD (ushud.com). They offer you a subscription to advertise your business on their platform under a "Month to Month" trial, and if you cancel 2 days before your billing cycle, you're sorted. Sounds good, right? That's where they get you. It gets worse. They offer you a 90 day "Platinum Plan Upgrade" with your own webpage. That's great, right? Wrong! When I tried cancelling my subscription (with three written emails) a week before my billing cycle, they still charged my credit card! I was so mad I could spit. But it gets worse. I called USHUD Client Member Services, and they said I had three more billing cycles before my subscription could be terminated because they "GAVE ME" the "FREE" Platinum upgrade which de-activated the month-to-month billing and activated a three-month contract! Who has time for that? I don't! These salesmen are so high and mighty, trying to turn the blame towards you. It's not your fault they're a bunch of swindlers. Stay away! Stay very far away! They're trying to pull a fast one on you, so be warned.

US HUD Beware of USHUD: A Complete Scam With Terrible Referrals and Poor Customer Service

This company, US HUD (ushud.com), is not the type of business that you want to deal with. They may say that they can provide you with strong leads, but that's just a lie. When I tried using this service, I received substandard "leads" - all under $200,000, which is less than half of the median house price in the county. I wasn't able to contact a lot of the "leads" they sent to me, and those that did answer said they had never requested to be contacted by a real estate agency.

To top it all off, none of these "leads" had been pre-qualified by a lender and most of them had no cash available for a down payment or earnest money. This was a huge waste of my time and money. When I contacted USHUD Cooperative Member Services to file my complaints, they claimed to have suspended the service but I'm still getting these terrible referrals every month and they are still charging me.

I have tried reaching out to USHUD through email and phone but no one has answered me, and I am still getting charged from them each month. This is a complete scam and I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Stay away from US HUD and save yourself the hassle and disappointment.

US HUD Avoid USHUD at All Costs: A Disastrous Experience with Empty Promises and Poor Service

Kevin Walp kept calling me every day, urging me to sign up with USHUD. Thinking I would get 20 leads per month, I made the mistake of signing up and paid $249. However, my experience turned out to be a disaster and now I feel like I've wasted my money. I tried to get in touch with Kevin several times but he never bothered to return my calls. I was promised that I would close my first deal before my next monthly payment, but after being with USHUD for two weeks, I only received one lead which I had to beg for. I had to call and email Kevin several times before he finally sent me the lead.

I spoke to another representative, Bill Hann, who informed me that they were off to a slow start. He assured me that I would receive more leads soon before my next payment was due. But it was too little too late for me, I canceled my subscription with USHUD. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their services as they are just a waste of time and money. I even tried to get my reimbursement, but Bill Hann told me that they don't offer refunds to unsatisfied customers.

In conclusion, if you were planning to use USHUD for a lead base, then forget it. Don't waste your hard-earned money! Their service is not worth the investment. Their promises are just empty words with no guarantee of success. I learned this lesson the hard way, and I don't want anyone else to go through the same ordeal. Save yourself the trouble and find a better alternative.
