uniuni review: Worst delivery company I have ever seen

They took my delivery and said it was out for delivery when it wasn't. Was told it was outside the delivery area only after calling and being on hold for 2 hours. This happened 3 times with my delivery but I called every day as it said if was still in the uni uni warehouse. Then after telling me for the 4th time my delivery is schedule they sent my package which was xmas gifts back to the vendor. Without a call and without not even 2 delivery attempt nor was I able to pick it up at the warehouse. [censored]ty customer service and with no one to even help you or knows what is going on. All you hear from any non English speaking rep is they will forward a message to the supervisor to call but of course no one ever called! Just a scam and poor business.
