I recently noticed a couple of charges from crscr.com for $1 and $39.90. I have never visited the website crscr.com and Im not sure how my information was received. I never signed up for anything on this website, yet I was charged the above amounts on 11/6, 11/13, and 12/11. I would like a refund immediately and for this business to remove me from this billing cycle.

I have been trying to contact customer service to cancel my account.But when you try to talk or contact them, no one answers the number provided to reach customer service. I've been trying to cancel my account for two months now and still haven't been able to reach anybody.and CrScr keep going into my account trying to collect money. I want my Account canceled and for CrScr to stop trying to collect money from my account.
I was charged $39.90 on 10/5. My issue is that I've never even heard of this company-- nor did I ever get out of bed to even purchase anything today. I would like my money immediately refunded with interest if it takes time to process. Also, I want an explanation as well as guarantee that this will never happen again. Thank you.
I noticed a charge on my Chase card for crscr.com dated 09/24 for $1.00, which I disputed. However, on 10/02, there was another charge, and as a result, I incurred a $34 NSF fee because I had switched to PNC Bank. I called the number listed on my statement, but the company representatives never disclosed their identity. It took multiple inquiries before I could even find out who they were and what services they provided.
They requested my name but found no relevant information. They then asked for my zip code, yet still couldn't justify the charge as there was no account linked to me. After several minutes, they inquired about my email address. Eventually, they claimed I had signed up for a credit monitoring trial. However, I monitor my credit directly through the credit bureaus. Despite their assertion, I found no email correspondence from them. They refused to refund the charge but promised no further charges would be made.
I am certain I never signed up for any trial and did not authorize any charges. Companies engaging in such practices should be held accountable.

Ended up canceling it . Put in for a refund and said I would have it in a few days.. a few days passed and nothing . Called a week later and was told it takes a week or more. Here we are 9/6 just called and was told my refund was not approved. I asked to talk to a supervisor and have been on hold for over 10 minutes with no supervisor on the phone.I just want my money back.

I opened the account 06/20 and was billed $1 I called to cancel on 06/23 and received no answer I was billed on 06/28 for $39.90 and I called to cancel as soon as I noticed, luckily someone answered They canceled the service for me but would not issue a refund. I received an email from cs.scr.com that stated I could cancel online at cs.scr.com or call the toll free number *** on the website. I called one time Sunday, November 22 and several times on Monday, November 23. No one answered the phone. My credit card was charged $39.20 at 2:34 am on Thursday, November 26. I do not want this service and I was unable to cancel it before they charged me since they didn't answer their phone. I have all the emails and I have my phone records.

I agreed to pay on 10/19. on the same day 10/19 I was on the phone with customer service to cancel my subsciption for about 30 minutes. they said it was canceled but kept refering to my account being active till November (being that I paid that ***) I kept asking him that my account is canceled several times. he kept reassuring me it was. Right after the phone call ended I recieve an email stating it was active with a lower price and not canceled. These people are scammers trying to milk people for as much money as posible. About a year ago, I started detecting strange charges on my bank statement labeled "CRSCR" for $39.90 every month. I had never heard of the company nor sought services through them. After calling the company, I was told my card information was not on file and I subsequently filed numerous dispute charge claims through my bank to get a refund. I finally did and did not notice any more of these charges until this year. I am charged at the beginning of every month nearly $40 for a service I never subscribed to and barely know about. I don't have any credit cards nor any reason to check my credit so dealing with an issue as persistent as this is a nuisance. I would like a complete refund of these charges from January to November this year. I have reported the charges from August to November this year and will continue to file claims until I receive what was stolen from me (roughly $400+)

I was applying for a loan . They required a credit check so I signed up for a $1.00 trial. Cancel after 7 days I cancelled 2days after. They tried billing me anyway so I had to cancel my card. Now I recently got a new charge on my replaced card ,witch I did not approve. I called the company the same day my card got charged 04/01 . The person who answered my call got my Zip code and name and the hung up. It was busy trying to call back. I haven't tried to call back today on 04 /02/20. I filed a claim with my bank to recover the one charge they payed. The company tried billing me 4 times on 04/02. That's after my bank payed them 39.90 on 04/01. I don't know how the got into my new card info. But they need to be cought. Also I'm changing my phone ,emails and card. I hope I won't be charged again from this company. And I will not be using my card for any business like loans or any business to this nature. Thank you

The first charge is labeled under one company name, while the other three are listed under a different company's name but all were in the exact same amount which happened to be $39.20. I called the company and explain what I had discovered. The representative was able to locate the charges in his system and after a 3 to 4 minute wait he said they were charged into a subscription that was unpaid since April.. needless to say I goodnight having your rent and your subscription or services from that company and demanded that my funds be refunded immediately and information removed from their system. Shortly after I requested that the car be escalated to the supervisor. The supervisor came to the phone she said that she would make a report and that there would be a review to determine if my friend should be refunded. I believe this is an outrage

I disputed the charges since I didn't recognize the company and Googled the company, CrScr.com ***. I called the company the same day at 11:53 am ET, spoke to a male (Guthy?), told him I never enrolled in any company services, and informed him that the charges were disputed. He asked for personal info (e.g., credit card info, phone numbers) which I refused to provide. I told him my last and first name, he claimed he could not access account info that way, to which I responded there shouldn't be an account, I wasn't not providing any personal info, and the charges were fraudulent since I had not signed up for any trial or other services with the company. He was going to transfer me to a supervisor and put my on hold. I was still on hold at 1:15 pm ET waiting for a supervisor to pick up the phone.

The lady I spoke to the third time tried to say I did not call the other 2 times but I did and she kept pressing me to keep this service when I do not want it and I had to tell her multiple times I do not want this service thats why I called 2 other times before. She then proceeded to tell me it was canceled which I finally got the email stating it was canceled after we got off the phone, however she stated I would get my refund of both payments in 3-5 business days and I have yet to get that refund. This business plays games and takes money from you whenever they want. Stay away and save yourself the hassle.

Investigating further, I discovered the charges were from an unfamiliar company without my authorization. From 6/21 to 12/19, there were 19 charges totaling $758.10. I've tried to get a refund and stop the charges but can't reach the company at the number provided on my bank statement. This seems to be a scam and unauthorized access to my account. I need to secure a refund and prevent further access to my account.

About 2 years ago, while preparing to buy a car, I utilized CrScr's trial to check my credit. I intended to cancel soon after but must have forgotten. I just recently noticed the charges on my checking account. I have some negligence to own up to, however, I found it concerning upon further digging that I have never once been contacted by an entity identifying themselves as Credit Cosmos or CrScr. This is of concern because the membership claims to provide 24/7 updates on changes in credit, and my credit has changed several times in the last 2 years. I did locate 2 emails providing credit updates, however, these emails came from the entity "***", and had no identifiable connection with CrScr. Had I received updates from the business that I had a membership with I would have been able to cancel my account sooner. This appears to be a tactic that CrScr uses to keep the unknowing customer from remembering their expensive subscription. Using a round-about method of contact through emails that look like scams from a different company is a shady business practice. This is a company that is structured to trap people who just want to check their credit scores through a 7 day for only $1 trial that quickly turns into a very expensive ($39.90/month) ordeal, a price that is 'legitimized' with phony services like roadside assistance. I demand a significant refund from CrScr for their shady business practices and lack of communication as was promised.

This company charged my account for 3 years. Each time I disputed the charge with my bank. The bank reversed the charge but after this company reached out to them and said it was a valid charge the funds were taken back out of my account unbeknownst to me. Each time I wa sent a new debit card due to the fraudulent charge and in doing so did not realize the company was able to get my new account information and continue to charge me. Today while disputing the 3rd charge, my bank called the company on three way and the customer service rep refused to give me a physical address of the company, refused to tell me what state the headquarters were in, and also refused refunds for 2 of the 3 charges due to the fact she was not able to access any history pass 6 months. She stated she did not know where the headquarters was located and was not sure of the actual name of the company. She would only give the website and one address located at an office rental space in a different state (***, ***). The only real help provided was to cancel any future charges and she request a refund for the most recent charge. She also stated she would submit a note to the compliance department regarding the matter. The company owes me a total of $119.70 but is only issuing a refund for 1/3 of that which is $39.90. My bank representative and myself was able to search online and find the actual address in ***. Apparently dispite the bank disputes, this company thinks it's okay to continue making unauthorized charges.

This site has attempted to charge me $39.90 several times nearly every single day since October 27th. I have never signed up with this company nor have given them my information. I had to cancel my last debit card over this and they are still trying to charge that card.
A charge of *** was not authorized, and when I contacted them I ask for a supervisor I was put on hold for a really long time. While I sat on hold my wife called them and got This call cannot be completed as dialed So I hung up and called from my other phone and it said the same thing. Please please shut them down someway somehow
