I had a great experience working with Bidio Solutions, Inc. Ben R, the contract manager, helped us out with the insurance hail damage inspection and additional damage claim. We opted for an all metal roof for both the pitched and flat roof. Ben did a fantastic job designing a slope for drainage on the flat roof with the all-metal roof. He also recommended a heavier gauge metal for strength and durability. During the hot months, he added turbine vents to cool the attic. Ben even brought actual color samples of the metal for my wife and me to choose the best color for our house. Stefan M, the owner of Bidio Solutions, was accommodating when we decided to make a mid-project change, and it improved the overall completion of the job. This company is questionable. We used them once, and things were fine. But second time around, not so much. They acted rude and keep harassing us because of a mistake with their money. They say that they work with the insurance company to fix everything, but it seems they didn't work out what they should have. They made us pay a $1500 deposit and gave us $1000 back, but they kept all the checks and now they say we owe them almost $3000. We talked to one of their reps about this, and he was like, "We have book problems, but it's cool, we'll fix it." But nope! They keep sending us bills for over two years now that say we owe them that $3000 and get bossy about it. We took a closer look at the paperwork and found they even had the wrong roof type written down and other problems that add up to $3000. They did okay work, but the management is terrible. They don't own up to their issues and blame their customers instead. Don't be like us, pick someone else to handle your stuff.

Bidio Solutions put a nuw rooth on are house after we purchased it. But sumthin happened to the sola panels that was makn power before. We told them and they said we hooked it up rite. But it still dont work and they wont fix it now. Not happy about it.

Bidio Solutions, Inc. fixed my roof in April , which was good. However, they didn't do a great job finishing my patio. On July 1st, they came back to complete the patio, but they accidentally messed up the gutters and the facing of the patio. When I called Chris M from Bidio Solutions to fix it, he promised to send someone over to fix it, but then they never came. I've been calling every day since, but he doesn't pick up. It's been a big hassle!

We talk to Bidio Solutions in Marcy of 2019 to fix a leak in the upstairs bed room roof. After the checks, they seen hell smoke and our assurance company approve to replace all roof. They say they'll fix draining issue and obey the City of Albuquerque Rules. After the 2 year period of many leaks we had 1 more and their boss came out to check. They say our roof doesn't obey the rules. Bidio say they'll fix it but our insurance should give them more money. Our insurance give them cash but it wasn't enough for Bidio. Bidio not only wants money for new work, they wants cash for wrong work too. Roof still leaks.

In December last year, Bidio Solutions did my roof. They replaced it with upgraded materials as there were leaks caused by hail storms. They promised pictures of the finished work, but I never got them. I didn't also get a final inspection report, and they didn't fix the satellite properly. Therefore, I hired someone to do it. In July this year, a monsoon came with hailstorms, and one of my bedroom ceilings was dripping continuously. I reached out to Ben, the project manager, on August 2nd. We exchanged text messages, but Bidio failed to return my calls, both the owner Christopher and scheduler Mari. They kept assuring me that someone would come, but they never did. On the 15th of August, the rains poured heavily, and my ceilings started leaking. There were five leaks - three in the upstairs ceilings and two all the way through the downstairs ceilings. The roofing is terrible, and Bidio has not called back. More heavy rains are predicted to come.

I got a new roof last March from Bidio Solutions, Inc. I thought everything was fine, but I later discovered that the sewer vent pipes were damaged during the installation process. This caused toxic fumes to build up in my attic and house, making people feel sick with headaches and bad smells. I called Bidio on Dec 28th, and Chris M told me that someone would come to fix it on Jan 30th, but nobody came. I called him again on Jan 3rd, and Chris said he would handle it. He said he was calling ***. I got a call from Frank at *** on the same day, and he said they would handle it and send the bill. Frank said they would come on Jan 5th to fix it. On Jan 14th, Chris sent me a bill from *** for $456.03. He said I was responsible for it and that he couldn't discuss it anymore because it was above his pay grade. He told me to contact Stephan M. Stephan said we could meet on Jan 17th to find a solution, but he rescheduled because he was too busy. On Jan 29th, David called me to tell me to pay the bill by Feb 4th. He said there was nothing to discuss and to stop contacting the company over this issue.
