University Of North Texas One of your employees at your facility

I am trying to understand how in the world you can hire someone like Jessica Luther Rummel as an employee when she ruins people's lives. She does not embody the self respecting teacher that she is at your facility. I have attached a video for your review and would like to see you cease working with this individual. Her discrimination against white males and females is evident and should hold no position in your establishment.

Desired outcome: Cease working relationship with Jessica Luther Rummel

University Of North Texas university program

This honest criticism and truthful fair comment privilege opinion based complaint is a matter of public concern related to community well-being, civic engagement, government, and safety. This truthful opinion and criticism focused complaint and civic engagement is also about my personal experiences with Dr. Richard Smith from several years ago at The University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. Unfortunately, I knew Professor Richard Smith at The University of North Texas while I was his student in the Behavior Analysis program. Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. 2000d et seq protects minorities from discrimination and harassment yet as a dignified minority I honestly believe that my rights were repeatedly violated by Dr. Richard Smith and the faculty associated with the Behavior Analysis department in Denton, Texas.

The intent of this truthful civic engagement and criticism is to create constitutional based public awareness about the following matters of public concern and to prevent discrimination against minorities, prejudicial profiling, entrapment, frame-ups, school to prison pipeline, legal abuse, malicious prosecution, conspiracy against rights 18 U.S. Code § 241, deprivation of rights under color of law 18 U.S. Code § 242, community mobbing, bullying, unconstitutional utilization of confidential informants, vigilantism, tokenism, and viewpoint discrimination. Additionally, this truthful civic engagement and criticism is intended to prevent the aforementioned abuse and institutional oppression from happening again especially in the state of Texas and to promote equal opportunity, due care, and enjoyment and free exercise of all constitutional rights especially the first amendment, due process rights which are the fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, and eight amendments, and the fourteenth amendment equal protection clause. Honorable citizens who are concerned that their civil rights are being violated can contact U.S. Department of Education -The Office for Civil Rights, American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), The Innocence Project, and Equal Justice Initiative.

School to prison pipeline is a societal injustice and a matter of public interest that involves the discriminatory targeting of minorities utilizing wrongful profiling, false accusations, unfair snitching or unconstitutional confidential informant programs, entrapment, dog whistle politics, demagoguery, and draconian punishments by authorities and the community. School to prison pipeline is a form of legal abuse known as malicious prosecution which is a dignitary tort that involved injury to my human dignity, lack of probable cause, malice on the part of the accusers, abuse of process, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Regarding a matter of public concern several years ago Dr. Richard Smith was my professor at The University of North Texas who in my honest opinion did not validate or honor my civil rights, student rights, excellent reputation, and human dignity as an ethnic minority university student when I was enrolled in his Functional Analysis course in the applied behavior analysis department. I was an excellent university student with an honorable reputation who made dean's list and had not been arrested or convicted for federal offenses yet I was treated like a dangerous criminal by Dr. Richard Smith and other bigoted professors from the applied behavior analysis department because of a fear mongering defamation campaign waged against me by Caitlin Fieszel, Niki Hall (now known as Niki Isenhart), Scott Kildeback, Amanda Roof (now known as Amanda Welborn), and Stephen Harper. The fear mongering defamation campaign alleged that I had federal court cases pending and needed to be surveilled, profiled, entrapped, and blacklisted. From my viewpoint Dr. Richard Smith belligerently pulled me out of his Functional Analysis class by my t-shirt, aggressively dragged me out into the hallway, and boorishly informed me about the fear mongering defamation campaign involving false accusations and fallacious pending federal court cases that were against me from years ago that never led to an arrest or a conviction. When I was in high school I was a victim of legal abuse, false accusations, harassment, mobbing, and painful bullying by bigoted provocateurs named Caitlin Fieszel and Branden Twist who I knew from Frisco High School in Collin County located in north Texas. The aforementioned led to an unconstitutional federal investigation against me but no arrest or conviction was ever made. In my honest opinion what I experienced was a travesty of justice, a frame-up, and fear mongering character assassination yet Dr. Richard Smith and other professors in the applied behavior analysis department used all of that egregious disinformation from the smear campaign against me as an innocent and peaceable university student. Regarding a matter of public concern from my viewpoint Caitlin Fieszel and other bigoted friends of hers from Frisco High School namely Niki Hall (now known as Niki Isenhart) Scott Kildeback, Amanda Roof (now known as Amanda Welborn), and Stephen Harper continued the fear mongering defamation campaign against me at The University of North Texas to incite a hostile academic environment against me. My honest criticism is that Dr. Richard Smith and the aforementioned bigots are wrongfully benefited from and are promoting white privilege and promoting an unhealthy appreciation for mass incarceration of minorities who are usually young Hispanic and Black men. In my honest opinion they may have pernicious anger issues associated with white fragility and white rage. Furthermore, entrapment was involved because Dr. Richard Smith aggressively asked me if I wanted to harm my former Frisco High School classmates while I was innocently learning and studying at The University of North Texas. The fallacious loaded question he asked to entrap me is also defamatory because it calls into question my integrity and reputation and lowers me in the estimation of the community and makes me vulnerable to scorn, suspicion, hostility, and ridicule. From my viewpoint Dr. Richard Smith did not allow me to clarify, dispute, challenge, cross-examine, question, or criticize the fear mongering defamation campaign or my bigoted accusers. From my viewpoint as I tried to truthfully express my freedom of speech emphasizing my innocence and my honorable reputation he became angrier, paranoid, and more defiant and he continued to rudely interrupt me with antagonistic demagoguery, flummoxing dog whistle politics, and fallacious gish gallop like a sanctimonious bigot. Dr. Richard Smith gave blatant favoritism towards Caitlin Fieszel, Niki Hall (Niki Isenhart), Scott Kildeback, Amanda Roof (Amanda Welborn), and Stephen Harper who wrongfully initiated the fear mongering defamation campaign which reinforced negative ethnic stereotypes against me as an innocent, peaceable, and honorable university minority student at The University of North Texas. From my viewpoint Dr. Richard Smith rudely pointed his finger in my face and belligerently scolded me that I would be removed from the internship opportunity that was part of the Functional Analysis class involving direct observation and data collection training at Denton State Supported Living Center on State School Rd in Denton, Texas. By use of undue influence Dr. Richard Smith did not allow me to contribute or learn with my classmates and he forced me by undue influence to sit alienated under surveillance doing literally nothing which wasted my tuition money and time and it caused me long-term mental anguish and emotional distress. From my viewpoint I was extremely offended and humiliated by the bigoted discrimination, harassment, unfair treatment, and entrapment that was waged against me by Dr. Richard Smith and some of the hypocritical professors he associated with that participated in the unconstitutional profiling, entrapment, and discrimination against me. Furthermore, from my viewpoint I believe that my due process rights and right to privacy were violated because I was wrongfully treated like a guilty criminal even though there was no probable cause, there was no motive, no arrests, no convictions, and I was not offered the option of having a formal hearing by ethical and fair university officials to make a final and reasonable decision favorable to my civil rights. Checks and balances were not openly encouraged at the time that I was there. Because of undue influence, pervasive low morale, tokenism, and questionable leadership at The University of North Texas at that time I felt that I had no other options but to go along with whatever Dr. Richard Smith wrongfully and unfairly demanded so that I could complete my class and graduate with a degree. Regarding a matter of public concern from my viewpoint I believe that Dr. Richard Smith and some of the other bigoted applied behavior analysis professors at The University of North Texas (e.g., Sandy Magee, Cloyd Hyten, Shahla Ala'i-Rosales (token minority), Janet Ellis, etc., ) tried to mob me out of the academic program and tried to prevent me from graduating by fomenting a hostile academic environment by either passive-aggressively ignoring my student rights, surreptitiously withholding due care resulting in inaction, or by making several attempts to entrap me by wrongfully profiling me in front of my classmates or during one on one encounters and harassing me out of malice and bias and reporting my distressed responses, reactions, and behaviors to the federal government all of which were misrepresentations and mischaracterizations about me. From my viewpoint as a minority I believe that I was cruelly setup to fail and to be entrapped in a malicious prosecution which may have led to my false arrest and wrongful conviction. From my viewpoint all of the aforementioned was blatant discrimination and violated all of my due process rights which caused me long-term mental anguish and emotional distress. The eighth amendment states that government shall not inflict cruel and unusual punishments yet in my honest opinion I believe that a severely incompetent federal agent, Caitlin Fieszel, Niki Hall (Niki Isenhart) and some bigoted professors at The University of North Texas conspired to cruelly deprive me of my constitutional rights. From my viewpoint everybody else who joined in on the unconstitutional profiling and entrapment is equally to blame. From my viewpoint I believe Dr. Richard Smith and the other hypocritical professors were also trying to foment legal abuse, a frame-up, malicious prosecution, and inequality specific to school to prison pipeline against me. In my honest opinion it seemed as if they were possibly getting rewards for inciting such blatant discrimination, inequality, and entrapment against me. From my viewpoint it appeared that money rewards may have been involved since they appeared very aggressive and overzealous to profile, harass, and entrap me while I was an innocent and peaceable university student with an honorable reputation. From my viewpoint the blacklisting and entrapment program that they perpetuated for Caitlin Fieszel and a severely incompetent federal agent was blatantly unconstitutional and caused long-term damage to my honorable reputation. In the worst case scenario all of the egregious entrapment efforts, false accusations, and unfair prejudicial profiling that discriminated against me, confused the issues, and misled authorities would be inadmissible in any potential court cases against me by use of motion in limine, motion to suppress, motion to strike, and motion to dismiss. That is the reason why I was never arrested or convicted in the first place because they did not have legitimate evidence yet I honestly believe that I was a victim of escalating defamation, an unconstitutional frame-up, conspiracy against rights, and deprivation of rights under color of law all of which is a matter of public concern related to community well-being and government.

Furthermore, regarding a matter of public concern in my honest opinion my applied behavior analysis professors tried to discredit me, reinforce negative stereotypes, and obstruct my advancement in my academic pursuits by refusing to write positive academic reference letters so that I could not attend graduate school. In my honest opinion when I asked for positive academic reference letters they scolded me or treated me with scorn. Another especially egregious matter of public concern is when a belligerent instructor named Sandy Magee allowed her entire class at The University of North Texas to profile and harass me in favor of Caitlin Fieszel, Niki Hall (Niki Isenhart), Scott Kildeback, Amanda Roof (Amanda Welborn), and Stephen Harper which caused me long-term mental anguish. Sandy Magee demanded repetitively that the class kick me for having different viewpoints at one time. From my viewpoint Sandy Magee also slapped me harshly on the back for no reason when I was not expecting it causing me emotional distress and physical pain. I also remember being warned that the police would be called on me for having different viewpoints and honest opinions. Unfortunately, Sandy Magee and Dr. Richard Smith are still instructors there at The University of North Texas.

Regarding a matter of public concern related to community well-being from my viewpoint I believe that the aforementioned bigoted provocateurs may have several personality disorders especially narcissistic, anti-social, and paranoid personality disorders. When personality disorders co-occur together in a single person it is known as co-morbidity which is what I honestly believe I had observed from their discriminatory misconduct. Personality disordered people are known for projecting their antagonistic traits onto innocent people to avoid accountability and blame. Additionally, personality disordered people are known for scapegoating others, having a lack of empathy, a disregard for right and wrong, being deceitful, paranoid, cynical, stubborn, arrogant, using charm, wit, and charisma to manipulate people for personal gain, having aggression, hostility, grandiosity, entitlement issues, and no remorse.

I want to express my legitimate complaints about the maliciously bigoted and dreadful experiences at The University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. I had persistently dismal, discriminatory, unfair, and offensive experiences at The University of North Texas and the university is responsible for that. The university leadership (which has been persistently...

With a less than a 3.0 gpa (from a pretty good, private, small liberal arts school) and less than stellar GRE scores, I must say, I'm glad I got admitted somewhere for grad school. When I got here, however, I was seriously wondering for quiet a while, if the school was some sort of a "diploma mill, " the standards are so low. For example, I've witnessed...
