We ordered shirts for our big little event on our campus and we honestly should've chosen another company. The first issue was the fact that we submitted our order first and yet another sorority on our campus ordered the same shirt. If we placed the order first and another chapter on the same campus ordered the same print after, you couldn't have told them no? The second issue was that our shirt was supposed to be white and pink and was just white. The part of the shirt that was supposed to be pink was completely white. So we call our campus rep and explain the issue and send it back and she says that they'll remake the shirts. So we get our second order and it's messed up AGAIN. To spend $2700 on a shirt order and it get messed up TWICE is ridiculous. So we are stuck handing out shirts to our chapter that aren't what we ordered nor what we wanted. And yet we have no options because we have 3 days until our event. And the best you can offer is a refund and some stickers? Cool.

I ordered an embroidered sweatshirt and when I received it the embroidery was awful and had irreversibly wrinkled the sweatshirt. It looked like a clearly rushed job and if any worker had actually looked at it before sending the whole problem could've been avoided. I had ordered it during finals so I was a little preoccupied studying and was unaware of their 14 days to complain policy. By the time I tried to right the situation the best they could say is 'mistakes happen' and wouldn't even give me a measly discount off my next purchase. But safe to say there won't be a next purchase; I am angry and frustrated that I spent so much money on an overpriced botched sweatshirt and had to put up with such rude customer service. Considering that their main clients are college students you'd think they would be a little more understanding.

I have ordered many shirts from UniversityTees and they were supposed to be different sizes. But when the order arrived all the shirts were the same size and did not fit anyone! We needed simple white shirts for our performance and we thought that UniversityTees was a reputable company but we were wrong. Called their number and got a voicemail that they will call me back later, but no one ever called! What a waste of money!

I decided to order the T-shirt from the website www.universitytees.com. I paid for the order on time, and the payment was prompt, but the seller provided only useless confirmation email, which didn’t contain anything helpful. I sent several emails, but no response. After 3 weeks my order hasn’t been delivered. The seller continued to ignore me. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
