Despite my concerns, the company simply stated that it was a "tricky" situation and did not offer any solutions or assistance in rectifying the problem.

In my opinion, it is unacceptable for a company to continue selling a product that is fundamentally flawed and does not fit together properly. This configuration should not be offered for sale if the commercial bar cannot be properly installed between the desk legs. It is also incredibly disappointing that the company did not offer to provide a replacement or refund to rectify the issue.

Unfortunately, I discovered that the warranty for the desktop only covered me for 12 months, leaving me with a desk worth $1.7k that is now in disrepair. Needless to say, I am greatly disappointed in the quality and longevity of this product.

As someone with a demanding job, I was forced to work on the floor for days before everything eventually arrived. Furthermore, I am still waiting for one additional piece, which is disappointing. In my opinion, for a desk that costs $3000, the organization and delivery process should be much smoother.

In addition to delivery issues, I found the directions to be incredibly challenging to follow. Whoever designed the instructions clearly did not have the end-user in mind. It was a stressful and time-consuming experience trying to decipher each step, which led to further frustration.

Overall, I sincerely hope that once all the pieces of the desk eventually arrive, the stress and inconvenience it caused will be worth it. I believe there is potential for the Uplift Desk to be an excellent product, but improvements need to be made to the delivery process and instruction design.

I recently had an experience with Uplift Desk and unfortunately it was not very positive. I opted for the full installation package which was priced at $320, hoping for a seamless and hassle-free experience. However, that was far from what I received. Although my desk arrived in August as expected, the monitor arms were delayed time and time again, and were not delivered until November. This made it a bit difficult for me as I had three large boxes taking up precious living space while I waited patiently for the delayed components.

After a few months had passed, I decided to take matters into my own hands and install the desk myself, given that the monitor arms were still nowhere in sight. When they finally did arrive, Uplift wanted to charge me an additional $175 to install them, simply because I had already installed the desk. I found this to be quite disingenuous, especially considering that I had already waited three months for the monitor arms to arrive and had three large boxes taking up valuable space in my living area.

In trying to reach a satisfactory solution with Uplift, they would only refund me $30 (which was less than 10% of the original installation cost), which I found to be rather insulting. This experience has left me greatly disappointed and with much regret. I wish I had just returned the entire package as soon as the incomplete delivery arrived in August. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing from Uplift again.

All in all, I think it's important for potential buyers to be wary of Uplift's installation and delivery process. It certainly did not live up to my expectations and has left a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully, they will work on improving their customer service and delivery processes going forward.
