Good day i would to write this email to complain about one of your branch in Fochville OK Furniture.
On 13 February 2024 I bought a samsung A4 phone IMEI1:[protected] at Fochville OK Furniture and with 24 months warranty but after 4 days it had a technical problem and the manager was very rude toward me and instead she said is none of her business and if I have any complain I can go to court and settle the matter out of court.

Then i was called after a month to collect it, then again on the 10 of December 2023 it went off. My bed not delivered
I bought a bed on the 1st of July 2023 I was told same day delivery and also that the bed is available in store at the store room I paid the delivery fee.
I never received a call Saturday for delivery,I then told the sales person if they don't deliver they should please do so on Monday because that is when my husband will be at home. Tuesday my husband went to the store Gugulethu mall to find out what is the hold up,he was then told to wait for the driver to call as they are now on there way to pick it up from the warehouse,but I was told the bed is available at the store. Until now no bed no delivery.i am tired because I paid full money plus delivery and I am given a run around.
Desired outcome: My bed deliverd as soon as possible or give me my money back no later than end business day of Wednesday 5 July 2023
Washing machine
I bought a washing machine from them and was behind with few payments due to retrenchment from work. I was never informed that I had to submit the retrenchment papers to them and was only told later at the store that I was making the payments to. They made me do an Affidavit that I was retrenched, submit the retrenchment documents and after submitting I was told that they cannot cover for the goods and repossessed the machine as I was late for submission of the documents though I explained that I was informed late about the procedure.
I feel ripped off as first the store failed to inform me that I had to submit retrenchment documents whilst I went to report and paid for the goods of which the machine was taken from me.

My name is simphiwe Ngcobo I once bot furniture on credit until I fail to pay for few month and you were quickly to come and take it back, it's been months now since you took your furniture but still you have not cleared my name yet so I don't understand why is ok dragging my name in debts creditors. Clear my name as you took your staff back because now I owe you nothing it's been months now am very disappointed and if my name it's not cleared am gonna take this matter further, the fact that you said I owe you for 9 months but I took your staff for 4 months but wen you listed me you said it's for 9 months how possible is that while you took your staff in February it's 5 months now and my name it's been cleared.

I bought a double bed and 8kg washing machine from OK furniture with credit it was the beginning of February 2023 not sure the date... sales person was Thando I was approved with the application then sales man gave me contract it was more than 50 pages he asked me to sign yes I did sign but he did told me about insurance they have. he told me about the guarantee of the machine they deliver the things on the 5th of March 2023 I was called it was 50 min I was at work my boyfriend told me my house is burning I quickly went to the house everything from my room was burned the fire started from the bed, we called the police and councilor, unfortunately the police didn't came immediately up until I went to police station we made an affidavit. Monday the 6th I went to OK with the proof of address that has burned the ID and affidavit when I got there the manager told me no we not gonna help you because the sales person chose a wrong insurance for you he suppose to choose All risk not credit life so you not gonna get anything I left I was hurt cause no one told me with the insurances they have and I lost everything I didn't invite the fire I don't want. I told my uncle who's a layer he told me to asked the copy of the contract I went to OK they say they don't have it I don't understand why cause mine was burned my uncle phone them then they phoned me back after two weeks of incident they ask for that affidavit, id, fire report to the store when I got there, same manager told me there's no case number in that affidavit I must go and get it and come back so that they can give me a latter that tells me I do not qualify for a claim 😭 I cried I felt like everything is falling apart in my life I have to pay for something that I don't have for years I started not to focus on my work until I upscond and got fired... I feel like something is going on why they don't want to give me a copy surely they have and why they don't fire that guy... I went to OK and gave them the letter that I'm not working I upscond they say I'm not qualified for the insurance cause it's my fault to quit the job it's not like I'm retrenched or disable I'm confused which insurance is covering it seems like everything I'm coming with the insurance is not covering please help

My mother bought me a kic fridge on credit(24 months period) at OK Furniture at ulundi we only made 2 payments and fridge is not working, i went to the shop to rapport the matter, the guy that was helping me said they gonna log a call for technician to come and fix the fridge I told them I want the new one because we still paying for it, its been 3 weeks waiting for them reported on the 19-03-22. Good morning
I bought hisense Tv and couch in October 2021 Giyani branch.
In around October 2022 the TV started to show blank screen. I went to thohoyandou nearest branch for assistance I was returned by this other lady telling me that she can't assist since I don't have my account number but I told her that i have my ID but she said she couldn't assist me I must get it from giyani where I bought it.
I went back around November 2022 hoping to get a different person but this time i was told that the system to search for my account to be assisted is offline more than 3 times getting same respond they kept on sending me back to Giyani which is over 60km from my place.
It was festive and after festive I went straight to Giyani since I had no other options and a request was sent on the 6th Jan 2023 for technicians to come and take a look . After few days they came and was told that it must be replaced. Feedback was given to Giyani branch .
I was told that new TV will be delivered within a week and it never happened. No one called me and I was calling the branch almost every week for feedback but only promises that it will be sorted within a week.
A week became months. I went back to Thohoyandou since Giyani was too far for me just to find out what delays where.
This time I was assisted by this guy who was trying his best to assist us. He called Giyani and finally from giyani i spoke with the lady who then said to me they need to cancel my contract and apply again for new one and i asked her what will happen if it declines and why do I have to apply for another credit is it a process?
She said she will come back to me and ever since nothing happened. And I haven't watched that TV from Oct 2022 till now Mar 2023 since it's not working and im paying monthly installment.
This service is extremely the poorest of them all in my entire life.
I asked if they can just come and collect it and remove it from my account since they are failing to replace it and I cant keep on paying for something I'm not enjoying its benefits this is scam .
This service is extremely poor and not happy at all. If I can't get a TV today please just refund me all the money paid for that TV and put that refund to pay my couch and come and collect this scrap with is just wasting my place or Bring TV . And don't apply for any credit under my name.
Desired outcome: I need a working T.V today 7 March 23 or they can just come and collect their dummy T.V and remove it from my account and refund the money I've been paying ever since I bought it and put it back to my couch account.
Head office customer service
After a bad experience and lack of professionalism from OK branches in Atlantis and Adderley, I contacted head office to place a complaint but the rude rep told me " customer has to buy the item as is or leave it"
This was after I wanted to buy a JVC mini hifi system in the Atlantis branch and there was no stock other than what it was on display that had malfunctions, so they offered to contact another branch in Adderley Street and the item was supposed to arrive today Monday 13 Feb 2023, but when I called they just told me that Adderley did not send the item and that I will have to wait another week. So someone in either of these branches is not paying attention or simply they just don't care. So all in all OK is not a serious company when it comes to value customers and head office definitely don't treat them with respect. Never buy there if you want a good service.

Ok Furniture Barberton. What can I say. Our first application, took a whole month to process as the sales person doesnt seem to know how the system works. We kept on receiving sms's indicating our income and all that, but according to the sms my expenses are more than my income but was approved. Went back to the store on Friday 12 Aug, same sales person has to help us, as he knows us. Same story as the first time around, when asked if we wanted to pay a deposit we said no, and now we are back where we started 4 months ago, have to call daily to check up on the process as we keep on receiving the sms's again with different expenses and such.. even tried the online option but just no feedback at all. Talking to a manager at the store is also impossible because they are never available. So dissapointed with the service.

Broken zero chest freezer
I bought zero chest freezer gas and electricity at OK furniture Evaton mall in 25 August 2021. In February 2022 the freezer got broken I went to the shop to report they came and fixed it after 2 weeks it broke again they came and took it to the shop to fix it is now 2 months they never return it. When I go to the store they say I have to pay money for transport which I don't have. They promised to bring it last week. But they never did.

I bought a Fridge last month 06 May 2022
But I fetch it on Saturday 07 May 2022 because they refuse to give me my Fridge on same day because I had my own transport.
So lately I noticed something.. when I close the freezer (Bottom) door doesn't close properly I have to use my force but the other door works good.
So now it's either they fix the door or I get another Fridge finish.
