we bought a hisense smart tv at okay in september last year and and in October the our smart tv did not work we phone Ok furniture and advise them they told us since we under warranty they will send a technician out. we keep on phoning ok to come and check the TV and after 3 month they called us which in January told us the technician is going to come and they told us to leave the TV as it is mounted on the wall so we took a picture send it to them. the tech came in january took the tv out of the mounted wall and open the tv then he took the tv with him and gave us a slip now 3weeks later they came back and told us that they coudnt fix the tv because the screen was cracked. we told them that the was nothing with the screen and the tv just switched off while we where watching it and I told them if the tech came and saw that the screen was broken according to Ok furn he was not suppose to take tv. now ok say I must liase with hisense as they are the one who must refund or give us he new TV but we didnt by tv at hisense
Claimed loss: we paid 17000 and they dont want to refund us or give us a new tv . we struggling financially as it and nothing is being done
