The sales agent sold us a second hand display smart tv without giving us the terms and conditions.. The delivery guys brought the tv to our home without a box in bad weather, the tv was full of dust at the back, there was a broken cable inside the tv, there were no cracks on our screen only small stain at the bottom corner of our tv. When we switch on the tv there were coloured lines at the left side of our tv.. When we confront the manager he told us we must pay and didn't listen to our complain and no proper investigation were done.. Their client services was terrible.. They couldn't explain to us why the tv broke after 24 hours of purchasing..
Claimed loss: 7000 for the smart tv250 delivery fees
Desired outcome: We want them to take equal responsibility pay 70 of the damages of the tv , we want our 7000 back or a brand new in the box tv and a apology
